Man why’d they gotta nerf talon. He isn’t that bad now or anything but terrorizing adc’s is slightly less efficient which is a real shame

It took 8+ tries at the Blue Essence Emporium Noxus Mystery Box Loot to get a Vladimir Icon.

Is this a conspiracy?

I also used my BE on all the Shockblade Zed chromas.

Yes.

Since it’s 2500 BE a single loot I think I’ve spent about 25,000 BE just to get the one Vlad icon. But I just have literal mountains of it sitting there.

Now I have the Cas, Kat, Leblanc, Swain, Riven, Darius, Vlad, Draven icons and think a few more

They were always intended to be star-crossed tragic lovers by their designers and writers, but that was vetoed at every turn by Riot management, same as with Graves and Twisted Fate. If Riot's position is changing, that is good, if a bit late

I would not be surprised if this was a design decision that slipped by rather than the management improving, however.

They've been hinting at it more and more over the years. Leona's Eclipse skins had some pretty suggestive lines, and their interactions in LoR definitely give off a lovers vibe:

Legends of Runeterra has certainly been pushing more boundaries - the Traveler, for example. Plus, the latest update added Irelia and a female character with a fair few lines together that hint at a relationship there.
