It has come to the attention of my office that yet another liberal-imperialist geopolitical bloc has emerged for the purposes of fighting against "globalism and communism". The People's Federation of Reinkalistan is a Vanguardist society with the objective of achieving a state of Communism, i.e., the total emancipation of man -- under the ideological framework of Kaszar Turaniski thought, it therefore operates under a form of government which is decidedly hostile to the "Great Patriotic Pact" of the United Republic of Widefolkland.

The nature of this new bloc is self-contradictory. It aims to "protect" itself from Communism - which we understand to be the antithesis to capital, therefore reaffirming its commitment to the chains of the market - while simultaneously proclaiming itself to be "patriotic". They wish to preserve their nations in the face of communism, then? This is ironic. It is the nature of all market societies, especially international world-orders predicated upon such, to trend towards globalisation (the "globalism" these despots so fear) and therefore the deconstruction of national borders, ethnic identities, independent cultures, et cetera. This is because, fundamentally, the rootless ruling class of cosmopolitan elitists is driven solely by profit. Nations are not profitable. Only the market is. Yet the naïve reactionaries of the Great "Patriotic" Pact believe capitalism to be the key to defending their nations! Of course, this is ultimately an exercise in utter futility. They are just another stepping-stone, an obfuscation in the face of revolution, for the continued conquest of new markets by capital and liberalism. They are a means for the encirclement of revolutionary tendencies.

So, what is this pact? Patriotism is most certainly - as has been established - only found within the respect for the socialist institutions of a revolutionary state, no? Therefore, "anti-communism" and "patriotism" are mutually exclusive tendencies. You cannot be a patriot and an anti-communist, for the latter implies that you are handing your country over to financiers and industrialists rather than its inhabitants. No, instead the Great Patriotic Pact embodies the scourge of toxic bourgeois ultranationalism. In contrast to patriotic yet internationalist proletarian socialism, bourgeois nationalism is a deeply corrosive tendency designed for the acceleration of capital into its final stage of decay: fascism. It is in this crucible, the bounding of society together in preparation for the all-atomising collapse of the old world, that the most disgusting elements of capitalist ideology are thrust into the limelight. Genocide, persecution, and expansionism are all key symptoms of this phase.

Clearly, then - as has already been understood by the government of a fellow member of the Eurasian Strategic Co-operation Block (EASCB), the Pan-Asiatic States - preventative action must be taken against the proto-fascistic designs of the Great Patriotic Pact and its rotten membership. Therefore the People's Federation of Reinkalistan undertakes the following pre-emptive measures:

1. All member-states of the Great Patriotic Pact are to be subject to a total trade embargo by the People's Federation of Reinkalistan.
   
   
2. All member-states of the Great Patriotic Pact are henceforth not considered to be sovereign states in their own right, and therefore the People's Federation of Reinkalistan withdraws its diplomatic recognition of any such countries.
   
   
3. The aggression of the Great Patriotic Pact shall be counteracted in future by support from the People's Federation of Reinkalistan towards the enemies of the Great Patriotic Pact.

It is hoped that this sets a precedent for international socialist resistance against liberal-fascist ideological aggressors.
