Government declares Daredland will not join sanctions against Vesvai or Pamerava

President of the Daredi Confederation Markus Thill said that Daredland would not be joining the sanctions against Vesvai if MDAA and SOWEFTA decide to move ahead with them. The President’s words were reiterated by Confederal Chancellor Daci Bauer. Daredland prefers to follow a policy similar much to the position of Edereon which is building a normal partnership with Vesvai and respecting the internal affairs of the nation. The position of the Klare Sicht-led government was also largely influenced by Sunrisian special envoy’s statements that Daredland could face sanctions for trying to constitutionally restore order within its border against criminal activity without having any intention to suppress the people’s will or right to a protest. In order not to become a target of sanctions itself Daredland will not support them. At the same time Confederal Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Daredi Confederation Janine Fanning said the international atmosphere is too intense right now for nations internally and externally. That’s why it is better to build bridges and look for ways to compromise. Daredland is also starting to view that likewise Vesvai might simply be trying to legally end the rioting in its own nation through law enforcement while Corentian nations are mistakenly calling it protest suppression and human rights violation. Creperia, New Vesvai And Sunrisia Agree On Sanctions Against Vesvai After MDAA And SOWEFTA Consultations: Edereon And Daredland Back Out

After MDAA and SOWEFTA consultations called up by Sunrisia, 3 of the 5 countries involved in the Corentian bloc on full or associate level, have agreed on sanctions against Vesvai over human rights’ violations and repressions against peaceful protests. Creperia, New Vesvai and Sunrisia have agreed to adopt the full sanctions on a state level against Vesvai. However, Edereon and Daredland have backed out and have not agreed to join the sanctions for their own reasons, making the effort of the Corentian Southwestern bloc non-consolidated. Instead, both countries have more so shown solidarity with the regime in Vesvai over protesters in Vesvai. Minister of International Relations of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Símûl Aéternĕr expressed disappointment in the decision of both allies, but said it was their sovereign choice. As for Daredland and Pamerava, no decision was made about dealing with those situations, apart from an adopted diplomatic declaration to respect human rights, including a universal right to a peaceful protest.

Vesvai Denounces Corentian Sanctions

Vesvai has denounced sanctions imposed not just by Sunrisia but also by more nations of the Corentian bloc including the neighboring New Vesvai. At the parliament Prime Minister Robert Praesedit has accused the Corentian bloc of aggressive imperialism and waging war on the Sovereign State of Vesvai to strip the nation away of its liberty by fueling internal unrest. But it was not just all negativity. The Prime Minister thanked those nations that have managed to turn away from Sunrisian imposition to join the sanctions against the Sovereign State of Vesvai and withstood their own sovereign foreign policy. These thanks were sent to Edereon and Daredland. Exclusively the Prime Minister has sent wishes of strength to Daredland which Vesvai’s government believes is withstanding an identical test of how strong its sovereignty is as the same tools of fueling unrest within Daredland’s borders is being used as with Vesvai’s borders. PM Robert Praesedit said that Vesvai and Daredland would withstand this test against the sovereignty of both nations together in a deepening partnership. As for the sanctions of the Corentian bloc PM Praesedit promised unspecified counter-measures.

BREAKING: Konföderaleswehr disobeys government and refuses to deploy to Freihat where a State of Emergency is in effect

The Daredi Konföderaleswehr has declared an unofficial mutiny. The military has refused the orders of the Klare Sicht-led government of Daredland to deploy troops to Freihat where there’s currently a State of Emergency in effect. The military rejected identical orders and encouragements from the regional autonomous government, the State government where Freihat is, the local municipal government and the City Council of Freihat. It’s unclear whether the military has chosen the side of the protesters or the Flug movement in this unfolding political crisis or has the military just taken neutrality and refuses to be used in any way to deal even with violent protesters.

Sunrisia Opens Itself Up To Refugees From Vesvai

The Department of International Relations of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Símûl Aéternĕr has stated that Sunrisia would be opening itself up to refugees from Vesvai, fleeing repression and political prosecution in their own homeland. To accomplish this, the Department of International Relations is proposing a visa liberation for citizens and residents of the Sovereign State of Vesvai, paving them an easier way of getting into Sunrisia. The diplomats have presented this proposal to President Léma Tempéstĕr and are planning to take it to the Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia for legal fortification of such a plan.

Currently, Sunrisia has unilaterally suspended its’ visa-free travel with all the countries it has visa free entry over because of the RETRIT-20/PVAX-20 pandemic, however, that policy may soon be lifted. Vesvai was mostly an adversary through the entire history of relations with Sunrisia and never had visa-free travel or visa liberalization regarding Sunrisia, only a strict visa policy. However, with the current situation in Vesvai, exceptions might be made not only for the traditional visa policy towards Vesvai, but even in comparison to the privileges of countries that do have a formal visa-free travel to Sunrisia, which is currently still suspended over the RETRIT-20/PVAX-20 pandemic. Vesvaites seeking political asylum might have privileges over even some of Sunrisian allies, but that is the current reality.

Confederal Chancellor Daci Bauer has announced that the Klare Sicht-led government of the Daredi Confederation is ready to return to round table-style talks with the Flug opposition movement. The announcement has just come out this morning at the surprise press conference that we had just broadcast including on our network. This declaration by the government will likely change the situation on the streets of Daredland. Right now theories are coming in that the government was pushed over into this call because of the Konföderaleswehr’s mutiny and refusal to deploy to Freihat in a State of Emergency under the government’s orders. Moreover other protesting cities of Daredland are on the verge of violence as well and local authorities may be forced to declare a State of Emergency there as well. This has turned the Confederation into a “powder keg” and clearly the authorities wouldn’t be able to control the situation just with the help of police. The military’s refusal to participate and follow orders clearly means an immediate loss for the Daredi government. JUGAC, BAGGNAGIA – Baggnagia has decided to show solidarity with Corentian allies in MDAA and SOWEFTA along with showing solidarity with repressed people in Vesvai. The Chamber of Deputies of Baggnagia has passed sanctions against Vesvai for a crackdown on democratic peaceful protests. The sanctions are identical to the ones passed by Corentian nations. President Stanislav Smoler has expressed solidarity with protesters in Vesvai and in Pamerava. An identical expression of solidarity with protesters in Vesvai and Pamerava was made by Prime Minister Vyacheslav Koch. The Flug opposition movement has agreed to second talks with the Klare Sicht-led government of the Daredi Confederation. This comes following a violent escalation in Freihat which has already left hundreds citizens and police officers injured while the escalation has almost reached other cities of the nation. The arguable tipping point has been the military mutiny and the refusal of the Daredi Konföderaleswehr to deploy to Freihat. Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) of Sunrisia for Daredland Negotiations Cláv Rêpágûlâ has commended the fact that the parties in the Daredi political crisis have come to a compromise and that there are going to be second talks happening. New Vesvai has congratulated Daredland on a peaceful resolution of the growing civil conflict in the Confederation. Prime Minister Robert Praesedit Denounces Coup In Daredland

Vesvai’s head of government Prime Minister Robert Praesedit has denounced the coup that has taken place in Daredland. PM Robert Praesedit has spoken out against an enforced resignation of the legitimate government of Daredland. The Prime Minister mentioned how the resignation of the Daredi government was brought about by a military mutiny which means that the rightful Daredi government resigned under pressure from the military and the Corentian-backed Flug movement puppets which is the most classical example of a coup. The Daredi Konföderaleswehr has exchanged fire with the Weniges militia on the demarcation line between mainland Daredland and the territories of the Wenigberg region controlled by the self-declared Weniges Reich. The cease-fire is restored now so this exchange of fire has been considered an isolated incident. Coincidentally the demarcation line flared up shortly after the regime change in Freihat suggesting that those on the Weniges side may not have been too satisfied with what happened. Or those on the Weniges side just used the power vacuum and the military’s distraction to attempt and push the Weniges controlled territories westwards. Fortunately the militant outcome was not as they planned. The Konföderaleswehr made sure to keep the territories partitions unchanged and the armistice-like state remains in effect.

Sunrisian Military Trainers Briefly Patrol The Demarcation Line Between Mainland Daredland And The Self-Proclaimed Weniges Reich: Sunrisian Naval Forces Maneuver Near West Zilveren Berg

Sunrisian military instructors deployed in Daredland have briefly moved to the demarcation line between mainland Daredland and the self-proclaimed Weniges Reich from their usual stationing in western and central parts of the country. This is following what the Daredi media described as “an isolated exchange of fire” between the military of Daredland and the militia of the self-proclaimed Weniges Reich backed by the Englean Kaiserreich and a number of other countries. Although this is unconfirmed, the theory is that the Weniges militia may have opened fire to show their disappointment in the regime change that took place in Daredland. The Weniges militia did the same, when the Flaming Revolution originally happened in Daredland and the country had just not only transformed, but changed foreign policy trajectory into a pro-Corentian one, instead of a pro-Englean one.

However, that is not the only place, where the Sunrisian Defense Force (SDF) is showing some activity. The Sunrisian Naval Forces, patrolling the international waters, have moved towards the shores of the southern part of West Zilveren Berg, which borders the self-proclaimed Weniges Reich. Minister of Security of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Rédeâ Amîcăs said these moves are being made not to indicate that any action would be taken, but to send a warning to the Weniges militia to stop provoking the Daredi central authorities, as they are going through a political transition following recent events in the country.

Interim government changes the Office of Attorney General and joins sanctions against Vesvai

Interim government led by the Flug movement has changed the Office of Attorney General which was accused of being a tool by the past regime to abuse power and prosecution the opposition namely the PLFWCD coalition. Daredland now has a different Office of Attorney General but all the cases closed and still investigated remain. On foreign policy interim President of the National Council of the Daredi Confederation Vidal Lontesan and interim President of the Council of States of the Daredi Confederation Rico Graf had initiated Daredland’s joining of sanctions against Vesvai which the previous government has backed out of doing. Interim President of the Daredi Confederation Albert Vogt has said that Daredland would be joining international sanctions against Vesvai along with nations like Sunrisia, Creperia, New Vesvai and Baggnagia for the repressions that the regime in Vesvai is using against protesters right now.

After the coup and with Sunrisian puppets now in power Daredland is now joining sanctions against Vesvai and dismissing the Attorney General’s office to set the corrupt free. Prime Minister Robert Praesedit has denounced all of this and said that Daredland will unfortunately have to be added to the list of nations that Vesvai will have to use counter-measures against in response.

AURISI, VESVAI – His Majesty Prince Alexander Rešitelj (The Savior) and the Royal Guard has made a visit to the far-away allied nation of the Sovereign State of Vesvai. His Majesty Prince Dobrin Ustanovitelj (The Founder) already visited the Sovereign State of Vesvai during an international summit there not too long ago so His Majesty Prince Alexander Rešitelj (The Savior) has decided to arrive instead this time. The Pameravan monarch is accompanied by the Royal Guard. Oblaren And Herbora Alters National Flag, Removing The Symbol Of Vesvaite Nationalism

The Union of Oblaren and Herbora has changed the national flag. The altered version has removed the symbol of Vesvaite nationalism. The argumentation for the change has been the separation of Vesvai from the Union which no longer makes the symbol a necessary element of the flag and also because of the recognition of Vesvaite nationalism as a national security threat to the Union. Vesvaite nationalism specifically makes Herbora’s part of the Union of Oblaren and Herbora vulnerable because of geographic proximity.

Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn visits Vesvai to the protest of NFNU coalition partners

Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn has visited Vesvai by the example of Prince Alexander Rešitelj (The Savior) and the Royal Guard. The head of government is not hiding that this is done to show support for the government and sovereignty of Vesvai. The Prime Minister is meeting Prime Minister Robert Praesedit of Vesvai, his counterpart. This visit is being made much to the opposition from the New Forces of National Union (NFNU) coalition partners of the Third Way, who hold the polar opposite position that Vesvai’s government is a dictatorship which needs to be sanctioned like the rest of the Corentian bloc did and stripped of legitimacy for oppressing protesting citizens. This foreign policy move has already created another major rift in the uneasy holding coalition but it is not expected that it can be a reason for the coalition’s disbanding for the sake of Edereon first of all. Third Way and NFNU are in a coalition to keep Edereon from devolving back into a political crisis and civil confrontation.
