Speculation on skipped seasons aside:

I believe the Mods / Powers that be are still painstakingly, one by one, adjusting the cards with a zero (0) value, because of some algorithm that doesn't manage to register values of 0.1 or 0.2.

Is it just imagineable that S3 will be introduced only after that thankless labour has been completed?

I thought it was going to happen in Mid-July, considering the dates between the first two seasons and assuming that the date is the same with S3.
