Stressing that Kampf has a reputation in The East Pacific for his numerous war crimes that have stretched since the beginning of its nation without any international outrage and have been heavily overlooked. Many times their actions were NOT justified and only meant to satisfy Kampf's lust for death.
Noting that Kampf won a TEP Award for most influential not because of morally good things but by the fear and horror he casts throughout The East pacific regionwide.
Stating that almost 3 years ago, Texaria's night sky was lit up with burned bodies and buildings in what is known as the Austinia Massacre in TEP history. The scene could be seen countries away and the heavens looked down in disapproval. 10.6 million men, women, and children brutally were rounded up and massacred in Texaria's capital of Austinia.
Appalled that the massacre was televised live internationally. For 7 hours viewers saw the worst in humanity as Texarians were sliced in front of cameras. The event was seen as entertainment to the nation of Kampf as it saw this as a military achievement rather than a genocide.
Emphasizing that Texaria wanted nothing but peace and gave little resistance due to their disadvantaged military force. Over and over Texaria begged for peace but The Kampf Empire proceeded to advance their massacre leveling Austinia to nothing but burning bodies and collapsed buildings
Finally, those who survived the massacre were given collars and ENSLAVED by the brutal and vicious Kampf Empire and were put in conditions that could only be described as inhumane. To many, this was just an everyday event caused by Kampf
Believing that World Assembly should do its duty to condemn the hineous acts Kampf Empire executed in The East Pacific
