How to find cards of nations that ceased to exist.

Hello, I'm new to forums so sorry if this is bad!

I'm looking to find cards of nations that ceased to exist! But since I cannot view their nation profile since they've ceased to exist I cannot go to their card option redirect.

Does anyone know a way around this? Any kind of tips or help would be very appreciated!

Well you can go to peoples pages that collect these sort of cards and view the cards from there, or you can go onto the market and find the top season 1 cards, most of those are ex nations

Your ideas are too much time- and effort-consuming if people are aiming for a specific card. Plus not all ex-nation cards are ceased-to-exist (CTE), nor all CTE cards are ex-nation cards: the former is a result of season 1 having two snapshots, and nations alive in April 2018 but not December 2018 then receiving the ex-nation flag and region, while the latter is a general term for cards whose nations ceased to exist.

The easier way is using the boneyard: https://www.nationstates.net/page=boneyard
You can type the name of the nation you are seeking, for example my own nation: https://www.nationstates.net/page=boney ... ovanniland
Then you can copy the id (3269408, in my case, but this will change for other nations) and paste it after the second equal sign in this url: https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/card=

As you can see this works even for live nations, although it's more work than needed since you can access live nations' decks and cards easier than that. However, for ceased-to-exist cards, it's the most practical way if you know the nation name.

A better idea that I believe should be done would be for a nation's card to be linked in the Boneyard. It is already done with dispatches and factbooks, so it is a logical feature to add.

There are a lot of them out there (I, for example, do own a pretty bunch), but they tend to be very pricey, especially the "low owner" ones, since they (season 1) are very hard to come by...
