Onto your question on how we plan to reclaim our homeworld it's rather easy, we'll be taking over this Galaxy soon enough and using it's resources we'll finish the construction of our Grand Fleet we've spent hundreds of years building. "The Empire has spent many hours researching the Xeno species that exist in our known Galaxy and we can positively say that there are over 40 that are space-faring and thus have been marked as threats. Then there are a few hundred sub-Xeno species that exist on planets across the Galaxy that are in various stages of technological development and pose no threat to the Empire. Onto your second question, the only human populations that exist are within our Borders. We do not allow our citizens to leave our territory unless under approved military business."

"Cybernetically enhanced human beings are not allowed, only simple prosthetics are legal in the Empire. Otherwise, cloning or technology that can alter a human's DNA is not allowed for the general public to use and is only available for the Imperial Household for medical reasons. The legal status of those who choose to go beyond what is allowed is jail time and also in some cases the forced removal of whatever enhancements they have chosen to get for their body."

I reckon that you guys use something to bend and shrink the space in front of you and then stretch the space behind you, to travel several times faster than light, and maybeeee avoid time dilation effects. For perspective, my spaceship has clocked in at 1e+40 km/h, around 9.27e+30 c using a combination of space warping and wormholes. It is a little too fast, but it gets me where I need to go without all the problems of coming back to Valentine Z centuries later!
