After looking at the threads in question, it's clear that Giovenith warned you for actionable behavior. However, in this thread that got lost in the post since your warning was a link, and then a separate warning for spamming occurred in the same post. I believe it got lost in the shuffle and Farnhamia did not realize that.

After looking over the situation, the original ruling stands. Remember that rulings are based not only on the situation at hand, but if there is a pattern ofd similar behaviour in one's history.
