Sign-ups are now open for the 30th Rugby Union World Cup! Anyone who wishes to participate can signup here, with each user of course limited to one puppet nation. Anyone wishing to host may also post their bids here; here's a link to Hutanjia's winning bid from the last World Cup as an example of the information bids should include.

The deadline for host bids is set for three weeks from now, June 2nd at 11:59pm Central US time.
