People post as puppets all the time. And I never singled anyone out with Saksadeschi- just that it was a parody of neo-Nazis and white supremacists in general. That your posts- including one where you accused me of being racist against whites when all I was doing was voicing opposition to white supremacy- fit into a parody I made almost two years before I even knew who you were just amused me.

"I made this nation as a parody of a certain outlook and you fit the bill of what I had in mind" isn't the same as "I made this account to flame users" so, not actionable.

So making puppet accounts to mock your perceived ideologal opponents is in the rules?

Making a puppet that is a parody of a ideology is allowed, and is done constantly. That does not, however, protect you when you post things that are otherwise against the rules. Based on your question, I suspect one might consider making a puppet, trolling with it, and then trying to rules-lawyer one's way out of that by referencing this ruling and saying "but Santh said it was okay here" - and that is not what I am saying. The puppet currently in question is not doing any trolling, it merely exists as a parody. Any attempt at trolling with it, however, will be judged individually and this lack-of-action does not indicate that future posts will be likewise unactionable.

I would respectfully like a second moderators opinion, because im fairly certain making an account for the express purpose of MOCKING others is against site rules.

This entire game was made to promote a political satire novel. Political satire has been baked into the game's foundation from day one. Parody/satire can be a dangerous site rules minefield to navigate, as it is a very fine line between "satire" and "trolling"; but mere parody itself is not against the rules. There have been many who have attempted it and still run afoul of the rules. The reported account has not yet done so.
