History: Our point of divergence begins on 6 February 2013, as the first ripples of the European migrant crisis began within Germany so did the first emergence of national populism within the country. AfD, unlike in our timeline, began with a concrete and a more right leaning manifesto and organized platform that emphasised strong anti-Eurozone views and limited immigration. In the subsequent 2013 Federal Election the party won a total of 3,238,266 votes. The party soon began attracting itself to dissatisfied Conservatives, Christian Democrats and Right-Wing Populists by criticising the Chancellorship of Merkel throughout her tenure. Merkel, through a lack of cooperation with local governments and personal issues within her CDU coalition, saw a breakdown in her popularity as the European Migrant crisis escalated. The left criticised her for inaction over what they saw as a humanitarian crisis while the right criticised her for burdening the services and social infrastructure of Germany, diplomatically she was also both criticised for being too friendly with Russia and not assertive enough. AfD, with virtually no broken-off political splinters and a broadening of right-wing populist rhetoric, played off the weakness of the governing coalition. In 2017 CDU conceded their support behind the SPD's Frank-Walter Steinmeier - allowing him to become the President with a wide margin. Although the 2017 Federal Election ensured Markel's re-election it also saw an upswing in opposition and AfD support, Alice Weidel receiving 7,877,560 votes, due to a weakening in CDU/CSU's base and public image over the mishandling of the Migrant Crisis. In 2018 the Government of Angela Merkel suffered an email-hack at the hands of the Russian hackers, this was received with controversy due to the ties of several cabinet members with influential private businesses and media corporations. After several resignations out of public pressure Merkle officially announced her retirement from political affairs after her terms end, despite the timing this decision had already been contemplated in 2017 due to personal reasons. The subsequent CDU 'heir' nominations were largely chaotic and failed to produce a both pragmatic and popular figure like Merkle, the Christian Democrats were completely split and had reluctantly chosen a publicly unknown figure. Ahead of the elections the CSU, seeing their own support diminish with it's ties to CDU, decided to break their partnership with the party and stand as it's own political party within the upcoming 2021 Federal Elections. These weaknesses and the strong decade long developed platform of Alice Weidel, which had forced the CDU and SPD into centring their own 2021 manifestos over opposing 'Right Radicalism' rather than concrete policies, ensured that AfD came to win 348 seats - completely outperforming polling and public expectations. The announcement saw an uptick in LGBT & Liberal protests and an outcry from many in the opposition, completely dividing German society on political lines. CSU, seeing the leverage in being in a more Conservative coalition in a period where it's popularity had diminished, agreed to form a coalition with the AfD - bringing a historic end to post-war Christian Democracy.

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to write down that application.
Secondly: while large parts of your application are good, I cannot accept the application as it is. I do not see libertarianism being so prominent in UAE that libertarians could topple the government. You can have the UAE follow libertarian economics if you want - and that would be realistic - but not have a libertarian government.
Change that part and then you will most likely be accepted.
