@Lilly Fischer To further iterate: the Greater Gothic Empire is using the Reichsgotische dating system, which is, of course, a combination of the dating systems of the Julian Calendar and that of the Imperium of Man. I believe this is because of our predecessor's decision to re-introduce it as an integral part of Gothic society and that the Gregorian dating system - the one used universally - has led us Goths to confusion in terms of dating after human civilization ended with a big bang in 2000.

I am the younger sibling, so I can only tell you about looking up to your older brother and wanting to be as old as him (granted, the difference between us was 'only' a year, but it felt like decades).

Just having to get tested for the virus is expensive in itself, and now that I can't work, well... I don't know how much longer we can stay here.. the whole reason we were gone for so long is that we thought keeping the computer off would save on the electricity bill... it hasn't helped much.
Aaaaaa is in shambles. There are riots and protests everyday in Moelle and across the country, pro-mask vs anti-mask people fighting eachother in the streets, Aleyilakos has completely disappeared and hasn't been heard from in almost two months. Kneriod has led an armed rebellion into Parliament and has effectively taken control. All the while, people continue to get sick. I don't know when that "herd immunity" thing you were talking about before is supposed to happen, but it sure as hell isn't coming any time soon... You remember South Aaaaaa? 30% of the province is dead. THIRTY PERCENT. I can barely sleep at night. There's so much looting and chaos right now. The Iaonroudan police force has basically barricaded themselves inside their headquarters and have been in a shootout with a bunch of rednecks for the past week. The last time I checked, over 60% of the entire country has had COVID at least once. I... I just.. I've been having panic attacks over and over again... I feel so weak. I keep hearing gunshots outside. It feels like we're in the fucking apocalypse or something.
I absolutely despise taking money from you, and I feel like a massive piece of shit for even suggesting we can somehow make up the tens of thousands of dollars your family has given us, but... We have no choice. I can't even buy gasoline right now for the car, so Noeanyyn and I can't just go over to her parents.. hell, even Klosithdaed has a bunch of cases as well. Please, just send us some money. It doesn't even have to be a lot. The rent is around $300 NSD, but we don't have a lot of food right now, so... if you can send us a couple hundred more right now, we would really appreciate it.
