Rosters/RP/Scores

IBA General Thread | OOC Information | Champions League Schedule

Welcome to The IBA Football Champions League IC/Results thread. Here, you will be able to post your rosters for each of your football club - more detail of what needs to be included is below, your RPs for RP bonuses with the latest reactions from the results and also the results of the scorination done by Togonistan and I. The tournament is a large one with over 100 teams, so we will try to get everything right the first time, but in case there is an issue with the results or something isn't showing up, please address this on the OOC/Discussion Thread where we will find out what the issue is as soon as possible.

As this thread will have absolutely everything on it, below is a handy little guide that will take you to each matchday's results. Sorry if the links aren't uploaded straight after the scores are posted but I will try to be on it!

Also, please make sure to click the "Champions League Schedule" to find out when your matchdays are, as it won't say so below...thanks!

Rosters

In terms of what is needed for each of the rosters, it is completely up to you - but please remember that the more you include, the more likely you'll score those crucial RP points. Things you could include in your rosters include...

 1. (IC) Your team's stadium: The name of your team's stadium, a picture of it and the capacity of it will be fantastic! I will be able to add it to the spreadsheet to make it seem a lot more realistic, so please do add this. You can also add a bit about the town/city they are located in.
 2. (OOC) Skill Modifier: On a scale between -5 to +5, please add your team's skill modifier (indicates the aggressiveness of the team, being the most defensive -5 and +5 most offensive) which may impact how your team does - what tactic do you want to go for?
 3. (IC) The lineup: What are the names of the people who are going to be on the field? Who will the reserves be? Let us know! You can even tell us what position they will be.
 4. (IC) History behind the teams: Could you tell us more about the teams? What were their placements in your national league? How many times did they win the national league? etc
 5. (IC) Managers and referees: Any names? Give them to us!

What is crucial, however, could all nations add in RP permissions at the bottom of their rosters - please copy and paste the form below. Those who break other player's RP permissions will have their RP bonuses and teams ranking set to zero.
Code: Select all
My opponent, if they RP first, may do the following:
Choose my goalscorers:
Godmod scoring events:
RP injuries to my players:
Godmod injuries to my players:
Hand out yellow cards to my players:
Hand out red cards to my players:
Godmod other events:

This allows people to know how far they can go when RPing a match - if they do it before you!

If you'd like examples of what we are looking for, here's my roster for my last league I played in right here and here is Togonistan's! Feel free to use those as templates.

Roleplays

Please focus on writing your roster first but once you've done that, please feel free to RP. You can RP about anything...

 1. Latest match results, including pre-qualifiers
 2. The impact/reaction of the latest results
 3. Interviews with one or more of the players - lets find out more about them!
 4. The history behind the sport in your nation, or the team etc
 5. Maybe something about the city you're hosting your event...
 6. Protests/Riots that happen because of the increased media coverage? (Remembering godmodding!)
 7. Something else! If you need more ideas, just DM me on discord!

Host Profile: Republic of Togonistan

Togonistan National Football Association is honoured to welcome all the fans and participating teams to the 1st IBA Football Champions League! We are excited to be the co-hosts for this historic event alongside our friends from Britonisea and will do everything in our capabilities to run this event with the highest standards in mind. In our vision, we see IBACL as more than just a sports tournament. We see it as an opportunity for different nations and cultures to build bridges between each other through the beautiful game of football!

Togonistan - Welcome to Eastern Novapax!

Image
Geographical location of The Republic of Togonistan

Togonistan is an island archipelago located in Eastern Novapax with a total land area is 60 561.07 sq km and a population of 5.2 million. This picturesque island archipelago is where modern cities are like little spots booming with life amongst the wild, largely untouched nature. Despite a lot of urban development happening, most of the islands is still covered in tropical rainforest and is volcanic in origin.

The name ''Togonistan'' comes from the name of an ancient Togoni tribe that used to be native inhabitants of the islands. First recorded chronicles about Togoni tribe originate from 1524, when foreign adventurers made their way to the islands. A paragraph from a chronicle written by Sir James Serpent states the following: ''During our journey, we made our way to a lovely island. Most of it was covered in rainforests, however, the island was not inhabited. People there were surprisingly friendly, and even though we were not able to make each other understandable through speech, we did not encounter any hostility from them.''

Togonistan has a tropical maritime climate that is usually hot and humid. There are three seasons: the hot dry season or summer from March to May; the rainy season from June to November; and the cool dry season from December to February. Temperatures usually range from 21 °C (70 °F) to 32 °C (90 °F) although it can get cooler or hotter depending on the season. The coolest month is January; the warmest is May.

Infrastructure in Togonistan is generally diverse, with northern parts and bigger cities inside the nation being more densely populated and advanced than rural parts in the south. Togonistani road network is in good condition, with public transport and taxi services available throughout the nation. Quality of housing varies per region. Big cities tend to have a lot of modern module houses and apartment buildings, while people in smaller rural areas often live in smaller shacks made of simple, available materials. Due to the warm climate, houses are usually not insulated.

Culture & People

Due to it's diverse population and strong influences from the colonial period, modern Togonistan has developed into a rather multicultural nation. Western media has influenced the nation a lot through TV and literature, although a lot of Togoni traditions are also still held in high value today. Despite the majority of population (70% according to latest data) defining themselves as non-religious, traditional Togoni dances and rituals have found their place in the modern setting as well.

Tualale tradition has a strong place in Togonistani culture, which is a traditional type of Togoni festive that is used to celebrate important family occasions with traditional music, dances and cuisine. Kapurani, a traditional Togoni fire dance is widely practised by enthusiasts and is known as one of the many tourist attractions in the nation. Street performers can often be seen performing the dance in various parks around the different cities in Togonistan.

Stereotypical Togonistani people are cheerful with a lax attitude about life. An average Togonistani enjoys occasionally drinking and partying with friends and relatives. Due to the nation's liberal drug policy, use of recreational drugs is relatively widespread in Togonistani culture and is one of the many factors luring tourists into the nation every year. People visiting the nation can buy high quality cannabis from local supermarkets, in the form of both pre-rolled joints as well as various cannabis mixtures. All the products on the market have gone through high quality control, with manufacturers being required to follow strict government regulations to ensure the pure quality of their products.

Association Football is the most popular sport in Togonistan, which is being played both on domestic as well as international levels. Togonistan has a five-tier domestic football league hierarchy, which works on a principle of promotion and relegation. Professional and amateur teams usually play in the same hierarchy, however, there are also a few smaller, more local leagues and competitions outside of the traditional hierarchy that are not regulated by TNFA.

Host Cities & Venues

Togonistan will be hosting the group E, F, G and H group stage as well as some Round-of-16 and Quarter final matches of IBA Football Champions League. All teams staying in Togonistan will be provided access to good quality facilities during their stay in Togonistan and opportunity to run their training sessions in which ever host city they will stay at.

With Tushlark having two world class stadiums as well as support facilities, the city has taken on the challenge of hosting not just one but two group stages. While Group E will play their matches at Tushlark Stadium in the south side of the city, Group F matches will be played at McTherry Arena in northern side of the city.

Built in 2008, McTherry Arena is the largest football stadium in Togonistan. Funded by and named after Damon McTherry, owner and manager of Tushlark Superstars football team, McTherry Arena has played a big part in urban development around the area and over the years, various support facilities have been built around the stadium as well. Being able to house 60 000 spectators in total, the arena has become iconic landmark and a symbol of ever-lasting rivalry between the older and more traditional Tushlark Elks FC and the newer and more contemporary Tushlark Superstars FC.

All darkmanian rosters

Postby Darkmania » Wed Apr 28, 2021 12:59 pm

Darkmania

Darkmania might not be the best at football but their football league is competitive with high attendance for matches. Football, at least Association Football is the most popular sport in Darkmania after darkmanian football, ice hockey, and motorsports. It is estimated that 10% of all youth of Darkmania play football at least once per week and matches are watched in the millions on either tv or streaming sites and seen at the venues are at the 40 000s.

Darkmania will be represented by 4 teams for the "ICL". For purposes of sparing forum posts, all rooster teams are combined into one post.

FC Örkendrem 97
FC Ökrendrem 97 is the oldest team being founded all the way in 1897. The team regulars top the darkmanian top league and are often considered the best domestic team in darkmanian national football (its debatable).

"ÖRK" plays at Örkendrem Nätionaljë Foëtbäll Arëna (Örkendrem National Football Arena or "ÖNFA") with a capiblty of 50 000 for national matches. For the ICL, the venue has been named "Örkendrem Foëtbäll Arëna". Take a wild guess where it lays. (A hint is that it lays in Örkendrem, the capital city).

Lineup is presented in the picture below as well as home jersey colour (for away-matches, it's white and blue stripes). "(C)" indicates the captain.
Image

Cäer FC
Cäer FC might have only been founded in 1958 but has in 63 years become one of the strongest clubs in darkmania, as well as being the richest. Cäer FC has a lot of trophies in its closet from both leagues and national cups and is "always on the hunt for new ones so we need to build a new one".

"CFC" play at the Mëlseck Ärena, with with a capability of 30 000. As you might have seen, the venue is built inside of a mountain and don't worry, there are nets to prevent balls to roll down 45 metres down the mountain. It is located in the suburb of "Mäkkehollen" but will be listed as "Cäer".

Lineup is presented in the picture below as well as home jersey colour (for away-matches, it's red and blue stripes). "(C)" indicates the captain.Image

Chërbërg Föetbäll Klülp ("CFK")
Chërbërg Föetbäll Klülp ("Cherbourg Fotbell Cleb" if you are speaking hiklarmangian) is an hiklarmangian team that comes from the autonomous province of Hiklarmangia. In order to ensure that there at least one team from Hiklarmangia, the province has a different football pyramid that differs from Darkmania. The team was founded in 1923 and undisputedly are the best hiklarmangian team having never been relegated since 1969. The team has even won the darkmanian league twice and the cup in 2014.

"CFK" normally plays at a different venue in Chërbërg but for this tournament, in order to maximise seating capability, they will be playing at the Cherbourg Munisibal Arene. The venue has 40 000 seats for this tournament. The darkmanian name for Cherbourg "Chërbërg" will be used,

Lineup is presented in the picture below as well as home jersey colour (for away-matches, it's black). "(C)" indicates the captain.
Image

Nörmem
Nörmem is the odd one out as this team was only founded in 2019 and all of their players have some form of disability. This team was created solely for charity and all of the revenue will go to charities. The team management does not expect to win this tournament and is only in the tournament for promoting paralympic sport in Darkmania.

"NOR" has been lent Makët Ärena a venue normally used by a different team that officially is an "ally-team and a helping hand for Nörmem". The venue is located in Rëterbërg and seats 40 000.

Lineup is presented in the picture below as well as home jersey colour (for away-matches, it's red with yellow stripes). "(C)" indicates the captain.
Image

For all teams, especially Nörmem.

My opponent, if they RP first, may do the following:
Choose my goalscorers: Yes
Godmod scoring events: Yes, but serious
RP injuries to my players: Yes but no life-threatening or death. Serious must be DMed
Godmod injuries to my players: Yes but serious
Hand out yellow cards to my players: Yes, but serious
Hand out red cards to my players: Yes, but serious
Godmod other events: No hindrance to all darkmanian teams. Note that Darkmania will do some godmoding but "in a positive manner" (ie not being a dick).

Football In Malta Comino Gozo

Within the year 2008, the Malta Comino Gozo Football Affiliation celebrated the first century since its institution in 1908, having been the first sports association on these islands, in addition, one of the oldest out of all the football affiliations worldwide. The diversion of Affiliation football was bestowed on these Islands by National Multiverse Administrations when they visited the islands on a Multiverse General Assembly Meeting and recorded the first-ever football game in 1898 between St Lucija and Officers of the Navy of the Battalion. Afterwards, a lot of matches were played out the game and the sport gradually gained more popularity. Malta Comino Gozoan teams were formed and begun taking part against one another or nation Administrations. Valletta City F.C. and Għallieha FC are the 2 most seasoned Malta Comino Gozo football clubs. The first competition for clubs was composed in 1909.

The 1940s heralded the debut of the Malta Comino Gozo national team in the international arena, when they played their first international match on Saturday 21st March 1942 against, winning 2-1. That match was played in front of a full crowd at the old Fortress Stadium. The National Team now play at Quarter Arena in Valletta which is also home to Valletta City F.C.

Malta Comino Gozo has long been famous for punching above its weight in the international field. Despite the countries small size, its sporting infrastructure is comparable to countries of much larger sizes. Football is the countries most popular sport and is taught in all schools. Children and teenagers looking to advance in football can attend further after school football clubs and compete in the Local Education Leagues against schools up and down the country. After this is the MCG Football academy at Briarwood University which specialises in sport and physical activity. Briarwood University is also the home of FA Education and delivers all FA national coach education courses. The range of courses, covering a variety of disciplines, are aligned to the MCG philosophy, consisting of five core elements with the long-term aim to produce winning Malta Comino Gozoan teams at a senior level.

Image

Physical preparation and sport science are integral to the National Football Academy. The state-of-the-art performance facilities, gyms, pools and football pitches incorporate cutting-edge technology and outstanding apparatus, providing the ultimate training and rehabilitation hub for teams.

Every year across the country over 100 boys in each age group (U13, U14, U15/16) are called for trials, from the best performing teams in the Local Education Leagues with the best progressing for 4 further trial stages before they are finally called to form part of their respective squads. The academy coaches continue to scout young players throughout the year. All youth National Teams technical staff are experienced Pro Licenced coaches and academy coaches have TNPFA Pro, TNPFA Elite A qualifications. The boys have eleven qualified coaches four physiotherapists, two medical doctors and a psychologist. Most U18 players are then signed for Malta Comino Gozoan national league teams with 60% of all these boys going to either Valletta City F.C. or Għallieha FC the two biggest teams on the islands. The Malta Comino Gozo has one of the youngest average ages in the multiverse with an average age of 26.

The Women's department is formed of 2 groups: the academy U12, U14, U16 and the Youth National Teams U17, U19 who participate in full international TNPFA competitive games. In each age group, there are twenty-five players. The MCG sporting philosophy ensures that coaching and training performed by our coaches are coordinated from one level to another, to finally reach their best in the Malta Comino Gozoan Woman National Team.
Girls joining the academy are scouted from local clubs games and our After School’s football activities and games for young girls.
Similar to the boys’ academies, the girls/women's squads have eight qualified coaches, three physiotherapists, a medical doctor and a psychologist.

Malta Comino Gozo was drawn into Group H of The North Pacific World Cup in 2018 and faced its first game on December 4th against Krevt. Treshmania, Krevt and Lotion Empire were all drawn in Group H. Malta CG lost their first game 0-3 to Krevt at the AMW Stadium before winning against Lotion Empire 1-2 and 2-0 against Treshmania. This meant that MCG qualified by coming in second place in the Group H tables, therefore, qualifying for their first every Round of 16! Malta Comino Gozo faced the First Republic of the Giandra and went on to win 2-0. The victorious national team then played World Cup Hosts, Nessuno in the countries first-ever World Cup Quarter Finals. The game ended in a 0-0 draw and after ET MCG devastatingly lost out on penalties to the hosts. Malta Comino Gozo who had ranked 80th in the region back in 2018 are now 25th.

Both Malta Comino Gozoan teams are proudly being cheered on by the National Malta Comino Gozo Football Mascot "Mascot Malcolm The Miraculous Minnow"

More offensive +3

Only a city as football conscious as Valletta has supporters who indeed create a livelier scene during important keen matches. Valletta's supporters are regarded as the most vociferous and partisan of any football team in Malta Comino Gozo. The capital city team and biggest team on the island is one to be reconned with. They play in the largest stadium, Quarter Area which seats 38 thousand fans. The stadium built in 2009 is actually situated in Balluha District on the outskirts of Valletta's newly built CBD built-in 2008. The stadium replaces their old ground which only held 18 thousand. The team moved from the old ground in 2009. The stadium was built to house the local team as well as the national team. The cultural and lively area of Balluha contains a large shopping district as well as offices and various hotels for visitors.

The 1973 Team

Valletta City F.C. was formed in 1911. A once small humble team, Valletta F.C. is now one of the most formidable teams in Malta Comino Gozoan football. They have won the MCG Premiership 11 time since it was formed back in 1971.

During 1974 Valletta City F.C produced their first winning formation. The popular Harry Seychelle and Benjamin Vella were amongst the well-known players of the time. With this bright squad, Valletta City F.C. won the premiership the FA trophy and the Independence Cup three times. This success was the start-up for more wins in season 1973-74. Although they were held in a draw during the first match against Mosatra Town and another two consecutive draws against Imjar Rangers and Faqqani Spartans, Valletta City F.C. succeeded in ending the first round without any defeats. During the beginning of the second round, a defeat against rivals Għallieha FC seemed to doom Valletta City FC.’s win. Nonetheless, Valletta City F.C. soon got their vibe back and won the game.

Three Cups in one season

In season 1974-75, Valletta City F.C. won three out of five trophies They won the FA Trophy, the Independence Cup and the Sons of MCG Cup. On May 25, 2020 in front of a large crowd, Valletta City F.C. faced rivals Għallieha FC in the final of the FA Trophy and won 5-2. Valletta has faced Għallieha FC 35 times in the FA Trophy and won 19 times. Their last premiership title came in the 2017/18 season. They are currently second in the premiership with 33 points.

During the first half, both teams seemed nervous, but during the second half, the game became much more interesting. It was Valletta who scored the important goal when a shot by Harry Seychell was partially saved by Peter Mizzi and from the rebound, the ball hit Jack Buttigieg and ended in the net. In season 1976-77, Valletta City F.C. started the season on a bad patch but nonetheless won the FA trophy for the fourth time without conceding a goal under the guidance of coach Jamie Debbatista. During the final of the FA Trophy Valletta FC faced Dhalet FC in Gozo. It was a very exciting final with both teams proving their worth. Dhalet played really well in the first half but Valletta piled the pressure on their opponents after Nadu Farrugia opened the score. With this victory, a series of 27 positive matches by Dhalet FC came to a halt.

The MCG national team which made The North Pacific quarter-final in 2018 contained 7 players from Valletta City F.C

Scotatrovian Team Rosters

Muse United
-4

Image

Muse is where the modern game of football in Scotatrova was innovated in the late 19th century. Founded in 1896, the team has played its home matches in the 81,044-capacity Alcasa Stadium in downtown Muse since 1952. The club is one of the most widely supported teams in the world. Muse United is one of four founding members of La Dahod that have never been relegated from the top division since its inception in 1928, along with Ordium, Promethia Society and Saluto. The club holds many long-standing rivalries, most notably Le Parith or Teítanes with Ordium. Muse United established itself as a major force in both Scotatrovian and European football during the 1960s. In domestic football, the club has won a record 34 La Dahod titles, 26 Galis Aonoxe and 11 Scotatrovian Supertaz.

CN Ordium

CN Ordium, in full Cathrúc Naíd Ordium, also called Ortheo, is renowned for its historically skillful and attractive brand of attacking football that places an emphasis on flowing, open play. CN Ordium was founded in 1900 by businessman Iosue Senxes. La Dahod, the top Scotatrovian football league, was formed in 1928, and Ordium captured the title in the league’s inaugural season. The club has won La Dahod 29 times and has never been relegated to a lower division. Ordium also has 29 Galis Aonoxe, the most of any team, as well as 8 Scotatrovian Supertaz. After the club outgrew its facility, a giant new 99,000 capacity stadium, Ortheo Arena, was built in the western part of the city and opened in 1959. Ordium's biggest rival in Scotatrova is Muse United. Games between the two teams are referred to as Le Parith or Teítanes (“The Clash of Titans”) and attract major interest throughout Scotatrova.

Founded in 1900, Grand Agon won their first major honor, the Galis Aonoxe, in 1919 and their first La Dahod title in 1933. The 1980s was among the most successful periods in Agon's history; they secured 3 La Dahod titles, 2 Galis Aonoxe and 2 Scotatrovian Supertaz. After suffering a decline in fortunes during the 1990s, the Agonians have enjoyed a revival since 2001 with increased financial backing; they have clinched in total 8 La Dahod titles and 11 national cups, achieving unparalleled dominance in domestic competitions in recent years. Their home ground is the 48,000 capacity Mantea Park Stadium in the south-west of the city.

Naíd Saluto Sael Zula, commonly referred to as just Naíd Saluto, is the top professional football team in Saluto. The club was founded in 1901 and currently plays in La Dahod, the top tier of Scotatrovian football. Saluto plays its home matches at the 44,000 capacity Brendan Flauírnse Stadium. The club has won the La Dahod title ten times, 22 Galis Aonoxe and 3 Scotatrovian Supertaz. It achieved most of its honours in the 1940s, with later successes during the 1960s and 1990s. During the club's successful run in the 1960s, Saluto were among the first Scotatrovian clubs to successfully integrate internationals players into the fold. This would then lead to a trend of Scotatrovian teams across the country integrating more international players over the following decades.

Waisnorian clubs roster:

Gazovik (Lida)
Gazovik is one of the strongest clubs in Waisnor, who lived their golden age in the late 2000's - early 2010's. This was the time when they won 2 titles in 2008/09 and 2010/11 seasons. Even though they didn't manage to win the WML trophy since then, they were still showing great results and represent Waisnor in international tournaments. They placed 2nd in the last WML season.

Gazovik plays on Lida Arena with capacity of 25.000.

Energetik (Grodno)
Energetik usually has a small strokes of success in football, in both of which they managed to win a trophy, also twice - in 1995/96 and 2004/05 seasons. But now Energetik has pretty solid track of good results and in the last season this team finished 3rd.

Energetik home venue is Energia Stadium with capacity of 22.000.

Atom (Grodno)

Originally a team formed in Pripyat, but after Chernobyl disaster they relocated to Grodno and initially weren't too big of deal in WML. But in second half of 2010's they became a serious force in Waisnorian football, winning WML trophy twice - in 2016/17 and 2019/20 season.

Their stadium isCentral Grodno Stadium with the capacity of 26.000.

NEKONI CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TEAMS AND ROSTERS

In accordance with the new arrival of the IBA Champions League for the 2020-21 season, the IBA has welcomely awarded the country of Nekoni four places in its tournament. With this, the Nekoni Football League has decided to simply award the top four placing teams in the year's S-League to take part in the competition. These are the four teams:

Image
The 2020-21 S-League final standings. All teams in blue qualify for the Champions League. The team in red will automatically be relegated to the A-League. The teams in green will play a relegation playoff between the teams that finished second and third in the A-League (Novareza Knights and FC Roda), respectively, with the winner of both matches playing in the S-League in 2021-22.

The most decorated team in the S-League, the NKC took the crown this season after a couple of years out of the spotlight. As the main club in the capital, naturally, this is the team that everyone knows, and more or less, they are the best side in the country, with an iron-clad defensive record to boot. However, as shown in the last three seasons, they are known to slip up when playing teams that a team of their calibre should have no problems dealing with, none more so than last year, in which an expected rout of bottom-placed Stade de Sablonne to clinch the title early, turned into an embarassing 4-0 thrashing at their expense, which gave their rival, Galleon, far much more of a chance than they really should have had. Don't let that give you a false sense of security, though: if the real Varea turn up, you will get hurt.

Image

Skills mod: 2.5

Image

The sporting city of Marina Point to the country's northwest plays host to the club of Galleon. As is natural for a club with a nautical theme, their stadium is situated right on the front of the Canera Sea, with not only a cooling breeze coming in during the summer games (probably the reason why league players have called it the best stadium to play at in the entire country), the sea view to the north-west concourse is lovely for opposition fans that have had enough of their team getting pulled apart by a Galleon side that has been frighteningly good as of late. For many, the team's Golden Age had been declared over in the 1980s, however, the new change of manager and owner has sparked a bit of a new lease of life in the team, and of the last ten years, only them have even come close to toppling the impervious Varea.

A rowdy, fun fanbase (especially against the big guns like Varea, and their city rivals, the Mariners) always seems to spur on the Pirates, which means, particularly during home games, when they get a chance, Galleon don't like to stop at one goal. However, a team with a strong counter-attack can, and has, been able to trip them up and expose a surprisingly loose defense for a team wishing to class itself as one of the global elite.

Skills mod: 0

Malbruc, in essence, are the big all-rounders of the league, befitting of their status as the first professional team in Nekoni. The Hawks are one of three teams to have had a spotless record in the S-League (since it was founded in 1924 as the First Division), sharing that title with NKC Varea and the fifth-placed Grande Scuderia Nekoni. They are always a tough side to fight, as they're known for a classic Total Football approach that requires the opposition to think tactically, but by not having quite the brand power or coffers of the Big Three clubs, there is always the feeling with the boys in burgundy that, whilst title wins aren't an uncommon thing, this is a team that never poses a real threat to take S-League's throne for good.

Image
Image

Skills mod: 2

Image

It feels odd to call a team that finishes Top 4 an underdog. However, despite having the lovely big stadium now, the Black Stars have always been a club that felt in the shadow of its big brother, Galleon, a fact not helped by the club's humiliating loss in the 2013-14 relegation playoff, which caused them to spend a season in the A-League. However, they bounced back, and, thanks to a clutch 2-1 win in the final game against the aforementioned GSN, the Stars are tasting glory again. They're quite a way away from their glory days of the back-to-back title wins of the late sixties, but this a team that is on the up, and now it is proven they can hang with the big guns on home soil, they reckon they can give the world a go.

The Beepeean National League was established in 2018 and operates one league and one Cup competition for Beepee and its puppets.

There have been 3 completed seasons of football. The fourth season is underway.

Esrille Town won the first and Second Beepeean League championships. With Sepe Region winning the most recent league.

In the Beepeean Cup, Golden Wattle Bay won the first two cups, before Esrille Town won the third cup.

Details of the Domestic League and cup

A member of the IoUFF since 2019, Sepe Region won the IoUFF Cup

Due to their local success, these three teams, together with Wilbur Force, have been entered into the IBA Champions League with hopes of maintaining Beepeean pride.

Placely Placington has sent both of its football teams to the IBA Champions League. And, in true Placely Placington fashion, they both consist of one player. As in, literally, the same player: Sports Bloke, who plays in every single position and would often change which team he's playing for at random points during every game. Matches consist of nothing more than him kicking a ball around for 90 minutes, shooting at empty nets and then changing which team he plays for by trying to save his shots. Chief President Man Dave McDaverson has also permitted a whole load of Test Subjects (clones that are pretty much cheaply made to do all the hard work and as such die rather easily even by Placely Placington standards) to act as ringers should the IBA and its sports division not look too keenly on a single player playing for one side or in case Sports Bloke is unable to perform his duties of playing for both sides.

Both teams share the same home ground, which is the Placely Placington Memorial Stadium Brought To You By Dave McDaverson Vote For Dave McDaverson Stadium, which can seat a grand total of 13 people. Theoretically it could fit more people if they choose to stand but there isn't actually anywhere to stand to get a good view of the pitch. Parts of it also seem to be held together with used chewing gum.

My opponent, if they RP first, may do the following:
Choose my goalscorers: Yes.
Godmod scoring events: Yes.
RP injuries to my players: Yes, go nuts. Deaths are even permitted, given that Placely Placingtonians usually get cloned back to life shortly after, so be as creative and as over the top as possible without being too gory.
Godmod injuries to my players: Yes, see above.
Hand out yellow cards to my players: Yes.
Hand out red cards to my players: Yes.
Godmod other events: Yes.

Britonish Roster

Logo for the premier national football league in Britonisea...

Britonisea will be hosting the International Broadcasting Alliance Football Champions League. A total of 4 Britonish teams will be playing - one from Aloquirbe and the rest from the mainland. Football, while not the national sport, has become more popular since the establishment of the RU League which recently rebranded itself into the Brityuniksleague. Below is a list of the four Britonish Brityuniksleague teams that are competing...

NATIONALE FC
Skill Modifier: +3

Nationale FC, or Athlétique Nationalé, are the recent winners of the Brityuniksleague - and have featured in the top 2 on two ocassions before 2021...

Name of Team: Athlétique Nationalé
Home Stadium: Mountainside Stadium
Home Area:
Image
Located in one of the epicentres of the Britonish economy and international trade, Quickenden is home to the Mountainside Stadium, a relatively new built with mountains overlooking the stadium.

Times won the Brityuniksleague Football League: 2 ('07, '21)
Current League Position 2021: 1st

Athlétique Nationalé is one of the most successful teams in the Brityuniksleague - with the team winning twice - most recently in 2021. The team has also featured in the top 2 at the 2011 event - which makes their 2021 win very special to them. The team have featured rather high in the Majeurleague, never having to fear being relegated to the lower leagues.

Manager: William Hampton

Starters
Goalkeeper: Ade Peters
Defenders: Brandon Healey, Keegan Smith, Bertie Hogan-Howard,
Midfielders: Corey Compton, Bradley Welsh, Cedric Cassius, Norry Blake-Samuels, Jayden Roswell
Forwards: Jacob Thompson

Bench: Arad Samuels, Isaac Williams, Xavier Willis, NeNe Gretta, Nicolai Berlusconi

AYSEAN CAMPIFUT
Skill Modifier: +2

Aysean Campifut is the most successful Britonish team ever since the RU (Rexubliqué Ultimæverté) Football League was established in 1994.

Name of Team: Aysean Campifut
Home Stadium: Xenon Stadium (43,000)
Home Area:
Image
Located in the largest northern city on the mainland, the Xenon Stadium will hold up to 43,000 people during matches in Aysean Campifut...

Times won the Brityuniksleague Football League: 6 ('99, '04, '08, '09, '16, '17)
Current League Position 2021: 2nd

Aysean Campifut is the most successful football club in the RU Football League, having won the tournament on six different occasions (winning the two most recent editions) and coming 2nd place on 5 different occasions ('95 - '98 and '06). Aysean Campifut are also the winners of the Ulitmaverse Champions League 2016... Aysean Campifut was unbeatable in the Brityuniksleague during the 2016 and 2017 season, having won 18 of their 23 group stage matches in the 2016 iteration and 19 of the 23 group stage matches in 2017. In 2019 and 2021, the team managed to come second place.

Manager: Kinton Fayes

Starters
Goalkeeper: North Quinton (Sasha Shaw)
Defenders: Simon Tinsley, Gareth Summers, Tom Thomlinson
Midfielders: Dean James Montague, Morris Jack
Forwards: Forrest Manhandle, Quinton Blake, Kenton Base, Xavier Symons

Bench: Yuri Willis, Gladstone Kane, Jake Thorpe, Jay Park, Philbert Layton, Fabio Brambilla

KREST TOP FC
Skill Modifier: -3

Krest Top are the only Aloquirbic team good enough to battle amongst the giants at the IBA Football Champions League...

Name of Team: Krest Top
Home Stadium: Krest Stadium (51,000)
Home Area:
Image
Located in the town of Krest inside Alosable City, Krest Stadium is the largest stadium of the four competing Britonish teams - the only Aloquirbic one!

Times won the Brityuniksleague Football League: 0
Current League Position 2021: 3rd

Krest Top has not enjoyed the same amount of success of the other teams that it joins in the IBA Champions League with the football team failing to win the Brityuniksleague. Though, Krest Top, since its shock 2nd place finish on the table in 2016, Krest has managed to stay in the top 6 every year since - slowly gaining more and more support. It is the only Aloquirbic team in the Majeurleague - which is the main league in Britonisea. Maybe they can find more success in Britonisea...

Manager: Gavin Stacey

Starters
Goalkeeper: Ely Lister
Defenders: Yolanda Norris, Tim Burke
Midfielders: Fe Ocean, Joseph Valentine, Agustin Syner
Forwards: Nate Sampson, Gino DiMarco, Kiain Richardson, Larry Willis-Harrison, Wonda Waderman

Bench: Nixon Killem, Jada Gorst, Henry Phisht, Sally King

LUTON AND CITY FC
Skill Modifier: -1

Luton and City FC, formerly known as Sports Football Club, is another very successful team that have won the national league on multiple different occassions...

Name of Team: Luton and City FC
Home Stadium: New Luton Stadium (51,000)
Home Area:
Image
Located in the town of Krest inside Alosable City, Krest Stadium is the largest stadium of the four competing Britonish teams - the only Aloquirbic one!

Times won the Brityuniksleague Football League: 2 ('10, '11)
Current League Position 2021: 4th

Luton and City FC or Sports Football Club as some long term fans still call them are a team that have won their national league twice in the past and have remained always high enough in the league never having to worry about relegation. The team haven't scored a top 2 finish since 2014, but managed to clip Norwaege Campifut for fourth this year to qualify for the ICL2021. Here's hoping they do well here.

Manager: Lisa Pinoa

Starters
Goalkeeper: Kameron Clifton
Defenders: Damien Amédée, Drake Fly, Kilian Placid
Midfielders: Scott Ove, Josse Jeremy, Jourdain Amédée
Forwards: Lukas Amédée, Cletus Curtis , Maxence Sammie

Bench: Laurentin Egil, Harris Travers, Bernard Franklyn, Arthur Benjamin, Rolph Virgil, Hubert Lewis

My opponent, if they RP first, may do the following:
Choose my goalscorers: Yes
Godmod scoring events: Yes
RP injuries to my players: Yes, minor ones - DM/TG for major
Godmod injuries to my players: Yes, minor ones - DM/TG for major
Hand out yellow cards to my players: Yes
Hand out red cards to my players: Yes, after a DM/TG.
Godmod other events: DM/TG me first.

Distrik Ibukota (Skill modifier: +2)

Coach: Raymond de Freitas

Image
Home matches involving Distrik Ibukota will be hosted in Stadion Nasional. Located in Sultan Muhammad, Capital Province, the stadium is a convertible stadium capable of hosting football, rugby, and even concerts, complemented with state-of-the-art public transportation system and delightful restaurants, however, in accordance with Anturian social distancing laws, only 50% of stadium capacity is permitted to attend matches.

Sundowner AFC (Skill modifier: -3)

Coach: Jabir Muhammad

Image
Home matches involving Sundowner AFC will be hosted in the relatively newbuilt Abdulhaji Stadium, named in honor of one of the Anturian national hero, Abdul Haji bin Hisyam. The stadium is located in the beautiful Cirasa, Ang Mo Kio province, while the stadium itself is located in one of the most rural parts of Antahbrantahstan, the presence of the stadium helped the area prosper, with abundance of hotels, restaurants, and malls catering to football fans across Antahbrantahstan, however, as is the case with Stadion Nasional, only 50% of stadium capacity is permitted to attend matches due to social distancing laws.

Not Auphelian Team Rosters

The Queensport Quails
est. 1976
Skill Modifier: -1.4
Manager: Marina Williams

The Quails have been the premier league of Not Auphelia since 1976. Since its founding, the team had played its home matches in the 1,500 seat Hermitage Arena. However, in 2014 the Queensport City Council passed a resolution authorising the construction of the 7,000* seat Quail Grounds near the Queensport city centre, where the team has played its home games since the stadium's construction ended in 2017.

Queensport is the capital of Not Auphelia, with a legacy as the nation's centre of culture and government, known for its theatres, art galleries, and world-class universities. Not Auphelia's strict anti-monopoly laws have lead to a strong small business culture, giving each neighbourhood of the city its own distinctive feel. Winter Garden, adjacent to the city centre, is a lively mixed-use neighbourhood with a variety of shopping and entertainment options as well as the new Queen Mary Central Library. The North End is a multicultural and artistic neighbourhood with a long history centred on several community nodes including the venerable Langer Street art galleries and the Black Dove Theatre. The Herring District forms the community centre of the West End. Harding offers dining and shopping, and has also been the recipient of extensive revitalization efforts. On the city's west bank and to the south lies the world's second largest public zoo by area, the Eleanor Westing Zoo and Botanical Garden. The zoo contains thousands of unique species, three aviaries and two aquariums; it is one of the city's largest employers. Queensport is also known for its high walkability, particularly on the city's east bank, where 25-50% of residents regularly walk to work. Unlike numerous other North American cities, expressways were never built in the urban core and cars are not allowed in the city centre, resulting in high pedestrian connectivity. Queensport is also a heavily mixed-use city, contributing to an elevated quality of urban convenience and vibrancy. In recent years, the city has also begun to place increased emphasis on developing bicycling infrastructure and increasing the number of metro stops, making it a very tourist-friendly locale.

The Queensport Quails are one of two professional football teams in the Not Auphelian national league, the Elk League. The team has dominated Not Auphelian football in the 2010's, winning the Elk Cup, the league's top prize, every year since 2013.

The Charlotte Towers
est. 1981
Skill Modifier: -3.1
Manager: Margaret Debary

The Towers is known primarily as Not Auphelia's other team. The Charlotte Towers were founded in 1981 as a competitor to the Queensport Quails and to form a national league. Originally called the National League, the name soon changed to the Elk League in 1984 and a fierce rivalry has developed between the teams ever since. The Towers are often cast as the underdogs, despite coming from Not Auphelia's largest city, Charlottetown, and having the larger stadium, the 9,500* seat Queen Charlotte II Arena, built in the western part of the city and opened in 1989. Despite the nation's small population, the arena is filled to capacity nearly every year for the final Elk Cup game, always held on their home field for the extra space.

Charlottetown itself is Not Auphelia's largest and most bustling city, the nation's economic centre boasting a population of just over 3,50,000 individuals, over a third of the nation's population. For tourists, there will always be plenty to do. The Charlottetown area has historically had a significant LGBT population throughout its history and is extremely friendly to LGBT visitors. In 2019, the city metro had the highest percentage of LGBT residents in Not Auphelia, with 6.9% of residents identifying as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender. The city held its first pride festival on 8 June,1972 on the Xibou University campus and has held one every year since (excluding 2020) and the event is on track to resume in 2021 with minimal COVID restrictions if infection rates remain low. The city is also home to a robust coffee culture, with 84% of Not Auphelian adults drinking at least one cup of coffee daily and several cafes in the city considered the best in North America. Charlottetown is home to numerous museums and educational institutions for the curious mind, ranging from art museums to institutions devoted to science and wildlife. The Rimena Museum of Science and Innovation (RMSI) is the largest science museum in the nation and the eighteenth largest in the world, hosting a variety of inventions from the past and often partnering with the city's business community to show off the inventions of tomorrow. The Forestry Centre, located in the city's parks district, offers educational exhibits on forests and forest-related subjects, teaching about Not Auphelia's long history and deep economic ties to the logging industry. Also located in the parks district are the Wynckmann Arboretum, the Public Rose Garden, and the Charlottetown Zoo, the nation's second largest zoo. The Charlottetown Art Museum owns the city's largest art collection and presents a variety of touring exhibitions each year, the most recent addition being the Modern and Contemporary Art wing in 2009. Current exhibits include Spots, Spots, Spots!: The Works of Yayoi Kusama and Going Baroque: The End of Baroque and the Rise of Rococo in Early 18th Century France. The museum also boasts the world's largest collection of Rembrandt paintings, with 24 in the museum's collection, though only six are currently on display. For the more adventurous, Wild Pines Amusement Park, a ten minute bus ride from the city, is the nation's only large amusement park. It has operated since 1912 and hosts ten roller coasters, one of which held the world record for world's largest roller coaster between 2001 and 2004.

The Charlotte Towers are one of two professional football teams in the Not Auphelian national league, the Elk League. The team has historically been fairly even with the Queensport Quails, winning 12 iterations of the Elk Cup since its creation in 1984. However, the 2010s have seen a sharp increase in their competition that the Towers have been unable to successfully compete against, losing the Elk Cup every year since 2012.

The Queen Eleanor II Secondary School FC
est. 1999
Skill Modifier: +0.6
Manager: Rahmi Badri

The QE2 FC was founded in Charlottetown in 1999 after the school's third year, having been built to accommodate a growing population in the city. Starting out as a simple school club, it joined the nation's Junior All-Star League (for the top 16 teams from the nation's 22 upper secondary schools) for its inaugural season in 2005. It has qualified for the league every year except 2014, winning the league's top title five times, most recently in 2019. The team's manager has been Rahmi Badri, a theatre instructor, since 2016. It came as a surprise to the team that they were chosen to represent their nation in the IBA Football Champion's League, but the government was under pressure to find four teams to send to the competition and lacked any true professional teams outside of the Quails and the Towers. They regularly play on their school's shared field, with a seating capacity of 100* and plenty of space for a further estimated 300 spectators.

The Shady Cedars Retirement Home All-Stars
est. 2018
Skill Modifier: +5
Manager: Nurse Wendy Banks

The Shady Cedars All-Stars are a recreational group of elderly citizens living in the Shady Cedars Retirement Home in Queensport who have not broken a hip and signed up for a football class three years ago. Meeting every other Tuesday for about two hours of stretching and three minutes of playing, this team has become known for their violently aggressive tactics and rabble rousing, with a rabid fanbase of their fellow home residents often starting fights in their common garden space, where most games are played*. Though the home had previously been most known for the Pudding Shortage Riots of 2015 - an event that sparked international coverage for its oddity - they are now most notable for being the fourth team being sent by Not Auphelia into the IBA Football Champions League. The question isn't if they're ready for the big leagues, but rather if the big leagues will survive them (or if they'll survive until the end of the season).

*the retirement home is closed to non-immediate family visitors due to the coronavirus pandemic

ESTOGIAN TEAMS FOR THE IBA FOOTBALL CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

ALSHKAN FUTBALLEN
Skill Modifier: +2

Alshkan Futballen is the most successful Estogian team in the RU Football League, and is hoping to make a come back, in order to qualify to the next round.

Name of Team: Alshkan Futballen
Home Stadium: Halvenhalve Stadium (26,000)
Home Area: Alshkan, East Estogium
Manager: Norte Kingsman

Times won the RU Football League: 2 ('94, '14)
Current League Position 2017: 3rd (Highest position 1st)

Alshkan Futballen is another one of the few most successful teams in the RU Football League. In fact, Alshkan Futballen won the first ever championships, back in '94, after winning 2-0 to Ice FC. Alshkan is a team that always manages to qualify to the knock out stages - or at least come very close to it, and is the team that is the flagship for Estogium in football. Alshkan Futballen, after 20 years, won again against Sports Football, and were highly praised for their win. Never has Alshkan Futballen come second in the RU Football League, but, at least the team is on form going in to the championships.

Starters
Goalkeeper: Warren Trigg (Sal Lipson)
Defenders: Raleigh Snapp, Rhett Maughan, Willard Grote
Midfielders: Erwin Large, Charles Harpe, Alton Mleczko
Forwards: Lonny Housman, Filiberto Solomon, Truman Hogge

Bench: Terrell Mechling, Chester Mineo, Byron Haskin, Rico Rueter, Lewis Kerman

DARLINGTON SHIRE
Skill Modifier: -3

Darlington Shire is another Estogium team, who qualified to come to the competition after a very good 2017 season. Here is their roster.

Name of Team: Darlington Shire FC
Home Stadium: Darlington Football Stadium (50,000)
Home Area: Darlington, Estogium
Manager: William Morris-Hague

Times won the RU Football League: 0
Current League Position 2017: 5th (Highest position 2nd; 2012)

Darlington Shire is probably the most surprising of all the qualified teams from the RU Football League, as it is the only team out of the five that is yet to win an RU League, and only came 5th this season. Some people thought that this team took the space away from other Britonish teams like Doporlions or even The Grad FC, from Estogium. Darlington Shire did come 2nd place in 2012, after losing out to The Dark Saviours in a weird final - none of the two teams had won anything. Darlington Shire is looking to make an impact in this Champions League.

Starters
Goalkeeper: Jamey Ives (Columbus Coney)
Defenders: Rene Rehberg, Virgilio Weitzman, Errol Boster
Midfielders: Jason Ellenwood, Cornell Weems, Alfonzo Ureno
Forwards: Guillermo Marquette,Walker Steinbach, Palmer Criswell

Bench: Garret Hitt, Josue Mackiewicz, Samuel Klingler, Leif Huizar, Nathanael Ryder

RP PERMISSIONS
My opponent, if they RP first, may do the following:
Choose my goalscorers: Yes
Godmod scoring events: Yes
RP injuries to my players: Yes, though not life threatening.
Godmod injuries to my players: No
Hand out yellow cards to my players: Yes, sure.
Hand out red cards to my players: No.
Godmod other events: Yes (Match threatening please TG)
