BREAKING: Daredi government and the Flug opposition movement representing the Daredi nationwide protests, gather in the headquarters of the Council of 3 in Freihat for round table-style talks

Image

The inter-Daredi talks have begun in Freihat today. The officials of the Daredi government and representatives of the Flug movement speaking on behalf of the Daredi protests have arrived in the Council of 3 headquarters in Freihat. They’re hosted by Secretary General of the Council of 3 Sita Nobara. On behalf of the Daredi government the officials negotiating are Confederal Chancellor Daci Bauer, President of the Daredi Confederation Markus Thill, President of the National Council of the Daredi Confederation Gerhard Fanisson and President of the Council of States of the Daredi Confederation Evo Melehaal. On behalf of the opposition the representatives of the Flug movement that are negotiating are Albert Vogt, Vidal Lontesan, Rico Graf and Lasse Cerido.

The Daredi government’s ambitions are to negotiate a compromise that would help end the political tensions and possibly bring about endless protests that have been happening in three waves over varied reasons shortly since the current Klare Sicht-led government got elected. The opposition represented by the Flug movement is much less interested in compromises. The Flug movement since its emergence as the face of the opposition has been calling for the resignation of the Daredi government in its entirety and for snap elections. At this point it appears there is little room for compromise. But that is what the talks in the Council of 3 headquarters are for.

The protests have happened over various reasons. After the most recent wave the Flug movement as the voice of the opposition and the protest has started calling for the government’s resignation. Whether the Daredi government will abide by that or push for compromise remains to be seen. The Council of 3 is upholding a neutral position as a mediator.

Secretary Of Foreign Affairs Of West Zilveren Berg Aart Teuling Wishes Luck In Daredi Negotiations In The Council Of 3

As head of West Zilveren Berg’s diplomacy, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of West Zilveren Berg Aart Teuling has expressed our country’s hope that the talks between Daredi government officials and Daredi protesters in the Council of 3 headquarters will be productive and will lead to a result. He made this statement not only as a head diplomat of West Zilveren Berg, which has been a country acting as negotiations’ ground for many conflicts in the region and internationally, but also as one of the members of the Council of 3 together with New Vesvai and Daredland, as a country of focus today. The talks between the parties in Daredland are high-level round table-style negotiations.

Foreign Secretary Aart Teuling said:

West Zilveren Berg is a neutral and non-bloc state. Therefore, our interest and international effort is to always help cultivate negotiations between all international parties in all international conflicts. However, this is a case slightly different from all the other ones. We have an internal conflict in a country, whose internal affairs we respect as that of a sovereign state. So it is not the same as managing between different international sides or different countries and organizations. What we have, are parties to a civil conflict – a government and an opposition within the same country. At the same time, West Zilveren Berg definitely cannot stay aside here, because we have our ally and partner within the Council of 3 – Daredland, as a country of focus. So our entire attention is on this situation and our highest hopes are aimed at success to finally resolve this Daredi tension.

Musicians Nebula and Cyber Re-Release Their Synthwave Collaborative Effort – “Retro Electronica

Image

Electronic musicians in the synthwave genre Nebula and Cyber have re-released their several-year long collaborative chart-topper “Retro Electronica.” Nebula and Cyber have re-released this song ahead of their upcoming individual albums, where each artist has a feature on each other’s album and as synthwave continues to be one of the dominant genres in Sunrisian charts, competing with rock and trance, as well as synthwave rising in international popularity in this period. Meanwhile, new material from both upcoming albums is yet to be released in a form of singles, but both artists intend to do so, as each of the albums approaches the release date closer. The same goes for the confirmation of officials album titles, which is also yet to happen.

Nebula and Cyber have each been working on new material together and apart during quarantine over the RETRIT-20/PVAX-20 pandemic. Now that the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia is in the middle of an active national vaccination period, the quarantine is no longer imposed and both artists have more of an opportunity to collaborate daily and to develop new material outside their homes and in the studio instead, although both options are open now for convenience.

BREAKING: Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit Declares Nationwide Martial Law In The Sovereign State Of Vesvai To Control Political Crisis

Several days after declaring a nationwide State of Emergency Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit has now declared Martial Law in the Sovereign State of Vesvai. The head of government has decided to go not just further but all the way. This was declared after the most recent government meeting of Vesvai’s Ministry of National Security once again presided over by PM Robert Praesedit. In the conditions of nationwide Martial Law the police, the National Guard and the Internal Troops will have created conditions to handle domestic rioter elements while the Vesvaite Security Forces as the nation’s military will have prepared conditions to defend against foreign aggression if any outside power dares to intervene in the middle of Vesvaite unrest perpetuated from the outside.

Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit Warns Daredland “Not To Walk Into A Trap”

Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit has also taken the time to address foreign colleagues by addressing Daredland’s government. The head of government warned Daredi colleagues against walking into a trap which he says has been set up by MDAA and SOWEFTA or the Sunrisian-led Corentian bloc in general. The Prime Minister said that the Flug movement is working for the Corentian bloc and their mission is to cause a coup in Daredland to install a more loyalist pro-Corentian government with a hostile policy towards Corentian bloc’s competitors and other nations. PM Robert Praesedit cites Vesvai as a nation having walked into that trap and now dealing with its consequences, warning Daredland not to repeat the same mistake. But on an optimistic note he had also said that Vesvai and Daredland will get out of this mess and this intruding foreign threat together.

Incoming New Convet, After The Early Legislative Election, Threatens An Extension Of Sanctions Against Vesvai Over Further Protest Suppression And The Imposition Of Martial Law

Image

Convet (legislature/parliament) of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia.

As the new Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia is forming itself from the last early legislative election, preparing to replace the outgoing Convet, the forming and incoming legislature is already making statements on foreign policy legislations. New Speaker of the Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Fácî Cólâtĕr says that the Convet will be looking to extend sanctions against the Sovereign State of Vesvai for the imposition of Martial Law by its’ authoritarian leadership, including extending those sanctions from individual ones to sector ones, targeting the Vesvaite economy, even though it would be a controversial move that might negatively impact the populace of Vesvai:

New Speaker Fácî Cólâtĕr stated:

First it was the State of Emergency and now it is full-on Martial Law. The autocracy in Vesvai is looking to turn the country into a prison and a torture house. The Martial Law supposedly closes Vesvai into this iron dome, while the populace is pushed into curfew and the police along with the National Guard and Internal Troops are left to suppress Vesvaites. Meanwhile, their military is left mobilized on external border, aiming to counter supposed foreign threats. We will not leave things like this and we are ready to “slap on” harsh sanctions to just take away the ability of the Vesvaite state to use these repressions. It is unfortunate if the population gets hit by our repercussions as well, but it is not like the situation for them is any better right now. As Speaker, I am stating with confidence that our Convet will do it, unless the outgoing Convet gets on with it right now, which we would not even mind, because this is not the question of getting credit for something.

In other news:

  • Outgoing Minister of International Relations of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Vénî Adsécĕr: “Sunrisia is watching the talks between the government and opposition in Daredland and hopes for the best outcome.

BREAKING: Talks between Daredi government and the Flug opposition movement do not work out after the Daredi government rejects calls for it to resign

Image

The talks between the Daredi government and the Flug opposition movement at the Council of 3 headquarters in Freihat have broken down. In the negotiations the Flug opposition movement openly declared its demand that the government should resign and snap elections should be announced. The Daredi government rejected that call as an ultimatum. The parties walked away without reaching a deal.

“[W]hat the opposition came with was an ultimatum in their heads without any room for compromise. That’s now how deals are made. So obviously we were left with a logical choice to walk away from this until the Flug movement opens itself up to flexible solutions.” – Markus Thill, President of the Daredi Confederation (SLP)

The President received support from other officials of the Klare Sicht-led government, including the Confederal Chancellor and others.

“[T]he government has not arrived at this meeting to listen to ultimatums. We came here for negotiations and compromises on how to get our nation out of a political crisis. This needs compromises and concessions from all parties. But everything that the Flug movement did was to try to push us into a corner. That’s why these talks have not worked out and we don’t know where we go from here.” – Daci Bauer, Confederal Chancellor (PCA)

“[W]e need to make it clear not only to the Flug movement and the rest of the opposition but also the protesters on the street. They’re protesting in defense of criminals found guilty of corruption by our Office of Attorney General. There needs to be faith in our state institutions. Let’s not forget that the officials found of corruption were ousted from power by our own Daredi people so why are citizens now defending those same criminals that they rose up against at the end of PLFWD’s term?” – Gerhard Fanisson, President of the National Council of the Daredi Confederation (SLP)

“[I]t’s clear that we were talking to political “newbies” who don’t understand that diplomacy is important any political dialogue. It’s not just for negotiations between foreign parties but also between parties of the same nation like in this case. And they failed cultivating that dialogue.” – Evo Melehaal, President of the Council of States of the Daredi Confederation (PCA)

Obviously there were also comments from the Flug opposition movement in the aftermath of the unsuccessful negotiations.

“[T]he government has just dropped a chance to walk away peacefully and to end this all. We know that we are definitely not backing down.” – Albert Vogt, Member of the Flug movement

“[T]he protest will continue. It will be a peaceful protest like it has been but it will continue.” – Vidal Lontesan, Member of the Flug movement

“[T]o say it calmly I will just comment that the government has made a mistake. The Daredi population will not back away. The demand of the protest will continue to live on and we will continue to move forward that demand of the protest through continued nationwide demonstrations. Exclusively of peaceful character because nobody anywhere has used force in these past couple of waves of protests except for the authorities.” – Rico Graf, Member of the Flug movement

“[T]he first time has failed but we believe we will be back at this negotiations’ table very soon. We will encourage our supporters not to back away from our movement against the push of the Daredi Confederation into autocracy through the current government’s political games and discrete crackdowns on the opposition.” – Lasse Cerido, Member of the Flug movement

Secretary General Of The Council Of 3 Sita Nobara Disappointed Daredi Talks Haven’t Worked Out And Calls For Dialogue To Continue

The talks in the Council of 3 between the Daredi government and opposition have broken down. The Daredi government led by the Klare Sicht alliance and represented at the talks by Confederal Chancellor Daci Bauer, President of Daredland Markus Thill, President of the National Council of Daredland Gerhard Fanisson and President of the Council of States of Daredland Evo Melehaal rejected opposition calls to resign and declare snap elections. The government called it an ultimatum and refused to accept it while criticizing the principled position of the opposition representatives. The opposition represented by the Flug movement which itself in turn was represented by Flug movement’s members Albert Vogt, Vidal Lontesan, Rico Graf and Lasse Cerido have refused to accept the rejection and promised that the protest would continue until the government satisfies the demand outright or return to the negotiations table. Secretary General of the Council of 3 Sita Nobara called on the talks to continue and once again offered the Council of 3 as the ground for these second hopeful talks.

West Zilveren Berg Calls For The Daredi Negotiations To Continue After Failure In Freihat And Offers Its’ Own Mediation Services At Any Moment

Secretary of Foreign Affairs of West Zilveren Berg Aart Teuling has expressed disappointment that the talks between the Daredi government and the Flug opposition movement have failed at the Council of 3 headquarters in Freihat. According to the official version, the Flug opposition movement gave the Daredi government a demand to resign and call for snap elections, while the Daredi government refused to accept it, calling it an ultimatum. The story has a lot of similarity with how events were moving forward in Edereon. All involved parties in the current negotiation have returned to their respectable positions, with the Daredi government saying there would be no deal and the Flug opposition movement saying that the protest would continue. The status quo remains. Secretary General of the Council of 3 Sita Nobara has already called for a second round of talks at the Council of 3 headquarters. In turn, with the first round at the Council of 3 having not worked out, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of West Zilveren Berg Aart Teuling, despite the highest respect for the Council of 3 as an institution and West Zilveren Berg as its’ member, has offered West Zilveren Berg’s individual services as a mediator and invited the parties to additionally meet in West Zilveren Berg for negotiations, if they decide not to move forward with the offer from the Council of 3.

BREAKING: Fourth wave of nationwide protests rises in Daredland after failed talks between Daredi government and the Flug opposition movement

Image

After the government–opposition talks had failed at the Council of 3 headquarters in Freihat the Flug movement did what it promised. It has organized a new wave of nationwide protests against the government of Daredland. Like before it’s taking over all cities and this time the demands are none other than for the government to resign. Since the Flug movement is now leading these protests and government resignation has been the initial demand of the movement the protesters on the streets are likewise adopting that as the primary agenda of the nationwide manifestations. The protests remain peaceful but the police nationwide is deploying larger numbers of officers on the streets. Information is coming in that the Germanic Union (GU) coalition is planning to hold a pro-government rally in Freihat and have its divisions in other cities hold identical pro-government rallies to counter the Flug movement’s anti-government protest. Right now the Flug movement is not making any renewed calls for a second round of talks like the neutral third parties have been calling for namely Council of 3 members like New Vesvai and West Zilveren Berg. Stay tuned for updates.

New Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) Of Sunrisia For Daredland Negotiations Cláv Rêpágûlâ Hopes For Daredi Negotiations To Continue

Image

Cláv Rêpágûlâ has recently been appointed new Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia for Daredland Negotiations by new Minister of International Relations of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Símûl Aéternĕr. Already, the new DDA has made a statement on the current situation in Daredland, as protests have escalated following the collapse of the government–opposition negotiations at the Council of 3 in Freihat.

DDA Cláv Rêpágûlâ stated the following:

My predecessor has likewise called for dialogue between the parties in Daredland. Although my specific functions is to help out in mediation of the Weniges crisis, I will step out of line and give my position on the internal affairs of Daredland. The position is that the country must follow through with negotiations before there is a dangerous escalation that could happen. The talks can take place at the Council of 3 again, in West Zilveren Berg, which has already offered its’ services as an effective neutral negotiations’ ground which we have already seen in effect many times, but I also think it would not be out of line to offer Sunrisia as negotiations ground, despite our non-neutrality in international affairs. It will be difficult to deal with the Weniges issue, when Daredland domestically is divided itself even more, maybe not territorially but certainlty in every other way.

Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit Disappointed With The Escalation In Daredland And Said That He Had Warned The Daredi Government Before

Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit has expressed disappointment and concern with the situation that is developing in Daredland right now and reminded how he had warned the Daredi government of the risks before. The head of government made this statement at another meeting of Vesvai’s Ministry of National Security.

“[I] warned our Daredi colleagues. It is a shame what is happening in a nation that we view as our new potential partner after having welcomed officials for a summit here in Aurisi not that long ago. And what is happening now in Daredland is exactly what I warned the Daredi government about and it’s not much of a surprise the situation’s so similar to what is happening in Vesvai right now. The imperialist is using their agents inside our nation to cause unrest and thus launch a coup disguised as a “people’s revolution.” We see right through that. In Vesvai we are bravely fighting against it right now but the question now stands on what Daredland is prepared to do fight off the threat? I send wishes to the Daredi government to have political will and political courage. You must defend your nation because this is a foreign aggression disguised as a domestic political crisis. Don’t let yourself be fooled.”

Internal Troops, The National Guard And The Police Continue The Hunt For Rioters During Martial Law

It has been four days now since Martial Law had been declared in the Sovereign State of Vesvai. Regardless it has not been easy to control the rioter waves with this as they have been disobeying the rules of the Martial Law. It was expected that Martial Law would help Internal Troops, the National Guard and the police to have comfortable conditions to continue the hunt for rioters but things have still not been easy as rioter waves are not stopping. Still Vesvai’s Ministry of National Security has confidence these domestic forces will eventually get the situation under control while Vesvaite Security Forces as external troops and the official military of the nation will keep the borders defended from an outside intervention by those supporting the riots from the outside.

Daredi–Sunrisian Emo Band Kante Performs “Widerstand” For Daredi Protesters In Freihat

Image

Daredi–Sunrisian emo band – Kante, have gone to Freihat, Daredland, to perform in front of protesters there. The band has gone there with a repertoire, but their front-lining song is “Widerstand”, which unambiguously from its’ name and lyrics is a pro-protest song, inviting Daredis to resume the political manifestation that is happening right now. The Daredi-born Sunrisian artists in the band Kante have a tendency to often perform in Daredland on regular basis, but have also not missed an opportunity to perform in political events in support of the civil society in Daredland and whatever event they are organizing.

In other news:

  • New Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia is already preparing extended sanctions against Vesvai over peaceful protest suppression by force.

Authorities in more cities called in to get spreading unrest under control

Image

VARIOUS CITIES, PAMERAVA – Unrest is spreading in more parts of the Principality of Pamerava. Authorities are being called in to take care of the problem in these various cities. His Majesty Prince Dobrin Ustanovitelj (The Founder) and His Majesty Prince Alexander Rešitelj (The Savior) are both telling authorities in different municipal parts of the nation to follow their responsibility of upholding constitutional order. Prince Dobrin and Prince Alexander are denouncing what they’re calling a “rioting epidemic” that is spreading internationally and is now taking place in several nations at the same time. Apart from Pamerava the rioting is also happening in Vesvai and Daredland right now. The origin or the source of these riots is unknown but Vesvaite leadership believes these are not disconnected incidents and that they’re inspired with outside intervention namely by Sunrisia with its imperialist geopolitical ambitions. Prince Dobrin and Prince Alexander suspect that in Pamerava’s case the unrest and rioting might be cultivated by a joint Baggnagian and Sunrisian effort to overthrow the sovereign monarchy and reinstate control over Pamerava.

Image

A teaser trailer for ”SpongeBob SquarePants” Season 4 has finally been released at the Lucera Comic-Con in the past days. The creators have confirmed that this would be the final season of the Eastern Anime-inspired style series. Nevertheless, this main not be the end of the character or the franchise, as the creative team behind ”SpongeBob SquarePants” has also discussed spin-offs and a feature film. Although spin-off talks are not moving forward as much, the idea of a feature film to function as a true series finale has been something discussed much more and it is highly likely that is going to be what the fans will receive as a conclusion to the show. Border With New Vesvai Closed From Vesvai’s Side For An Unspecified Period

Vesvai’s Ministry of National Security has stated that the shared border with New Vesvai has been closed from Vesvai’s side for an unspecified period. The decision was made after a conclusion that New Vesvai was one of the nations sympathizing with and possibly sponsoring the riots in the Sovereign State of Vesvai. It is also possible that Sunrisia is using New Vesvai as the newest MDAA member to sponsor unrest in the Sovereign State of Vesvai because of geographic proximity. Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit said that all of Vesvai’s intelligence agencies have material proving New Vesvai’s and Sunrisia’s involvement in the riots in the Sovereign State of Vesvai that Internal Troops, National Guard and police are trying to suppress under a currently effective Martial Law. It is likely that the military might also be deployed along New Vesvai’s border.

New Convet Extends Sanctions Against Vesvai From Individual Ones To State Ones Over Protest Suppression

Image

Convet (legislature/parliament) of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia.

New Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia, formed and assembled after the last early legislative election, has passed a promotion of sanctions against Vesvai from individual ones to state ones, this time targeting the economy of Vesvai. The sanctions got extended in accordance with the bipartisan legislation presented by multiple parties from the new governing coalition. The sanctions were passed with a clear majority of votes in favor. New Speaker of the Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Fácî Cólâtĕr declared the new sanctions as having passed.

Speaker Fácî Cólâtĕr stated:

Originally, the previous Convet was pressuring Vesvai because of the country’s refusal to go down the path of democratization, however, the policy of sanctions began to be applied over the current 20th century and past century repressions that are happening in Vesvai, which cannot be ignored. This is coming from the Sunrisian side not so much as a punishment, but as our country’s move to do what we can to affect the situation and push it in the humane direction.

New Minister of International Relations of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Símûl Aéternĕr said that Sunrisia is planning to call up irregular MDAA and SOWEFTA consultations to discuss the situation in Vesvai and coordinate the actions of both organizations towards the country.

BREAKING: Tear gas used against protesters in Freihat while police is attacked with rocks and garbage

Image

The peaceful protests in the Daredi Confederation have stopped being peaceful. First instances of violence have broken out in the current fourth wave of protest. To summarize all four waves this is the second time violence is breaking out. Just like the first time the violence has broken out in the protests at the capital city Freihat while remaining peaceful in other parts of Daredland. What escalated are clashes between the protesters and police. It is unclear who started it but the authorities are currently using tear gas against the crowds while the protesters are throwing rocks and used garbage at the authorities. Formally there’s no rioting or looting happening with the entire attention of the protesters being focused on fighting back against the authorities. The tear gas is showing its effectiveness in helping disperse and otherwise well concentrated in a single location and an unmovable crowd. As mentioned before the protesters are currently fighting back.

BREAKING: The Council Of 3 Holds An Emergency Meeting Over The Escalation In Daredland

Image

Secretary General of the Council of 3 Sita Nobara is hosting an emergency meeting of the Council of 3 of New Vesvai, West Zilveren Berg and Daredland over the escalation of the situation in Daredland. The Council of 3 meeting concerns the escalation of the peaceful protests in Freihat into violence that involves the clashes between protesters and authorities. The clashes have seen the usage of tear gas by authorities against protesters while protesters have fought back by throwing rocks and garbage. This situation has only been happening in Freihat so far but not in other parts of Daredland but the Council of 3 is concerned it might expand into other parts of the nation if not contained. The Council of 3 will be expecting explanations and a plan of action from the representatives of Daredland.

New Vesvai’s Minister Of Foreign Affairs Fila Nemo Says Vesvai’s Actions At The Border Are “Unwise” And Reject Aurisi’s Conspiracies Of “Fueling Protests”

New Vesvai’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Fila Nemo has spoken against the actions of the Sovereign State of Vesvai such as the closure of the mutual border from Vesvai’s side and a threat of deploying troops there or stationing military there for the long-run. Additionally the Minister has denounced “conspiracy theories” about New Vesvai being used by Sunrisia to “fuel protests” across the border and said that fellow Vesvaites in the Sovereign State of Vesvai are simply protesting on their own for their democratic future without foreign interference. Despite claiming that New Vesvai has no involvement in these protests Foreign Minister Fila Nemo reiterated New Vesvai’s support for protesters and their rights.

Emergency MDAA Consultation Begins Over The Situations In Daredland, Vesvai And Baggnagia’s Break-Away Territory Of Pamerava

Image

Image

Sunrisia has called up an emergency MDAA consultation with other members of the alliance – Creperia, Edereon, New Vesvai and an associate state Daredland. Secretary of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia in MDAA Dúcân Prīncépâ has said that Sunrisia has called up an emergency consultation because of the situation in Vesvai, MDAA associate state Daredland and a close partner of MDAA – Baggnagia, specifically in its’ break-away territory of Pamerava. In regards to Vesvai, the Sunrisian side would be promoting a united sanctions policy against the regime in Aurisi over the suppression of protests among all members of MDAA and maybe even the associate state Daredland. Regarding the situation in Daredland, answers will be expected from the Daredi associate representation in MDAA to get a clearer look at what is happening in the country and to convince the Daredi representation that the situation must be restore to its’ peaceful character, while protecting the right of the Daredi people to a peaceful protest. Finally, the most enigmatic situation is the one happening in Baggnagia’s break-away region of Pamerava, which has kept all the information from leaving the territory and virtually kept Pamerava cut off from the outside world, while there are protest-like occurrences happening there. That will likewise be discussed.

Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn says Edereon will not join any sanctions politics against Vesvai

As Sunrisia has called in an MDAA consultation over the events in Vesvai, Daredland and Pamerava it’s clear that Sunrisia is trying to expand its’ foreign policy of pressure on certain countries within the ranks of MDAA and SOWEFTA. The primary target right now is Vesvai which recently got a new wave of sanctions imposed against it by Sunrisia and the conversation in the MDAA consultation is to have all nations of the Corentian bloc to do the same. Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn already confirmed that Edereon would not follow suite:

Edereon would not be joining the sanctions policy against Vesvai which Sunrisia is lobbying. Edereon wants positive relations with all neighbors and believes that what is happening in Vesvai is an internal affair first and foremost. The same goes for Daredland and Pamerava. If there’s a plan to begin a sanctions policy against Pamerava, Edereon wouldn’t join that either. Edereon is also looking forward to build partner relations with Vesvai and Pamerava among many other nations. It’s no secret that eventually Edereon wants to join ACIS, the resurrection of which was initiated at the summit in Vesvai and which Edereon, Vesvai and Pamerava are all looking forward to integrate into eventually.

BREAKING: Protesters in Freihat break Felix Gudatan out of detainment

Image

The escalation on the Freihat front of the Daredi protests resumes exiting its peaceful nature. Protesters have broken out ex-Vice Chancellor of the Daredi Confederacy and ex-Confederal Minister of Justice and Police of the Daredi Confederation Felix Gudatan out of detainment where he was kept locked up after being extradited from hiding abroad. Felix Gudatan was kept detained in Freihat for charges of corruption against him and the rest of the PLFWCD coalition awaiting trial. Gudatan is now in the ranks of Freihat protesters although the demonstrators are keeping the politician safe and behind their backs away from the riot police and their counter-protester actions. Before the riot police were only using tear gas but now the police are employing smoke grenades, light and noise grenades and even bringing in water cannons. The protesters continue throwing rocks and garbage at the law enforcement but have not resorted to anything radical like Molotov cocktails yet.

Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) Of Sunrisia For Daredland Negotiations Cláv Rêpágûlâ Says Daredland Could Face Sanctions If Protest Suppression Continues

Image

Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia for Daredland Negotiations Cláv Rêpágûlâ, who has very recently entered the position as an official of the new administration, has once again detracted from the focus on the frozen conflict in the self-proclaimed Weniges Reich to address what is happening in Daredland at a wider range and specifically in the country’s capital city Freihat, as the protests there are escalating from peaceful ones towards intensification. The situation in Daredland is also one of the topics of discussion at an emergency MDAA consultation called up by Sunrisia and has Daredland’s officials, as representatives of the associate state, there on location to explain the situation.

Just today, an unexpected event happened, as Daredi protesters in Freihat have broken out Felix Gudatan, former Vice Chancellor of the former Daredi Confederacy and former Confederal Minister of Justice and Police of the Daredi Confederation, out of his detainment in Freihat. The Daredi official, an officially of a once governing PLFWCD coalition who was pushed into the opposition after the last elections, was out of the country because of the suspicion of corruption against him and the entire PLFWCD coalition, was returned back from abroad to Daredland after the Office of Attorney General of the Daredi Confederation found the PLFWCD coalition guilty. Felix Gudatan was detained, awaiting trial. Now he has been broken out and has almost joined the protest in Freihat.

DDA Cláv Rêpágûlâ said that Daredland’s association with MDAA and SOWEFTA does not protect the country from facing responsibility for undemocratic practices. On the contrary, the special envoy said that differently from Vesvai which is a dictatorship and needs to be pressured into respecting human rights, Daredland is a democracy aspiring to Corentian integration, which puts greater responsibility on the country to follow democratic standards and respect human rights and a sacred right to protest. Therefore, to ensure that this is accomplished, MDAA and SOWEFTA will not be above pressuring Daredland into fulfilling its’ responsibilities, including using potential sanctions policy against it, like it is being done with Vesvai.

BREAKING: Government declares State of Emergency in Freihat

Image

With the situation in the capital city of Freihat escalating into violence the Daredi government has declared a State of Emergency in the city of Freihat. The State of Emergency was declared by the City Council of Freihat. This allows the authorities to keep people off the street legally although it’s doubtful the protesters will clear the streets of Freihat. But the State of Emergency allows for more forces to be deployed to secure the area and restore or uphold constitutional order including the currently deployed riot police but also not ruling out the arrival of the Konföderaleswehr. It’s unclear how far the central government, the regional government and local authorities will go with the State of Emergency and what it allows to employ for the authorities. The number of officers on the street has been increasing for the whole day, but nobody from the military has joined in yet.

In An Immediate Follow-Up To MDAA Consultation, Sunrisia Calls Up A SOWEFTA Consultation On The Situation In Vesvai, Daredland And Pamerava

Image

Immediately following up the MDAA consultation, Sunrisia has called up a second consultation on the same day for SOWEFTA. Just like with the MDAA consultation, this SOWEFTA meet-up is dedicated to discussing the situation in Vesvai, Daredland and Pamerava. Today, the eye on Daredland is becoming even more intense in comparison to the other two crises points, as the escalation there goes from a peaceful protest to a violent clash on the streets of Freihat. Today, Felix Gudatan, former Vice Chancellor of the former Daredi Confederacy and former Confederal Minister of Justice and Police of the Daredi Confederation, was broken out of detainment by Daredi protesters. Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia for Daredland Negotiations Cláv Rêpágûlâ already threatened that Daredland could face sanctions like Vesvai, if a policy of protest suppression continues. However, the actions of the regime in Vesvai and the separatist absolute monarchy in the self-proclaimed Pamerava in eastern Baggnagia will not be second in attention to what is happening in Daredland. At the SOWEFTA consultation, the issues will be discussed by full member Creperia, Edereon, New Vesvai and Sunrisia, with addition to associate state Daredland as well, who will have to explain the actions of their government and the situation in their country. Even though the Prime Minister of Edereon has said that his country would not partake in any sanctions policies discussed at MDAA and SOWEFTA consultations, including potential sanctions against Vesvai and Pamerava, the Sunrisian representation hope there will still be a chance to re-convince Ederi counterparts if Edereon is commitment to human rights and democratic values.
