This is just a basic, but we will make this more or so much more serious

Right now, this does not look like a condemnation with enough substance or detail to qualify as 'good'. I don't expect the nominee to have substantial merit warranting a condemnation from what I can see here. I would suggest expanding on the supposedly "constant" raiding and "network" of spies. I suspect the second point to be mostly an RP-based thing, and the fact that I have no clue what the third region is might give you a hint of how strong that point is. Personally, I think you should drop this. It's unlikely to get anywhere, and I don't think that unless you bring forward substantial evidence not presented here for a condemnation that this will pass or gain very much support.

Rubbish attempt. Try reading the SC rules for a start. Once you’ve done that have a go at doing some research both on the nominee and the standards a Condemnation should meet.
