The United Alliance of Nations, (also referred to as the Alliance, or UAN for short) is an international organization dedicated to promoting freedom, peace and democracy throughout the world. The UAN does not micro-manage member nations, we do not pass resolutions that interfere with a nation's domestic policy. A member can propose and vote on UAN resolutions, interventions and statements. If your nation is attacked, the UAN will respond.
There are some requirements:
1. your nation must be set in the present day, with present day technology
2. your nation must be set in the real-world
3. no crazy dictatorships

Observer Status
Observer status means that you can still vote on resolutions, but can’t propose any. You are not required to send troops during a military intervention if you are an observer. However you are still protected by Article II: “an attack on any member state is paramount to an attack on all”. It’s basically UAN Membership Lite.
