GTA Online has made me hate Lamar. He gives you some of the most pain in the ass missions I've ever played in this freaking game.

new Dead Game News

Single player mode was a blast! I'm rarely a fan of shooters but GTA 5 was kind of different from the rest as it wasn't completely focused on combat. The story was actually GOOD, which is the thing I care the most about. That and the cars, so many customization options.

I didn't know GTA online had microtransactions? I'm quite surprised of how many countries banned this game too.

IIRC, it would take you hundreds (Maybe even thousands) of hours to get 1/2 of the gear in GTAO, compared to minutes if you get that stuff through buying it.

So yes, there are several microtransactions.

That's quite a bum to those who do put hours into actually playing the game. I am not dedicated and don't play competitive games, I just like to enjoy a good story and get out of the real world every now and then.

I remember buying one or two shark cards early on for GTA online then decided a while later nah fuck this and stopped playing because i was not in the mood to keep spending a bunch of money to try and progress in this game.

I have a quick Cyberpunk question: What the hell is this building next to North Oak (indicated with a red arrow)? To the best of my knowledge it is not featured in any mission in the game, and it is not accessible despite my repeated attempts to do so:

EDIT: I managed to find reference to it on reddit, along with some screenshots provided by someone who did manage to get in, it appears to be an unfinished area that wasn't ready: https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/ ... urce=share

I remember Geoff Ramsey on a Funhaus video once saying something about how "GTA is a great game to play if you have a thousand bucks to spend on it, and a great game to watch if you don't" or something along those lines.

I've only ever bought one card and just wait for special events and free twitch prime money, because it is just such a grind if you're a solo player otherwise.

Yeah, Geoff's spot on about that. It's the reason I can't allow myself to play it anymore, I know I'll start spending money that I don't have.

Cyberpunk 2077 Ending Spoilers Ahead - I gotta vent:

Cyberpunk's ending really messed me up for a few days. It wasn't nearly as bad as how Mass Effect 3 gave me depression for like a couple months (no joke) but it still hit hard. I got the High Priestess ending where I decided to trust Hanako to deal with Arasaka and decided to kill Adam. Takemura did not survive my playthrough. When V was taken to the space station and had to say goodbye to Johnny and call all of her 'chooms' down below it really crushed my heart because right afterward V was only given 6 months to live. Especially River, who was my character's love interest.

I had V uploaded to the engram as my final decision, but that was seriously messed up, technically it didn't save V, just made a copy of her. I'm not sure if it's just me but I get seriously attached to video game character for no apparent reason and it often leads to my emotional downfall.

It can be cathartic to play the other endings, as I feel that they are much more upbeat than the one you chose. In fact I can definitively say that it's by far the worst one to choose in terms of positivity. All the endings have bad points to them, but the one that you went for has, by far, the most shit. I would recommend that you try the Nomad ending next, and then go for Johnny's preferred option. In both instances:

Let V have his/her body back. Johnny can go live in cyberspace. It's what Johnny wants after all.

There is also a secret ending that is by far the best of all the endings, but you need to have a save from before you go with Johnny to the oilfields to the north, as you need to pick some very precise options during that encounter to have the secret ending be an option. I would actually regard the secret ending as the canon ending.

But I'm the same when a game ends, I feel post-game separation depression too. You get invested in the characters, and when the game ends then it feels almost like a loss of some sort.

Apparently Stadia still exists and they have just added a search bar. I'd say that you had to just hope you found the game you wanted before hand but we all known that nothing was on the system to even search for.

As much as I like Outbreak on Cold War, I wish the Devs focused more on zombies instead of Warzone all the time. You would think we would get a new map when season 3 dropped, but nope that's not the case.

I know. It really hurts when you spend so much time making pretty much lifelike relationships with other characters along the way almost like placing yourself in the position of the main character. I can't explain it but it's a special yet horrible feeling that comes at the end of a game with a not so happy ending for the hero who has experienced so many wonderful feelings with others throughout the entire game.

I've looked up a few of the other endings and they still seem just as depressing. Especially the suicide ending, like wow I'm glad I didn't go down that path because poor Judy. I honestly believe that is the worst ending to the game. The Arasaka situation isn't even resolved in that ending, making the entire story of V have no actual purpose other than being a tool for different Mafias while slowly withering away in the mind.

I didn't even do that one because while it's still an option I don't consider it a valid one as I don't think it's something the character would choose to do.

But trust me, the other endings (the above example excluded) are better than the one you chose. They aren't "happy", but believe me they have a much more positive tone. The one you chose is the worst because it's just "this shit is happening", whereas the others are "this shit is happening, but I'm actually doing something."
