  • Ability Rework.
    • Given the size differences between Valentijn and Anastasia (at least when she is not under the effects of Inner Fire), it would have made it obvious that Valentijn being 117 meters tall would make it difficult for him to pick up enemies and throw them around. That, and also because Anastasia and Valentijn sort-of had the same abilities, so what better way to rectify that by reworking some of his/her abilities? Some abilities remained and are buffed or nerfed, while others are added in, or taken out.

New ability kit:

Valentijn is an all-rounded character, and for his size, he is considered to be way too overpowered beyond his usual peers and when compared against the other Valentian personnel and troops. It is this advantage that puts him on the frontlines, as he desires so. His primary attack is a simple Apocalyptic Punch, which is a direct hit attack to a target, or can be manually aimed at the ground to trigger tremors. He is also equipped with a 2400-tonnes sledgehammer that he can use it to hit an airborne enemy, as well as to slam it against a target on the ground. It deals tremendous direct damage, and also area-of-effect damage with accompanying stun. The sledgehammer is good for 40 uses before it needs to be recharged. As a result, both his primary and secondary attacks are good damage-dealers, but while they have their excessively overpowered damage, he is limited by the slow rate of attack. As a result to compensate for this, Valentijn is now equipped with his personal firearm, which is less of anti-tank, and more of anti-building, firing energetic rounds at anything that crosses his path. Good ROF, but very high kickbacks.

Passively, Valentijn has Good Radiation, which grants healing effects to both Valentijn and to the allies around him; additionally, when Clarissa is around him, he gains more than twice his maximum hit point, while also having an increased regeneration rate. Last but not least, Valentijn's armor, also consisting of locally-controlled nanobots, allows him to absorb 1/20th of damage dealt to him to convert them into armor, at up to 5x the usual damage resistance.

As for the active abilities, Valentijn can stomp the ground around him, causing damage to enemies in a large area-of-effect, as well as stunning and slowing them down. Repeated usage is reported to make the area of land unstable and can trigger smaller tremors; Valentijn is also one of the only character so far to have three ultimates – one of them which deals tremendous amount of radioactive fire to enemies around him in an area, Lunatic Strength that boosts his punches’ damage to 1000% of normal damage (10x). Lastly, if he is sufficiently angered, he has Breakpoint, which takes longer than other ultimates to charge, but it’s also the most rewarding. Boosts his rate of fire for primary attack by 4000%, and secondary attack by 5000%. This results in 276750 DPS from Primary Attack, and 326400 DPS from Secondary Attack respectively, obliterating anything that stands in Valentijn’s way. This has a 3-s cast time, and last for 8 secs.

Husband-Wife Tag-team (Passive): When Clarissa is around Valentijn in a 30 meter radius, Valentijn gains Maximum HP from 250,000 to 524,288, as well as a +1.0% HP regeneration rate.
Living Armor (Passive): 1/20th of the damage taken would be converted into armor for Valentijn's suit, giving up to +400% damage resistance. Each stack of conversion lasts 4 seconds.

Seismic Slam: Stomps the ground around it, causing 10000-50 damage to enemies in 40 meter radius, with 16000 direct damage to the epicenter. Stuns and 50% slowing last for 4 seconds.
Nuclear Fortitude (Ultimate): 8.00% of enemy's maximum HP drained in a 50 meter radius over time. Stops draining when enemy's HP is at 1. Lasts for 10 seconds and cannot be cancelled.
Lunatic Strength (Ultimate): Boosts the damage of a single Apocalyptic Punch (Valentijn's primary attack) to 1000% of normal damage. 1 second cast time, interruptible. Charge lasts 7 sec.
Breakpoint (Ultimate): Increases the Rate of Fire of Primary Attack by 4000%, and Secondary Attack by 5000%, dealing 276750 and 326400 Damage Per Second respectively. 3 second cast.

  • Story Expansion.
    • OOCly, Gwen has just been that one character whois written as a typical character from Overwatch falling into the world of Valentine Z. For most of you and I, she was just a glorified Tracer, along with OP powers. This story, possibly the biggest writing project I have ever done so far, now details Gwen’s life to quite a lot of detail, and over time, should align with The Adventures of Gwen “Tracer” Allison. Just a word of warning, if you are reading Gwen’s Adventures; this one contains spoilers for the future bits I have yet to write!

    • As most of the readers know by now, the other characters have been constantly shoved and sidelined to make way for Valentijn and her closer friends. It would make it right to mention and talk about the other Ladies and Gentlemen that brought about Valentine Z to what it is now! Valentijn does the work, sure, BUT you cannot deny the power and value of someone such as Jenny bringing the much needed vital information. She might get a mechanical rework soon, I am just here expanding stories for now.

    • When I first started this project, there are a LOT of faces and appearances that either does not fit the lore, or the nationality, or anything in-between. There was no political motive to this; I was just a tad lazy. And also because I now have more time to play on Sims 4 and make more characters.     • Despite the relative ease of accessibility of the data of The Sixty, we are still receiving feedback from some regarding the challenge of finding the looks of the characters. After consulting one of the actual valuable friends of Valentine Z, the suggestion was made to mark the spoilers containing images as "Appearance and Looks" in order to alleviate this problem. We agree. As a result, the 60+ spoilers have been changed to reflect this, written as plain as day and night that this is where the Appearance and Looks lie for that character. Viewers and players are also advised to give a few seconds of leeway for the site to finish loading so that the anchored tags can do their magic and send you right towards the character we are using.

      It cannot get simpler than this!

    • For the longest of times, I have toyed around with the idea of one of my characters - in this case, Gwen Tracer Allison Oxton, getting and knowing the existence of the multiverse, and also with occasional 4th wall breaks. This was then further implemented and established her as a Goddess. That is, until after several re-considerations and the feedback from my most helpful and wonderful friends, that this put A LOT of holes in my story and narrative, such as how she didn't know about Holly Starlight if Gwen is so-called the Goddess of the Omniverse, or that she is going to be responsible for every single creation around her, including your nation.

      In short, she got downgraded from being an actual Goddess, to someone who is just seen as one in some worlds because she was super handy with her Space and Time powers.

    • Back in the days, there was not much of a difference between Clarissa and Adriana, or at the very least, this was not made very clear. On top of that, the purpose of Adriana being around Clarissa as her little sister wasn't well-defined. As a result, Clarissa is now deemed to be the one who is not the owner of the cloud storage dimension, whilst still being able to share it with her sister through conventional data transfer.

  • Story Expansion / Retcon.
    • Adriana's story is now told in first-person, and is clearly defined on top of more lore written for her origin and her purpose in this Valentian world. She is now the owner of the cloud storage dimension that only she has physical and network connections to in her head, as well as being built more robustly to reflect her nature as a hardy backup system.

    • Valentijn now has her story in nice little sections, on top of a few other traits and characteristics that I am now exploring with thanks to feedback from my friends. This shall be done for more of the Valentians down the line, though only for noteworthy ones. After all, there will be 62C2 = 1891 different relationships IF I am doing for all 62! (Including Holly Starlight).

    • Markus' story has been rewritten! So I was supposed to write one for Angela (No. 33) at first, but this one has been written first because I need him to appear in World Cup 91 and well, no harm in showing off one of the lesser-known characters and thrust him into the spotlight! His older ability kit can be seen below for reference:


Vice PM Markus is primarily a support-class, though he too is not to be underestimated with when it comes to dealing damage. His dual semi-automatic pistols are a balance of accuracy and rate of fire, being able to deliver fast fires with rather small amount of spread compared to other weapons. His Karmic Retribution, when activated, would see that his enemies would have their damage deflected back to them, as with the saying goes “What goes around, comes around.” Relying on the three attributes of each of the units, he can increase the strength (1.50x Health increase), agility (double the movement speed), or intelligence (reduce the cooldown of the teammates’ abilities by 1 second; this only works on abilities that are currently in cooldown) of the teammates around him, sometimes all at once. Lastly, his ultimate is to empower a target ally with an extra charge for all of their abilities, excluding the ultimates. Due to the set of abilities that Markus has, he is recommended to stay alongside his teammates and friends, to ensure that he can provide the much needed stat boosts.

Intelligence Gain: -1 second to all the allies' abilities' cooldowns. AoE is a 5 meter radius.
Empowered (Ultimate): Gives a target ally one of each ability (ex. ults.) with no cooldown.

    • Height multiplied from 2.00 to 2.66.
    • It has always been a rather difficult time to figure out as to how or why the Valentians are THIS big. Sure, 7-8 feet average is sort of believable, but 16 feet? How is it possible? Well, with recent calculations, along with the slight changes to the story, means that it would now be the entire universe that Valentine Z is in, that is larger than the regular universes out there. Chief Aviator Gwen Tracer Hepburn “Fate of Existence and the Omniverse” Ellen Trixie Caitlin Foxworthy Avril Verlene Eveline Celinda Sammy Doris T-Rev Oxton Arielle Lindall Leslie Vitesse Allison has expanded the universe, from 2.00x at first, to a now-whopping 2.66x. In other words, every single thing, including the flora and fauna, are now larger in Valentine Z, and this has been reflected with The Sixty as well. Not to worry, of course; mosquitoes have been extinct in Valentine Z for decades, so you won't have giant mosquitoes. Other animals, however, are still at large. All we can hope is that when you visit Valentine Z, you won't have cats or dogs licking their mouths looking at you. We are joking, of course, our cats and dogs are nice.


(Also need to remove a lot of images because they are not from Imgur or other approved sites. On top of that, more retcon and rewriting coming for each of the characters.)

v 3.001.002 – A Long Reworking Ahead.

General Change
  • Reworked Abilities and Statistics.
    • As it would turn out, the Sixty are in due for an upgrade to their defensive and offensive infrastructure in order to keep up with the Valentian Armed Forces, and because it was such an antiquated mess from the decades ago. Thus, together with a more precise and elegant change to the statistics, some are getting new weapons and abilities. Valentijn “De Sierlijke en Vrij Valkyrie General ov Valentine Z” Samantha Maxwell Delta Weston Stijn Angelus Tracey Mitchell Tristian Marnix Basilisk Lewis Hyatt X. Constantine Sein Lin Zaw Naing was the first volunteer to test out this particular new style of statistics, and it was particularly easy for her. For one, her abilities and weaponry did not need a lot of upgrading, and rather, perhaps to keep it balanced and to make it lighter and easier for her, a few of the abilities have been taken out. The others in The Sixty will also be given more creative weapons, once again both to update the defensive forces and personnel, as well as to make it more futuristic with a few elements of magic. In short, inspired by a recent series of games I have played, there is going to be a relatively large and nicely formatted change to the statistics list, instead of relying on just Overwatch alone since it's very limited.

      Weapons and Defenses
      He once used a sword for his combat and tactics, but eventually moved on to a custom-made and well-forged sledgehammer, courtesy of Chief Technician Jared Kev Jensen Benedict Angus “Technisch Wonder” Markeith Steven Maurice Mel Van Droogenbroeck Thorbjørn Miller Clement Samuel Joey Luca N X. Wout Van Den Borre, who took a good 40 days to develop and make it. The sledgehammer is chosen and preferred by Valentijn for a blunter approach, and it can withstand 40 uses before it needs to be "recharged" / re-strengthened. In the recent years of 2083, Valentijn also received an oversized anti-tank / anti-building rifle from Colonel Adrian Dominic Markus Austin Manuel Ridley Lùcas “Waffenmacher” MacIomhair Aindreas Dannon Anglo Blair Trenton Mya Uw Holmes Gallacher Fletcher Jayden Henderson McKenzie, who made the weapon by request of Valentijn, after he commented out that "I could use more ranged weapons when I am not busy hammering people." As a result, looking at the annals of history and history of firearms and weapons, Adrian came up with a fusion of old and new - the Solothurn S18-1000 that is scaled up, along with a new name - Valkyrie Solothurn S31-4000, perhaps a nod to the man's obsession with anything that is Valkyrie-related. The weapon still has the design and mechanisms of its original counterpart, except that it fires energy from the rounds (which in turn are now capacitors instead of carrying gunpowder). The anti-building rifle also has a series of high-magnification scopes attached onto it.

      Valentijn is an all-rounded character, and for his size, he is considered to be way too overpowered beyond his usual peers and when compared against the other Valentian personnel and troops. It is this advantage that puts him on the frontlines, as he desires so. His primary attack is a simple Apocalyptic Punch, which is a direct hit attack to a target, or can be manually aimed at the ground to trigger tremors. He is also equipped with a 2400-tonnes sledgehammer that he can use it to hit an airborne enemy, as well as to slam it against a target on the ground. It deals tremendous direct damage, and also area-of-effect damage with accompanying stun. The sledgehammer is good for 40 uses before it needs to be recharged. As a result, both his primary and secondary attacks are good damage-dealers, but while they have their excessively overpowered damage, he is limited by the slow rate of attack. As a result to compensate for this, Valentijn is now equipped with his personal firearm, which is less of anti-tank, and more of anti-building, firing energetic rounds at anything that crosses his path. Good ROF, but very high kickbacks.

      Passively, Valentijn has Good Radiation, which grants healing effects to both Valentijn and to the allies around him; additionally, when Clarissa is around him, he gains more than twice his maximum hit point, while also having an increased regeneration rate. Last but not least, Valentijn's armor, also consisting of locally-controlled nanobots, allows him to absorb 1/20th of damage dealt to him to convert them into armor, at up to 5x the usual damage resistance.

      As for the active abilities, Valentijn can stomp the ground around him, causing damage to enemies in a large area-of-effect, as well as stunning and slowing them down. Repeated usage is reported to make the area of land unstable and can trigger smaller tremors; Valentijn is also one of the only character so far to have three ultimates – one of them which deals tremendous amount of radioactive fire to enemies around him in an area, Lunatic Strength that boosts his punches’ damage to 1000% of normal damage (10x). Lastly, if he is sufficiently angered, he has Breakpoint, which takes longer than other ultimates to charge, but it’s also the most rewarding. Boosts his rate of fire for primary attack by 4000%, and secondary attack by 5000%. This results in 276750 DPS from Primary Attack, and 326400 DPS from Secondary Attack respectively, obliterating anything that stands in Valentijn’s way. This has a 3-s cast time, and last for 8 secs.

      Primary Attack: Apocalyptic Punch. Direct melee hit to the enemy, or a manual aim at the ground. Rather inaccurate against moving targets due to slow rate of attack and Valentijn's size.
      Secondary Attack: Equips a 2400-tonnes sledgehammer and slams it on a target or ground. Does 160,000 damage directly, and 7000 dmg. with 3 s stun at 20 m AoE. Good for 40 uses.
      Tertiary Attack: Valkyrie Solothurn S31-4000. Good rate of fire, but the kickback is rather extraordinary. Recommended for Valentijn to fire while scoped, or when proning on the ground.

      Good Radiation (Passive): 1% of maximum HP healed per second to Val, with 3% of maximum HP healed per second heal to allies around him. Healing radius is 20 m, capped at 1 m min.
      Husband-Wife Tag-team (Passive): When Clarissa is around Valentijn in a 30 meter radius, Valentijn gains Maximum HP from 250,000 to 524,288, as well as a +1.0% HP regeneration rate.
      Living Armor (Passive): 1/20th of the damage taken would be converted into armor for Valentijn's suit, giving up to +400% damage resistance. Each stack of conversion lasts 4 seconds.

      Seismic Slam: Stomps the ground around it, causing 10000-50 damage to enemies in 40 meter radius, with 16000 direct damage to the epicenter. Stuns and 50% slowing last for 4 seconds.
      Nuclear Fortitude (Ultimate): 8.00% of enemy's maximum HP drained in a 50 meter radius over time. Stops draining when enemy's HP is at 1. Lasts for 10 seconds and cannot be cancelled.
      Lunatic Strength (Ultimate): Boosts the damage of a single Apocalyptic Punch (Valentijn's primary attack) to 1000% of normal damage. 1 second cast time, interruptible. Charge lasts 7 sec.
      Breakpoint (Ultimate): Increases the Rate of Fire of Primary Attack by 4000%, and Secondary Attack by 5000%, dealing 276750 and 326400 Damage Per Second respectively. 3 second cast.

      Adriana, due to her physical size, is a Tank class, being able to take on a ton of punishments before she gets knocked down. Her initial 6000 HP is supplemented by a maximum of 2500 shields that is generated through successful shots landed on her enemies. Her Prism Gun is perfectly accurate without any spread, but it has an effective range of up to 100 meters, as well as not being able to pierce through enemies in a line. If Adriana wanted to, she can use the energy she has gathered from her force fields to generate a prism shield that is effectively like Marcus’ shield, but stationary and Adriana can multitask while the shield is still set up. Her range of offensive capabilities range from a flashbang that stuns enemies, to strobe-light that not only slows down an enemy, but also allows the enemy to take friendly fire from their teammates. In terms of a defensive capability, she can erect a spotlight that gives out enemies’ location in a limited amount of time, making the enemies visible and much more obvious to be pointed out. Adriana’s only ultimate is Bright Fury, a large laser beam that auto-locks onto nearby enemies and would deal a devastating amount of damage over the 8 seconds, up to the maximum possible 4000 damage. In summary, Adriana is an Offensive Tank.

      Force Field (Passive): Grants 10 HP worth of shield with each shot landed on an enemy. Overshields stack up to +3000, and will not decay on their own unless Adriana takes damage.

      Strobelight: Slows down enemy movements in a 5-meter radius by 95%, while making friendly fire possible for them. WARNING: The ability also affect teammates. Lasts 4 seconds.
      Light The Way: Plants a spotlight that gives out enemies' location (even if cloaked) in a 8 meter radius as the area-of-effect. The spotlight can't be destroyed, and lasts for 9 seconds.
      Bright Fury (Ultimate): Large laser beam of 3 meter radius. Auto-locks onto nearest enemy, but with an ability to switch targets. Max range is 5 meters. 500 damage per sec for 8 sec.

      Marcus is not exactly that much of a fighter in his life, but when the time comes for it, he would go into his Defence outfit and would receive a massive bonus to his health, making him have the third highest HP (first goes to Valentijn, and second to Clarissa). He is a defensive tank, with his abilities much more suited for fights that happens in a spot or a choke point. His rather slow melee attacks are compensated by the high damage that they deal, as well as the area-of-effect damage that he does with his swings. His armour is also polished and hardened in order to take reduced damage from small arms, as well as from siege and heavy weapons to a lesser degree. At some moments, the armour is able to deflect back the damage at 100% efficiency and back at the enemy. To further protect his friends, Marcus can extend the shield attached on his left arm, which is indestructible, and absorbs up to 90% of damage from most damage types. His forward charge is supposed to pin down an enemy and kill a low-HP enemy if possible, as well as being able to narrow the gap between the enemy and himself. Cannon fire is the only ranged attack that serves as a multiple-target damage dealer, as well as crowd control. The forward shield would allow Marcus to block out damage and harm towards himself and his allies behind him, given his armour’s size. His ultimate is a choice of two - either he could load up his cannon with explosive concussive blasts that deals devastating damage, or makes himself enraged to wreak havoc on the enemies around him.

      Enraged (Ultimate): Cannon fire +50% damage, cooldown reduced to 1 sec, and Max. Health increased by 60%. Lasts 8 seconds.

      Combat-wise, Angela is a Tank class, being able to take up more damage than the others thanks to her vigorous physical training. Her primary weapon is a rapid-firing “Martian” pistol that has a short effective range of 40 meters, as well as low damage of 8 per shot, but it more than made up for her insane rate of fire of 100 ROF. It also has an overheating ability, and while it would shut down the weapon for 3 seconds to prevent damage, continuous fire of 1200 shots (or ~2000 including the reload), will have the weapon discharge 200 damage in 2 meter AoE. Angela also has Searing Laser and Tetrashot; the former fires a beam of heated ions that deals 100 damage per sec for 4 seconds, and it disables enemy’s abilities for 2 seconds when they are hit with the laser for 1 sec; the latter fires 4 rounds per shot, consuming 4x the ammo, and the shots are spread with 10 degrees of arc between one another, effectively 40 degrees. For both offensive and defensive uses, Angela can place a teleporter between her current location and another designated area of up to 100 meters, allowing herself and the allies to use it for 8 seconds, or its 1500 HP to be depleted, whichever comes first. Ultimately, Angela can use her Spaceship, which has 8000 HP, can carry two allies, and flying around with it deals 500 damage per collision. The ship lasts for 14 seconds, or when its health is fully depleted.

      Gwen is a fast but fragile hero, packing in Offensive assets for her team. Her dual pistols would make short work of any enemy that is foolish enough to get near her, though Gwen herself needs to take precautions to not get attacked or stunned. If the mission calls for a long-range solution, Gwen has a secondary weapon, a railgun, that could turn even the most harmless piece of pebble into an anti-tank round. The only drawback with the railgun was that it took several seconds, sometimes even minutes, to charge back up. Additionally, Gwen is packed with various time controls, allowing her to master the elementals and the battlefield in a fraction of a second and using it to her advantage. A Blink is Gwen’s basic ability, to be able to move forward to a set distance in a matter of milliseconds, or near instantaneously. Recall would allow her to revert back to the point in time where she has a particular set of health (if she took a health pack before she recall, the effects of the health pack will not be nullified and instead she will recall with previous amount of health, PLUS the amount she got from heals or health packs), as well as automatically reloading her primary weapon. She has a set of 3 ultimates to choose from: The first one is a Pulse Bomb that does an Area of Effect damage, while doing tremendous damage on the primary target that it was stuck onto. The second ultimate is a T-stop, whereby Gwen stops time for both her allies and the enemies, and in this duration, she travels 20% slower while still being able to do normal movements and actions (except slower). The third ultimate is a space displacement ability whereby enemies in Gwen's area will be displaced randomly, and they will take 50% more damage for 6 seconds as a result of this dazing displacement.

      Recall: Goes back to the original position (with Health at that point) from 5 s. Trail is invisible to allies and enemies; Recall dispels abilities.
      Pulse Bomb (Ultimate): Lobs a bomb in an arc. 2000 damage if stuck directly to the enemy. Deals 1000 - 200 spread damage in a 4-m AoE.
      T-stop (Ultimate): Stops time for 6 seconds. Affects all the enemies and allies for the duration. Gwen moves 20% slower during the T-stop.
      Chekov Distortion (Ultimate): Displaces enemies along a random direction for 5 meters, and enemies take 50% more damage for 6 seconds.

      Primary Attack: "Railgun of The Fate" that fires accelerated particles and rounds at 1.00 c. Adjustable piercing distance and range - from 20 meters to 1020 meters. 12 secs reload time.
      Phantom of Time and Space (Passive): Immunity to time-affecting powers, as well as elementals such as fire, ice, electricity, etc. Takes 0.2x damage from all physical & magical attacks.
      Blink: Moves in a direction for 5 meters. The ability to move in any direction is guaranteed, and the number of charges are unlimited, that is, they neither have a cooldown, nor depletion.
      Recall: Goes back to the original position (with 100% Health Restoration) from 5 s. Trail is invisible to allies and enemies; Recall resets Gwen's other abilities (except itself), and debuffs.
      Phase Shift: Reduces damage taken from all forms of attacks to 0. Takes 3 seconds to channel, and can be interrupted along the way. Gwen also moves 100% faster during Phase Shift.
      Snap: Targets a enemy to be banished from existence. Channeling takes 3 seconds to do so, and can be interrupted. If successful, target takes 100% damage & banished from existence.
      Damage Amplification: Boosts damage output on self by 4000% for 20 s. However, Gwen moves 5% slower, takes 10% more damage from physical attacks, & 100% from magic damage.
      Pulse Bomb (Ultimate): Lobs a bomb in an arc. 200,000 damage if stuck directly to the enemy. Deals 100,000 - 20,000 spread damage in a 10-meter area of effect. Takes 5 s to explode.
      Temporal Control (Ultimate): Freely controls the flow of time (accelerate, stop, slow down, reverse, jump) for 14 seconds. Takes 3 seconds to channel, and can be interrupted during cast.
      Spatial Destruction (Ultimate): Chooses an area of effect with radius 500 meters to be completely annihilated out of existence. Takes 6 secs to cast, interruptible. Danger: Affects allies!

      Jamie is your typical sniper-class DPS, being able to be easily utilised with a rather simple ability kit, and rewarding for those that are able to take advantage of her high damage output. This is on top of the fact that her Lucky Strike could very well instantly kill a non-invincible enemy, while letting the victim spawn 1 second faster. For those trickier situations, as well for those enemies that simply would not sit still, a steel trap can be implemented in order to halt their movement, as well as giving Jamie and her teammates an advantage in dealing with the trapped enemy. If Jamie got ambushed, however, a grappling hook would be able to let her make a quick getaway, as well as using it in order to re-position herself. Her last ability is an ultimate, being able to unload all the 5 rounds in a quick succession to do 6000 damage on a particular target, best suited for breaking down armours and shields, as well as breaking down more HP-inclined units on the other team. If the victim dies, Jamie’s shot would hit through another target behind it, and thus effective at lined enemies.
