The Security Council;

Seeing that;

Leaders of The West Pacific are well known for banning nations whenever they wish to, misusing their powers;

The West Pacific bans as much nations from their region as physically possible, showing their power and tyranny;

Bhang Bhang Duc and Giovanniland's tight grip and general unfriendliness to newer nations in the region;]

Influential nations in The West Pacific have been suppressing free speech;

These nations even are involved in completely deleting a few nations thru constant reports to higher authorities;

Because of their atrocities, there are several other nations which face a ban for the minimal mistake of posting on their rmb at times;

They suppress the right to speech of the members who turn against them;

Their actions are characteristic of a local mafia;

Poor regional management in The West Pacific does not teach newer nations to develop, instead punishing them severely for even the most minor mistakes, which new nations often tend to do;

The West Pacific has abolished all forms of forgiveness and has adopted cruelty as their primary philosophy;

Noting that if The West Pacific is left alone, it would have an even more toxic environment than it already has;

Believing the atrocious actions of The West Pacific need to be stopped for the betterment of the NationStates and the World Assembly;

For the greater good of NationStates, the Security Council Hereby Condemns The West Pacific.


Voice needs to be raised against the west pacific as it is known for being a hell to young nations

my points:

- it bans almost every one against the leaders who are from the west pacific and sometimes nations which just post on their rmb

-it caused many nations to leave as they were not welcomed well, and were ill treated

-anyone who wants to argue should pause and think why is the west pacific the least populated pacific among all the pacifics by a good margin in between

(its cause they formed a group which doesnt let new comers in)

Opposed, as the proposal is both poorly written (terrible grammar, spelling, and formatting) and borderline illegal (technically a lot of the stuff mentioned in the proposal is excused by the details of rule 2a, but I feel like this proposal is seriously pushing it). In addition, it feels like there's just personal beef with you and the administration rather than anything else.

Can't help but find it very manipulative that your "evidence" portion is just 4 posts all from the same thread, only which one could even be considered relevant. The fifth piece of "additional evidence" isn't even relevant either, the fifth piece of evidence is just someone's testimony of "I don't like TWP" in the South Pacific's RMB.

And your justification for all this is "because I got banned, wah!" The government of a region has every right to remove you for whatever reason they feel like. This is neither the security council's purpose nor jurisdiction. Go settle your interpersonal problems somewhere else.
