I think the thread has begun to go in a direction that has little to do with TRR's Foreign Relations.

It's drifted around a bit but looks to be mostly back on track now. The stuff on Cormac and Unibot's respective backgrounds is off-topic but has died down. The question of whether The Pacific/NPO can be trusted is relevant to the discussion, as it concerns a TRR policy decision announced there.

I appreciate I've got a small level of involvement in this whole thing, so please do feel free to ask for a second mod to take a look if you disagree.
