[The Great Nation of Great People]

My Great Nation has just realized this SHOCKING realization. Some nations are promoting policies that worsen their OWN countries and put those citizens at risk of being in harm's way. My country wants to take the steps necessary to replace those governments with more...like minded individuals . The only problem is that I don't know how to start a war with another nation. All authoritarian nations please give me a call so we can discuss alliances and friendships. Please respond as soon as possible. (This is not a joke post, I am actually serious please answer)

You can't declare war, but you can roleplay one if you'd like. Try to find a roleplay region that fits.

Hi and welcome to NationStates!
First things first, technically, you can't 'declare war' against any nation in Gameplay. What you can do is roleplay a war against another, willing participant. (There's also raiding and that's a wholly different story, works with the Regions and I have no idea how it works.)
Second, this part of the forums is reserved for more peaceful happenings - festivals, conferences, balls, such stuff. You want your war to be in International Incidents (II for short), that is the place for such things.
Thirdly, before you start roleplaying, I would recommend you to read the primers, especially the one by Santheres might be a good start as you want to be part of II.
