Purely an individually state to state affair. It isn’t a organization treaty or anything. The event was arranged long before any ICDN or IDSF tensions erupted, so I’m just keeping a promise and increasing my relations.

I say it shouldn't be canon to ICDN officially, but can be canon to individual member nations if they want.

Since the thread's owner doesn't know how to run an rp, and just kicks anyone out who opposes him, accusing them of godmodding. Some instances, I can understand, but most of the time he does it for no reason.
