I not arguing with you sincerely. I feel that You violated the rules and I don’t care which nation violated them, just the pleasure of supporting mods in moderating the forums and I have the right to report rule breakers. Also I have been inactive lately and I didn’t post anything about you, and just because I your enemy does not mean I cannot report rule violations.

He just joined an IC RP alliance known as the ICDN a while ago after spamming their sign-up thread, and then proceeded to attack me throughout several weeks. He also admitted a while ago to creating the now dead Northwest Marajarbia account and disgraced the name.

You linked to a profile that has more than 100 posts. You have not linked to any evidence (specific posts) indicating harassment.

However, you have flamed him with completely baseless accusations that he is the pornspammer and that he engaged in password cracking. The only place you should be making such allegations is to site staff, with links to evidence/names of victim nations, via the Getting Help page. Not to attack the user for cheap points in your forum spat. If you have evidence of these claims, names of nation(s) he allegedly tried to hack, report them. I will be awaiting your GHR with your evidence, assuming any such exists.
