Q1) Is this current nation of yours inspired by the Toreadors from Vampire: The Masquerade (the best clan, you can't change my mind) at all? Or does the name come from bullfighting or something else entirely?
A1) You know, it probably was subconsciously influenced by the clan from Vampire Masquerade as I have heard of it before, and I too thought it was the best clan. However, I think it mostly came from Bizet's Toreador. I mostly chose it because I needed something vaguely French/Spanish.

Q2) How on Earth do you manage so many different nations simultaneously? I'm struggling enough with this one as it is!
A2) Lots of free time and being almost entirely on nationstates in your free time.

Aha, now that's a story!

A1 - In short, I love the formatting on the forums when it gets text heavy. So for those text-heavy stuff like The Sixty, or the news, or any other stuff that has well, story and text going on, I use the forums. On the other hand, for more visual heavy stuff like my Overview, for instance, I like to use factbooks because of the image in a spoiler thing, which I knew about thanks to Synne Industries!

On the forums, it look something like this with my character entries, and I am very particular about how they look. ^^

A2 - Ahh... no factbooks, the flag was a mess (feast your eyes on this...), and I actually got into a trouble once because I didn't read a guy's factbook. I didn't even know what those things are! Any semblance of character was just a namesake guy named "General Valentine Maxwell Constantine". And I actually tried to make Val Z a bit corrupt and become a dictatorship, but eventually reversed my way out of it. You can see this on my NS stats, actually! My Corruption used to hit Top 4%, but now it's one of the lowest across the world.

Q1) Here's a question, due to the distance between Mars and earth would you say that unique musical movements have grown on mars that has not yet reached earth and vice versa?

Q2) With 8 Official Languages, how do martians communicate efficiently with each other? Is there a language that is used more commonly than others?

Q3) This ties into the above question, I've noticed that different locations on Mars has names from different cultures. Would you say that the dominant language used varies with area or would you say that it stays relatively the same?

Q1) I haven't really given much thought to the development of distinct musical traditions if I'm honest, so I couldn't really answer that. All I really can say is that Martians really love classic rock and roll, though that might just be a bit of my personal bias leaking in!

Q2) Though Martian society and culture has led to most Martians being at least trilingual, Spanish is most often used as a lingua franca in the event that translation devices/services/software are not available. This is usually attributed to the great cultural and media influence that Spanish-speaking city-states have on Mars as a whole, with Costa Roja being particularly influential. English and Russian are also widely spoken by non-native speakers, however.

Q3) It's a bit of a mix. Though the majority of city-states certainly have a dominant language which dates back to their original settlement (with Costa Roja speaking Spanish, Ryūgū speaking Japanese, and Themískyra speaking Greek etc.), other city-states such as Elysium, Acidalia, and Tharsis are much more multicultural and multilingual.

Some questions for you, if that's alright:

The tree (later a flower whenever it get around to it) represents the national plant of Perikuresu, the four yellow patterned bars represent the French, Greeks, Polynesians and East Asians

1) To quote myself:

My main reason for deciding on them is pretty three point. First off is the fact I enjoy using Earth creatures as a base for alien races. Almost all alien races you see are just three eyed bipedal humans who inexplicably have the same social structure and cultural trends. Basing my scifi races off of Earth animals allows me to use their IRL tendancies to make unique cultures and social trends, and gives something familiar for the reader to latch onto. Secondly, My last nation was a race of scifi felinids who had a primarily carnivorous diet thanks to a desert homeworld, and I wanted my next nation to be different from them. Thirdly,
I just am a fan of rabbits. I think they look nice.

2) Dunno. Needed a new nation for RP, decided on making a communalist state that wasn't just a generic soviet union clone.

There are some Homo martiensis who may posses arguably racist attitudes towards Homo sapiens, but It's not really all that prevalent and even then mostly takes the forms of petty prejudices rather than any notions of racial superiority. As for tourists, people from Earth are most definitely allowed to visit Mars, though strict quarantine measures and relatively high costs often deter potential H. sapiens tourists.
