Following the fall of a dictatorial regime in Tzatzikistan, the rebel government is falling apart, with armed factions fighting each other.
The factions are:

The Nationalists
Originally supported the rebels, but later disagreed with them over several issues namely, control of oil resources. Currently they control the oil-producing areas, and are using it as leverage. Used to be anti-foreign, but are now open to trade.

The Royalists
The king was exiled when the regime came to power. Now, his grandson has amassed an army of loyal supporters (and mercenaries) to reclaim what he claims is rightfully his.

The Expansionists
Want to invade neighboring countries. Not heavily favored to help with at-home problems

The Regime Remnants
Generals formerly under the dictator have banded together to try and salvage what they can. They still have a good bit of troops, supplies and weapons.

The Rebel Government
Trying to hold all this together, unsuccessfully at that. Still considered the best hope for freedom by many.

Here's how this will work, nations will express their support for whichever faction they choose by sending supplies, troops or finances to them. Don't post one-liners, but don't write a novel either. This RP is meant to be played from the perspective of the nation as a whole, not individual characters. That's about it, just remember, no OOC posts or anything offensive, and no godmodding.

Arktakh is offering a one time deal to stabilize the nationalist regime
The deal includes peace talks with all other party’s to be conducted by Arktakh. The nationalists will sign a 5 day ceasefire if they agree to these terms, if the ceasefire is broken by a side other than the nationalists Arktakhs troops will move into the area though not with hostile intent but merely to keep the status quo. If the nationalists break the status quo Arktakh will wait until further information is available to make a decision.
Arktakh has also stated it is fully prepared to send low yield nuclear weapons to nationalist soil in order to keep their oil secure some of this oil will be sent to Arktakh as compensation. Additionally Arktakh is offering to set up a peacekeeping base in the nationalist capital city with 10000 troops and 4 Iskander nuclear tipped ballistic missiles with atleast 40 non nuclear missiles, 40 T-72B tanks, 60 BTR-82A, 10 S-300 sam systems, 100 pieces of gun artillery, 20 Smerch systems and over 250 trucks and other vehicles which will be under Arktakhs control and could also construct a military airport which could base nationalist fighter aircraft and bombers as well as allow faster distribution of aid. Arktakh has stated it will also deploy an air contingent if its forces deploy this will be a force of 10 MI-17 helicopters, 4 KA-52 helicopters, 60 loitering munitions, 20 short range reconnaissance drones, 20 Orlan attack drones, and 15 SU-30 fighters . “Arktakh is not seeking to increase tensions but is instead looking to prevent a genocide.” -Arktakh MOD
Arktakh is willing to negotiate with all sides in this conflict currently and is willing to deploy peacekeepers to all regions as a neutral peacekeeping force. Arktakh is willing to deploy more to prevent the genocide of any peace loving civilians if required

20,000 Soldiers have been deployed and are being lead by Gen. Aaron Bonaparte, the Soldiers will help civilians and repel enemy attacks.

Arktakh has stated its expeditionary forces will not shoot at any forces if they are sent into Tzatzikistan unless they are shot at first. However, as per our intelligence report, the Royalist Faction is waging the war to reclaim the throne, which rightly belong to them. We, being a country of sensitive civilised people, appreciate the noble cause for which the Royalist Faction is waging the war, and are willing to assist them in every way we can. The type of support we will be providing is still under deliberation, but a reply from your end would make things easier for us. The Rebels gladly accept the help, and provide security for the humanitarian aid deliveries from all countries willing to help. The Nationalist refuse to accept nuclear weapons of any kind, as they feel it would further destabilize the conflict. However they do accept the rest of the aid. Crown Prince Leon thanks his fellow monarchs for their help and support in restoring his land. Currently, peace talks are uncertain since all sides fear their leaders may be assassinated by the other sides at a summit. However all sides are open to the idea of a virtual summit. The Royalist and Rebel are considering an alliance, which would make Tztazikistan a constitutional monarchy should they win. The Rebel-controlled port of Laryia will welcome the Arktakh navy ships when they arrive.
