Osipovgrad Report- Slavic Slaughterer

Osipovrgrad Report
Slavic Slaughterer Caught

April 15 2021

Roksa- Serial murderer Maksimilian Izmaylov, better known as the Slavic Slaughterer was caught recently after would-be victim Aleksandra Fokina knocked him unconscious with a lamp after he turned away for a second. She then called the police who captured Izmaylov, who was soon identified as the infamous Slavic Slaughterer, who killed at least 10 people and possibly many more.

Izmaylov worked as a trucker and committed murders across the Slavic Union, typically picking up hitchhikers before brutally murdering them and mutilating the body to the point where it was almost impossible to recognize who it originally was. These tactics made it incredibly difficult to trace the crimes back to him and to pinpoint the exact amount of murders he committed, with some aggressive estimates going up to almost a hundred.

He committed his first confirmed murder in 1988, killing his ex-wife in a fit of rage, he would be questioned by the police but ultimately never charged with the murder. The Slavic police force has received heavy criticism for their handling of the case, refusing to acknowledge that these crimes were the work of a serial killer until 2006, 18 years after Izmaylovs first murder.

April 16th, 2021 | Arianna, Timeria

With the conclusion of the Albarine Sea Conference leaders will be leaving Arianna. The conference was a success and many topics were discussed over the 3 days. Leaders from across the world were present and able to contribute to the dialogue in the region. Both President Aneya Raso and President Akram Sulaiman were present and spoke with each other throughout the conference. The two were able to come to an agreement on many topics and will continue to work together for a greater Albarine Sea. President Sulaiman stated that “This conference is bringing awareness to so many important issues that face our region nowadays. We must unite our great nations through commerce and common practice to make a more profitable and productive regional economy, and must combine through security to make a safer region.”

Many leaders were able to speak to the press about the conference and the press was allowed to be in attendance for opening remarks. President Antonio Brafeo: "A prosperous Albarine Sea is the ideal backbone of the world's economy. A bastion for trade, an epicenter of culture, and a region rich in natural resources, we are committed to expanding the economic impact of the Albarine Sea region. We also need to ensure safety and security, cracking down on piracy and terrorism, for future generations. Quetana will continue our endeavor to increase our investment in the Albarine Sea and draw closer to our allegiances and alliances.” The Albarine Sea is a critical waterway that nations are committed to ensuring a prosperous future. Investment in the region has skyrocket over the past decade and businesses are looking to invest in the region. One issue the region hopes to confront is its low GDP per capita, while there are some nations with high rates the overall continent still falls short when compared to others. TAFCA has made it a mission to increase overall GDP per capita and wealth amongst citizens of Adula.

Across the world, other nations are also working to build a better region. Leaders from other regions also spoke t the conference included Zamastan’s Secretary of State. Secretary Vallotis stated that “Zamastan stands committed to a more unified world, and the Albarine Sea is one of the cradles of civilization in the world. Seeing the Albarine Sea unified benefits not only Zamastanian economic and diplomatic interests, but it creates a better world for all of us. We are thrilled for the aspect of this display of international discussion and cooperation." International cooperation was an important topic throughout the conference, including increasing CCA involvement in regional issues and supporting developing countries.

Students from Leo Isles University were also in attendance and received lectures from a number of world leaders. Prime Minister Theodor Sidemann closed the meeting at the student’s banquet and thanked them for attending the conference. In his speech, Prime Minister Sidemann told the students "One of the most important goals of many governments is world peace. I am therefore pleased that so many countries have been acting since several decades together politically and economically on a peaceful level instead of fighting each other. And I very much hope that your children and maybe grandchildren will grow up in a peaceful world later on."

With growing international cooperation President Raso confirmed that there would be an Albarine Sea Conference next year and that it would continue annually.

MASS SURRENDER MARKS THE END OF IVORA SEIGE

Image
The month-long battle for the West Chanchajillan capital has finally calmed and ended, says Secretary Boffrand, as regime loyalists surrender in droves.

IVORA - It was a sight to see. Dozens of West Chanchajillan soldiers, regime loyalists who followed the orders of Frederick Armbar until his death last week at the hands of East Chanchajillan and Zamastanian forces, approached front lines during a lapse in the fighting. With no weapons in their raised hands, they surrendered. Shortly after, a steady stream of surrendering insurgents filed through the front lines in mass relinquishing of their fighting capability. Zamastanian officials maintain that there are still pockets of resistance, but the city in general has fallen to Coalition forces.

East Chanchajillan president Gideon Boer praised coalition forces and applauded the easing of conflict over the city, which has seen major destruction and loss of life in the past month of fighting. "Long have the people of the West suffered," Boer said, "and the capture of Ivora, surrender of regime loyalists, and a jubilation in the atmosphere has ushered in a new era. A new beginning for the West means a safer unity and future for all Chanchajillans."

Zamastanian Secretary of Defense Camille Boffrand said in a press briefing at the Presidential Mansion before President Moreau's cabinet meetings that the battle for Ivora has not ended, but that the main military operations have concluded with the mass surrender of Armbar loyalists. Estimates from Zamastanian military officials puts total captured West Chanchajillan forces within the last 24 hours at over 13,000. Secretary Boffrand also stated that Zamastanian air superiority, had it been used more extensively without the Congressional restrictions in place, could have attributed to a much shorter and less deadly battle.

"The bickering back and forth, while in a good and moral understanding," Boffrand stated, "meant that we were not able to provide the assistance that would have saved swaths of lives."

Estimates of casualties during the battle for Ivora puts East Chanchajillan deaths at over 4,000, with thousands more injured. Parabocan forces, which reinforced the East in the end of February, have lost over 500 soldiers. Civilian casualties are unknown, but well over 5,000 are believed to have been killed as the fighting was particularly destructive with the use of artillery and close range tank batallions engaging in the conflict in the city.

ANOTHER SWEEPING VICTORY SOLIDIFIES WORLD CUP STANDING

Image
Zamastan's national team dominated the Janapan team 4-0 on Thursday. Zamastan will face Besmenia in the Group of 16

SULIFA - Zamastan's national football team is celebrating a second sweep victory against the Janapa national team, with four unanswered goals. The Whitecaps are riding high after their 6-0 victory over Andaluni in the Qualifying Round last week, and now they have a combined record of 10-0. They face the Besmenien national team in the Group of 16 and the deciding match for who will win Group B's bracket.

Betting for the game domestically was through the roof, breaking previously held sporting bidding wars. Return was low due to the high rate of expectations for Zamastan to win, but the hype surrounding the two previous games is continuing into their matchup with Besmenia.

Isaiah Ross came into the game aggressively, scoring three goals and tying his record of most goals in a single game. Team captain Roch Asselin also scored a goal. Defensively, the Whitecaps out performed their previous showing, blocking more shots on the goal but still allowing less breaks in their defensive red zone.

Already outscoring their record from last year's World Cup in Heimdal'ia, where goals were in very short supply for the Whitecaps and Isaiah Ross finished as the team’s top scorer with only eight goals, as the club struggled to score on a consistent basis all tournament long.

The Whitecaps have been searching for a pure goal-scoring striker ever since Martin Sanvezzo spurned the Whitecaps after winning the Golden Boot Award last year in the Euronia Federation. This year, Isaiah Ross is on track to out pace him in terms of goals and touches.

Osipovrgrad Report
Slavic Union Victorious Again

April 17 2021[/b]

Image

Sulifa- The Medvedi came out victorious this Saturday over Tire Blin in a 4(2)-4(1) victory. The game was back and forth the whole time, with Tire Blin opening up the scoring in the 13th minute and the Anton Petrov striking back just 6 minutes later, Petrov overall had one of the best performances of his prolific career, scoring 3 goals, Noya Soyuz forward Leonty Naomov would also score 1 goal. Petrov would hit his 3rd goal in the last minutes, forcing the game into penalty kicks, on which the Slavic Union would eventually win.

With this the team moves on to World Cup quarterfinals against Timeria, already securing their best performance since 2015 after missing the last 2 world cups.

THE ACADRE TRIBUNE
IVORA FALLS
Parabocan forces march alongside Eastern troops after city's defenders surrender

President Cardoza applauded Parabocan and East Chanchajillan forces as the Western capital of Ivora fell after a month of brutal and devastating fighting. The city's suburbs have been decimated, and tens of thousands have been killed. The dictator, Frederick Armbar is dead. The battle for the capital is over as the defenders and regime loyalists surrender in droves.

Over 450 soldiers in the Parabocan contingent deployed in West Chanchajilla have been killed in the fighting, with Eastern losses being even higher. Cardoza is pledging to bring troops home within the next two months.

"Our job is done," Cardoza said, "and our troops have carried out their mission by supporting our allies in ridding the continent of a tyrannical monster. West Chanchajilla can now choose their path to a better future, and we will be here to help. But, we won't hamper our men and women in the armed forces for longer than we need. Within the next two months, they will come home. We are indebted to them."

Parabocan military officials agree with the need to withdraw troops soon, but maintain that the capital and other urban areas in West Chanchajilla must be secured entirely or more effectively, as pockets of loyalist resistance still remains scattered throughout the country. A bombing by loyalists in Omi last week killed 8 Parabocan forces, but Omi was captured over two months ago.

"We're worried about an insurgency," said a high ranking Parabocan military official. "If loyalists believe the collapse of the government will lead to a degradation of their lives in the innevitable post-Armbar era, they may fight back."

3/22/21

President Cardoza of Paraboca announced this weekend that Parabocan forces had agreed to a treaty with East Chanchajilla that brings Parabocan troops directly into the ongoing conflict against West Chanchajilla, a month after it began. Parabocan troops are now being flown and shipped out to the front lines of the conflict alongside the Eastern forces as they battle intensively to take the Western capital of Ivora.

Parabocan forces are expected to play a relatively minimal role in the operations to capture the capital, as the bulk of operations are carried out by Eastern group forces and superior Zamastanian air support. However, the Parabocans are providing vitally strategic supply and intelligence operations, as well as moping up resistance of fighters who continue to remain loyal to the Frederick Armbar regime in smaller towns across the countryside as the forces continue.

Ivora is the final major city in the country that remains to be captured, with the fall of Treviso, Accadia, and Vicalvi last week signifying the quickly concluding combat operations. Despite immense success in the speed at which East Chanchajillan forces have captured regime territory, a speed at which experts are saying is largely unprecedented in modern warfare, casualties have been extensive. Latest data provided by East Chanchajilla indicates nearly 2,000 military deaths across the extensively wide front, with upwards of 10,000 regime fighters being killed and upwards of 4,000 civilian deaths confirmed, with that number expected to climb significantly as towns and cities are more thoroughly cleared, captured, and held.

The expected battle that is already started in the capital of Ivora is also expected to be lengthy relative to the other battles for major urban areas in West Chanchajilla, as the regime forces conducted a strategic retreat to the capital in order to prepare defenses for a final showdown. Zamastanian bombers have been targeting Western forces and key positions within the capital and around its limits, but with recent backlash in the Zamastanian public, Congressional Hall limited some of the striking allowance capability, restricting targeting specific sorts of targets in urban residential areas. This development means the bulk of fighting that already occurs on the ground will get progressively harder and more resistant for East Chanchajillan and now Parabocan forces.

President Cardoza and President Boer of East Chanchajilla met in Vilanja to sign the agreement on Saturday, and on Monday the first Parabocan forces arrived on the front lines alongside the Eastern forces. Back in February when Western agents bombed multiple tourist hotspots in the East and later conducted rocket attacks, which prompted the war, Paraboca's government closed the border with the West which had previously been a key gateway for refugees and asylum seekers. That policy shift indicated the first in a series of events that led Paraboca to side more heavily with the East in its resolve.

The history between Paraboca and West Chanchajilla has never included direct diplomatic relations, but the two nations remained on calm and relatively peaceful terms for decades, even during the multiple wars fought between the East and West. Paraboca maintained neutrality by not siding with either side. Prior to the 1972 Chanchajilla War, there were intense hostilities centered on demilitarized zones, water issues, and both shelling and infiltration from the West, which have been occupied by Paraboca since. However, no incidents have occurred resulting in direct conflict between the two countries. This state of neutrality by Paraboca has all but ended.

President Cardoza, President Boer, and President Moreau of Zamastan are expected to meet later in the week in Vilanja to discuss the conflict and the stages that will certainly follow the fall of Ivora and the hopeful capture of Frederick Armbar, who has still remained illusive and has reportedly remained bunkered in the capital for weeks.

Jyau Advances Following Victory Over Caspiaa in World Cup
Jyau will play Alecburgh in Group of 16

Image

Jyau has advanced to the Group of 16 in the Sulifa World Cup after defeating Caspiaa in a thrilling game, now off to face Alecburgh in a battle for the victor of Group C.

Captain Mikey Fae put one goal on the board as Caspiaa followed suit closely after, leading to a long fought defensive game tied 1 to 1 until the last few moments, with a clean break and high kick from striker Tyger Mannas putting another for the Jyau lead.

"We're thrilled," cried William Jaspersa, head coach. "We're off to another win."

Jyaueze fans are thrilled about the victory, as it has been 21 years since the last World Cup championship win. Jyau is hoping for their third tournament win, although their chances will get progressively more difficult as they advance. If they are able to beat Alecburgh, they will face either Kossmil or Vuswistan, both teams of whom have outscored Jyau extensively at this point.

President Hirschl Delivers Address on Chanchajilla Conflict
Hirschl: "A new dawn has emerged. It is up to the West Chanchajillan people to choose their path now."

President Baldur Hirschl delivered a televised address following the reported capture of Ivora by East Chanchajillan and Parabocan forces on Saturday, with Zamastanian backed air support leading to the death of the tyrannical dictator Frederick Armbar.

Although pockets of fighting persist throughout the West Chanchajillan capital and many government regime figures remain at large, the bulk of operations to capture strongholds has ended.

"We've seen the damage that the oppressive regime caused," Hirschl said. In February, several Lutharians were killed in the rocket attacks on Turania and Vilanja, East Chanchajilla.

"It is up to the West Chanchajillan people to choose their path now," Hirschl said. "With the authoritarian rule gone, it's time to establish freedom. We will be along to help every step of the way.

ZALLUABED RESPONSIBLE FOR GENOCIDE, SAYS STATE DEPARTMENT

Image
Thousands of people have been massacred in Hisrea province several months into the Zalluabedi government's operation to rid the countryside of rebels. Cell phone footage has revealed dozens of massacres over the past several weeks.

ZAKARABAN - The Zamastanian State Department, after weeks of back and forths due to growing international tensions with Yuan, Drambenburg, and other nations, have officially released a statement following their condemnation of Zalluabed listing it as conducting genocides in Hisrea Province. Secretary of State Jessiah Vallotis, speaking from a conference in Timeria, confirmed that the State Department and President Moreau, in addition to a resolution passed in Congressional Hall, have taken steps to declare Zalluabed has violated human rights guidelines and has committed genocides against the Hisrean people.

"Zalluabed has committed gross human rights abuses in the past several months," Vallotis said. "Zamastan stands committed to holding them accountable for their actions, and we encourage the international community to do the same. President Zayyaan al-Akhtar and King Farik al-Jamura, in addition to Foreign Minister Nashat el-Yusuf and Defense Minister Jirhanu Bjyala, all four officials and heads of the Zalluabedi government are responsible and complicit in these horrendous crimes."

Zalluabed is the subject of intensive Zamastanian sanctions, with nearly all trade having been halted since November of 2020.

Reports from Hisrea are horrifying. The Tofino Times has compiled one such story: Mawaya was watching television at a relative's one-room apartment in Bilana, a historic city in Zalluabed's war-torn, western Hisrea region, in early March when a news bulletin flashed up on the screen. Graphic, unverified footage had surfaced of a mass killing near Mawaya's hometown of Hemibera Dego, in a mountainous area of central Hisrea. In the shaky video Zalluabedi soldiers appeared to round up a group of young, unarmed men on a wind-swept, dusty ledge before shooting them at point-blank range -- picking them up by an arm or a leg and flinging or kicking their bodies off a rocky hillside like ragdolls.

The soldiers can be heard in the footage urging one another not to waste bullets, to use the minimum amount needed to kill and to make sure none of the group were left alive. They also appear to cheer each other on, praising the killings as heroic and hurling insults at the men in their captivity. Mawaya said he believes one of the men killed in the video was his younger brother, Chajahid.

The mass killing near Hemibera Dego is one of several to have been reported over the course of Zalluabed's seven-month-old conflict during which thousands of civilians are believed to have been killed, raped and abused. But with independent access to journalists severely restricted until recently and telephone and internet services often blocked, it has been challenging to verify accounts of atrocities in Hisrea. Amid the effective communications blackout, few videos have emerged from the fighting and those that have are difficult to authenticate.

Through a forensic frame-by-frame investigation of the video footage -- corroborated by analysis from the CCA Human Right Watch's digital verification and modeling experts -- as well as interviews with 10 family members and local residents, the Tofino Times has established that men wearing Zalluabed army uniforms executed a group of at least 11 unarmed men before disposing of their bodies near Hemibera Dego.

Zalluabed is facing a raft of intense scrutiny over human rights violations that may amount to war crimes in its Hisrea region. Thousands of civilians are believed to have been killed since November, when Zalluabed President Zayyaan al-Akhtar launched a major military operation against Hisrea's ruling party, the Hisrea People's Liberation Front (HPLF), sending in national troops and militia fighters from across Zalluabed.

MOREAU FACES CRITICISM AFTER REMARKS ABOUT CONGRESSWOMAN LEAK

Image
President Atticus Moreau is being criticized over disparaging remarks he made about Congresswoman and former-Presidential nominee Sabine Armitage.

TOFINO - President Moreau is facing scrutiny over remarks he made about Congresswoman Sabine Armitage. Leaked audio from a phone call he made with supporters was published on an online forum, and it contains comments Moreau made that are being considered by many as disparaging.

In the phone call, Moreau said that Armitage, the Conservative Party nominee for President in 2020 and Moreau's main opponent, was a "scummy person" and that she "only got far in the party because of her looks." Moreau has not responded to the leaked comments, and the Zian Presidential Mansion has declined to make statements as of the publishing of this report.

In the audio, Moreau is heard saying "Sabine doesn't have skill regarding politics, she's just snarky. She'll go behind your back if you disagree with her and try to trash your career. I never liked her, there are no dignified qualities. She's a scummy person. Sakzi didn't like her either, that should tell you something about how scummy she is. She only got far in the party because of her looks."

Congresswoman Armitage's office released a brief statement, calling the President's remarks "insulting and demeaning". Armitage has recently expressed interest in running for President a second time in 2022, although she has made no definitive decisions.

National Security Meeting in Infinity
Image

ImageSHARE THIS: Image Image Image Image

Erin Vissa (
@EVissa)
April 18th, 2021 | Infinity, Timeria

President Raso met with her National Security Council last night in an emergency meeting as tension in Adula is on the rise. The Council discussed the worsening situation in Azil and the human rights violations in Zalluabed. As things continue to get worse President Raso has also deployed Carrier Strike Group 2 into the Emmeria Sea not far from Zalluabed.

Within Azil protests have started within the capital as people call for King Xerxes Curcian to abdicate following his decision to make his 2nd son heir to the throne. His son Darius is considered to be far more authoritarian than his father and could make life harder for those even living in the capital. Many of these protests have met stiff resistance as police and protestors clash in the streets of Tomarka. President Raso has called for King Xerxes Curcian and allow democracy to take its place in Azil.

We spoke with a refugee from Azil, Mani managed to cross over into Timeria and was granted asylum. Mani stated that “We see what is going on around the world; in Chanchajilla. In Chanchajilla they fought and won and we witnessed that in Azil. It was only a matter of time before the people gained the courage to stand up to the government. Chanchajilla gave Azil the courage to take to the streets and protest and fight if we must.”
There have been no reports of armed conflict but King Xeres continues to hold onto power.

In Zalluabed President Raso is calling for President Zayyaan al-Akhtar to allow a CCA investigation team into the Hisrea region. With reports of genocide, abuse, and rape it is critical that a CCA team be allowed to investigate these reports. President Raso was firm on her stance that Genocide will never be allowed and that Timeria would heed the call to action.
President Raso also reached out to President Sulaiman to meet with him to discuss the situation in Zalluabed.

Interview with Prime Minister Sidemann

Image

Interviewer: Prime Minister Theodor Sidemann is now with me. I greet you warmly, Mr. Sidemann

Sidemann: Thank you, I'm also happy to be here.

Interviewer: First of all, how are you?

Sidemann: I'm doing very well, thanks for asking

Interviwer: Now let's first talk about national politics. What do you think about the coalition break in Summingia?

Sidemann: About two weeks ago I met Governor Georg Stuck in the State Chamber of Summingia and we talked about what was happening. The big problem was the different opinions about the economy and social policy between the BVP and FBBP. I personally think that if Georg Stuck should still be governor after the upcoming election and form a new government, the cabinet should first focus on economic and social policy in order to quickly find a common solution.

Interviewer: What kind of coalition do you think there might be after the election in Summingia?

Sidemann: A coalition of BVP and SDU might be conceivable in my opinon.

Interviewer: One question I would be very interested in is what do you think of the new President Vincent von Schilling?

Sidemann: Vincent von Schilling is a very talented, capable and friendly person. I met him briefly for a chat on April 12th at Federal House when he was returning from Tofino. The conversation ended very positively and I'm looking forward to working with him.

Interviewer: The law that allows minors over the age of 16 to vote in presidential and parliamentary elections came into force at the beginning of the year. How did that happen?

Sidemann: There have been debates about lowering the voting age to 16 for a number of years. And after a voting age from 16 had already been introduced in some federal states, one of my goals for the 2020 federal election was to lower the voting age at the federal level. FBBP and GPB also showed great interest in it when we were negotiating coalition with the two parties. I think it's a great thing, especially since there are more and more underage teenagers who are interested in politics and want to make decisions.

Interviewer: Now we come to international politics. What do you think of Frederick Armbar's death?

Sidemann: Frederick Armbar was a cruel dictator. He had severely restricted human rights in West Chanchajillan and led the country and the people into a crisis. As early as 2005, Besmenia had not recognized Armbar as the official president and threatened sanctions. It's just unbelievable and derogatory how he ordered terrorist attacks on East Chanchajillan. I think that his death is very decisive for the further development of the 2021 Chanchajilla War and for peace and prosperity in West Chanchajillan.

Interviewer: My final question would be your opinion on this year's Albarine Sea Conference?

Sidemann: It was just unbelievably great. I had the opportunity to exchange opinions and discussions about current world politics with other leaders. I think the ASC was a complete success. A great deal has come about and it is a good example of peaceful common international politics.

Interviewer: That sounds really great. Mr. Prime Minister, thank you for the short interview and I wish you a nice day.

Sidemann: Thank you and I wish you that too.

Osipovgrad Report- Slavic Union honors Nikifor Osipov

Osipovgrad Report
Slavic Union honors Nikifor Osipov

April 18 2021

Osipovgrad- April 18 2021 marks the 68th anniversary of the death of Nikifor Osipov, the first Vozhd of the Slavic Union and a man who is universally regarded throughout the nation as a hero. Flags have been lowered to half mast throughout the nation and memorials have been dedicated to him.

The state department also released a transcript from a 1953 interview with Adrian Kollerov, host of the Slavic Unions first ever talk show, ‘The Adrian Kollerov Show’. The interview was taken mere hours before Osipovs death at the age of 75. The transcript can be found below.

The following is a transcript from a 1953 episode of ‘The Adrian Kollerov Show’, where Kollerov interviewed then Vozhd Nikifor Osipov
Date: 04/18/53

Kollerov: My next guess needs no introduction, but he sure deserves one, I’d like to welcome the savior of the Slavic Union, the Great Bear, Nikifor Osipov!

Osipov walks onstage while the audience claps, Osipov has a very noticeable limp and breaks into a coughing fit once he sits down

Osipov: My apologies Kollerov, I think I might’ve caught something recently

Kollerov: No need to apologize your excellency, you’re a Slavic Hero

Osipov: Maybe so, but past conduct is not an excuse for weakness. Let’s get on with the interview shall we?

Kollerov: Certainly, now for my first question I’d like to ask if you are worried that the civil conflicts in Gladysynthia could result in border skirmishes, especially as more and more soldiers return home following their recent withdrawal from the World War?

Osipov scoffs

Osipov: You have the audacity to think I fear some two-bit nation that we already beat back 1400 years ago?

Kollerov: No of course not, it’s just-

Osipov: No, no, I’m sorry, my temper has been short lately. It’s a good question. It’s certainly a possibility, but the Slavic military is prepared, as it always is, to deal with any foreign threat. If our borders are breached by any foreign nation there will be grave consequences.

Kollerov: Now I’d like to ask for your general thoughts on the World War

Osipov: It’s a silly conflict, one which the Union is better off being out of, we have made great profits from selling equipment to both sides though. So I guess their foolishness is to our benefit.

Kollerov: It certainly seems to be sir, now what do you say to those calling for a Slavic intervention in the Gladsynthian Civil War

Osipov: Slavic blood is not to be spilled in foreign conflicts, there is little benefit to interference. We will not send troops or aid to any side in the war, Gladsynthia has always been a weak nation that thought itself far too highly, this ought to knock them down a peg.

Kollerov: Now-

Osipov breaks down into a coughing fit[

Osipov: I’m sorry, I think we’ll have to cut this short, I need to get some work done tonight. I need a glass of water, or a cigar.

Osipov gets up and leaves before Kollerov can say anything else

Tire Blin prepares for military action against Mountainia

Tyre - After several failed diplomatic meetings, Tire Blin is preparing its forces for military action against the rebels in the North. President Ariba Holm has been seen walking among troops and tank lines as they move north to confront the rebels. In an official statement, President Ariba Holm said the following. "We have given the "Mountainians" plenty of time to come back peacefully. They have refused each time. With other things happening in the world, TIre Blin cannot be distracted by some fools who want to play king. I will give Mountainia one last chance to surrender before the sounds of war are heard across the North. If they refuse, then we crush them and turn the Mountainians into an example for all others who wish to waste our time." After that, President Holm went to discuss with her top generals about the invasion. The Mountainian leaders have yet to respond to President Holm's chance/warning and it is assumed that they also are making war preparations.

LIVE: ZALLUABEDI FORCES LEAVE HISREA
Amid crippling economic sanctions specifically from Zamastan, President al-Akhtar orders forces to leave.

Zalluabed forces, who have been operating against rebels in the Hisrea province, have been ordered by the government to withdraw to Zakaraban and disband. Operations against rebel forces will cease.

The decision was made as Zamastan's state department accused the government of committing genocide against Hisrean people. Recognizing for the first time the presence of troops committing isolated war crimes in the war torn province, President al-Akhtar apologized for the lack of accountability on his part and on the part of the military.

A letter from Zalluabed's ambassador to Zamastan said: "Zalluabed's government and Hisrea's rebel fighters have agreed - at the highest levels - to embark on the withdrawal of Zalluabedi forces and the simultaneous redeployment of Hisrean contingents along the internationally recognized boundary of that regional divide".

The letter from Ambassador Khirfa Hadaan was posted online by Zalluabed's ministry of information, describing how a "looming grave threat has been largely thwarted", in reference to the Hisrea People's Liberation Front (HPLF).

Militia soldiers joined Zalluabed's federal army in fighting against the HPLF that broke out in November, when Zakaraban said it had launched what it described as a law and order operation against the regional authority over an alleged attack against Zalluabed federal troops. Militia fighters reportedly committed crimes against humanity, including massacres.

President Al-Akhtar said that he has asked Defense Minister Jirhanu Bjyala to resign.

Jyau Clinches Win Over Alecburgh, Will Face Kossmil in Quarter-Finals
Head Coach Jaspersa Thrilled For Prospect of Great World Cup Ending

Image

Jyau has advanced to the quarter-finals in the Sulifa World Cup after defeating Alecburgh in a thrilling game, claiming the Group C title. Now they are off to face Kossmil in a battle over the Quarter-finals.

Captain Mikey Fae and striker Larious Nsabsa put two goals on the board quickly, but Alecburgh countered and scored two of their own in a similar repeat to Jyau's game with Caspiaa. Tied into the end, the game went down to penalty kicks, with Jyau missing twice before Alecburgh put one up. With everything on the line, Jyau managed to tie once more, and a second goal moments later solidified their win.

"Once again we've triumphed," cried William Jaspersa, head coach. "Alecburgh fought hard and they've gained our respect. We're off to another win, let's take the title of the best team in North-central Adula."

Pieters Calls Al-Akhtar, Reprimands Zalluabedi Leader For Complacency Over Hisrea War Crimes

Image

President Lionel Pieters called Zalluabedi President Zayyaan al-Akhtar on Tuesday, with the discussion being revealed publicly. In a shocking revelation of where New Elkland's government places blame for the war crimes in Zalluabed's Hisrea province, Pieters lashed against al-Akhtar for being "complacent" over the reports of mass rapes and murders by Zalluabedi forces in Hisrea.

Zalluabed withdrew its forces from Hisrea province on Sunday, and al-Akhtar has stated that the incidents will be investigated. However, Elkand and Zamastanian intelligence believe that the crimes have been perpetrated since military operations against rebels began in November of 2020. They also state that the crimes were public knowledge, and for al-Akhtar to not know and not be aware "is basically impossible due to extensive international scrutiny". Zalluabedi Defense Minister Jirhanu Bjyala has resigned in the wake of the revealing reports.

In the phone conversation, Pieters told al-Akhtar that he laid "full blame" of the reported massacres on the Zalluabed government, going as far to say that he was "considering an executive action to label the collective events a genocide."

"The Zalluabed Government bears significant responsibility for enabling a foreseeable genocide," President Pieters said to President al-Akhtar. Pieters' call comes on the heels of a similar report by New Elkland commission released in March which said Zalluabed had been blinded by its colonial attitude to Hisrea province to events leading up to the genocide and consequently bore "serious and overwhelming" responsibility.

Hisrea province has long been a source of tension in Zalluabed and the international community's approach to human rights. With violent insurgents, the Zalluabed government has repeatedly sent military forces into the region to put down rebellions. However, the ongoing operations since 2020 resulted in tens of thousands of civilian casualties, most of which human rights observers said were "intentional killings" rather than collateral.

Zalluabedi forces were caught on camera executing people and throwing bodies off cliffs. They were also caught on video conducting horrific acts of violence beyond that, such as burning villages and killing animals, beating young men and women, and rounding up and shooting civilians. New Elkland condemned Zalluabed weeks ago and continues to pressure the government with extensive sanctions. The hope of the New Elkland government is that the international community will continue to rally together and hit Zalluabed with strict economic freezes.

Osipovgrad Report- Assassination Attempt on Pavlov

Postby All Russian Peoples » Tue Apr 20, 2021 1:47 pm

Osipovgrad Report
Assasination Attempt on Pavlov
April 20 2021

Osipovgrad- Just minutes before Matvei Pavlov was set to give a speech before the Slavic nation there was an attempted assassination by Isaak Mosalev. Who yelled out “Long live the motherland!” at a Pavlov rally before reaching into his jacket and pulling out a pistol, he was shot dead by security before he could aim the gun at Pavlov. Mosalev, a Slavic nationalist and member of the illegal National Unity Party (PNY), which believes that past Vozhds have betrayed Osipovism, prominent general and Pavlov critic Dominik Makhno is rumored to have ties to the group, and is under investigation for possibly being connected to the attempted assassination.

Kuzma Zhukov, director of the Security Service, which is in charge of the protection of Matvei Pavlov, stated that the reaction of his men was justified and needed, claiming that they had no choice but to respond with lethal force to incapacitate Mosalev.

The speech was suspended until next week, with increased security to be included. He also stated that he would introduce a police crackdown on the PNY, with strict punishments for members of what he called “a violent and dangerous gang of traitors”. The PNY was also officially labeled a terrorist group by the state. Pavlov also said he'd look into temporarily expanding the powers of the Department of Public Security, the Slavic Unions official state security service, which has already received accusations of pretty much acting as a secret police.

Numerous politicians and military officers are under investigation for connections to the group, many of those under investigation are prominent critics of Pavlov.

PRESIDENT KENNARD ANNOUNCES "UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT" FOR AL-AKHTAR AMID HISREA CONTROVERSY

Image

LEONRAU - President Abiel Kennard announced on Tuesday that he "supports President Zayyaan Al-Akhtar of Zalluabed unconditionally", comments which are being scrutinized following reports of massacres committed in Hisrea by the Zalluabed military.

Other international governments and institutions have called the operations in Zalluabed as a genocide, while other governments have restrained from using that specific language but have still condemned the Zalluabed government.

For its part, Qolaysian officials have individually expressed concern. However, the official government and cabinet position is still overwhelmingly supportive of the Zalluabedi government. Where many nations have installed sanctions on key economic imports and exports from Zalluabed, Qolaysia and Zalluabed recently signed a new trade deal extending shipments of everything from food to weapons.

SAINT CROIX JOURNAL
Navy Deployed and Military on High Alert Following Alecburghian Civil Conflict
Continued Violence in Alecburgh Is Leading SCB Government to Deploy Defensive Measures, Sign Defense Agreement with Zamastan, Albarine, and Emmiria

Image

Saint Elmenau - President Urskabau has ordered the Saint Croix and Bens military to deploy 8 naval vessels in the Croix Sea south of Beresa and Sakoyva following increased unrest and violence in Alecburgh. A terror attack in the city of Aires claimed 23 lives and resulted in a declaration of war by newly elected Prime Minister Sparrow Creed against the self-declared Republic of Cambria.

The fleet, led by the flagship destroyer CBMV Belia, will conduct patrols of the sea restricted to Saint Croix and Bens waters. At the closest, the fleet will patrol no closer to the shore than 20 kilometers off the coast of Kalkvia and Varzo.

"While we sympathize with the loss of life tragically occurring in Alecburgh, Urskabau stated amidst the deployment, "this is the third instance this year in which a Alecburghian politician has deployed forces to face insurrectionists, all in a threatening manner. We have not acted at all to these instances, and it's long overdue that we protect our coast."

Urskabau was referencing the deployment of Alecburghian forces along the Saint Croix and Bens border by former-PM Benjamin Warren, the deployment of national forces against protesters by Queen Diana, and now the current deployment by PM Sparrow Creed.

"Alecburghians deserve better than warmongers as leaders. Shame on Warren, shame on Diana, and shame on Creed. They're one in the same. They are dispicable. They lead their nation into civil conflict consistently. Alecburghians deserve better. Shame on the Alecburghian government."

SCB has recently signed a defense agreement with the governments of Zamastan, Albarine, and Emmiria. The recent agreement ensures a Zamastanian military presence in Saint Croix and Bens, and a detachment of Zamastanian naval ships, fighter jets, and bombers will be present in two bases in Saint Croix and Bens; one in the capital of Saint Elmenau, and the second in the southern city of Beresa.

Critics against the deployment state that the introduction of the Saint Croix and Bens naval forces in the Southern Sea will invigorate already high tensions between the two countries, but supporters were quick to point out that Urskabau and the Croix and Bens government has been resistant to any military action for a long time. Today's deployment is the first use of military defensive measures, and it has been reiterated that they are purely present as a deterrent to any violent action by either the Alecburgh government or the self-declared Republic of Cambria.

President Urskabau is expected to visit the naval base in Beresa to speak to SCB troops and welcome the detachment of Zamastanian forces. A total of 320 Zamastanian forces will be present at the base.

Urskabau made a comment on reports of a leaked transmission from Alecburgh's government asking for land secessions, saying "I won't talk on that. If Alecburgh's government truly wanted to purchase significant swaths of land from us, we can only be thankful that it isn't by force like it previously intended to do."

SAINT RANEAU TIMES
MELHAVEN MEETS WITH URSKABAU IN S.C.B.

Chancellor Melhaven and President Urskabau of Saint Croix and Bens Met In Beresa

Image

Image

BERESA, S.C.B.- Chancellor Sadie Melhaven travelled to Beresa, Saint Croix and Bens, on her first state visit to the Southeastern Adulan country in the midst of escalating tensions between the SCB and neighbouring Alecburgh. Earlier in the day, President William Urskabau had ordered the Saint Croix and Bens military to deploy 8 naval vessels in the Croix Sea south of Beresa and Sakoyva after a terror attack in the Alecburghian city of Aires claimed 23 lives. The attack resulted in a declaration of war by newly elected Prime Minister Sparrow Creed against the self-declared Republic of Cambria, raising fears in the S.C.B. government of possible violence on their southern coast.

Chancellor Melhaven, in a joint conference with President Urskabau, stated that "Albarine is devoted to partnership and continued beneficial relations with S.C.B.," and that Albarine "hopes Prime Minister Sparrow of Alecburgh will resort to peaceful and diplomatic processes of quelling violence."

Melhaven also pleaded with Prime Minister Sparrow Creed's troubling pursuit of violence, continuing in a series of violent responses by Alecburghian politicians in recent months.

"Alecburgh's leaders have a troubling and extensive history of throwing themselves to violence and fighting whenever problems arise. Protests against Queen Diana resulted in bloodshed. Anger over unwanted military incursion resulted in bloodshed. And now, secession has led to bloodshed. No Alecburghian leader has distinguished themselves. Creed has that chance. Please, Mister Prime Minister. You are not making any difference and not creating any change from your predecessors. Be the first Alecburghian leader to not resort to violence."

50 Albarine sailors will also be present onboard the destroyer ANV Auerbach.

NNCNEBETIA
President Highland Raises Alarm In SEIAA, Calls For Organization to Disband Amid Alecburgh Crisis

President Brett Highland is calling for the Southeastern International Association of Adula (SEIAA) to retire and disband amid ongoing civil conflict in Alecburgh.

As Alecburgh's government, lead by newly elected Prime Minister Sparrow Creed, ramps up preparations for military operations against insurgents in the newly-declared state of Cambria, President Highland is suggesting that Nebetia leave SEIAA and redistribute shared funding to other resources and organizations.

"We didn't join SEIAA to watch its founding member and headquartered state be party to continuous violence," Highland said. "We sympathize with those who have been harmed in this week's attacks, but we strongly condemn the government of Prime Minister Creed. SEIAA has become a sham organization. We don't support either side, not the Alecburgh government nor the insurrectionists. And we, the Nebetian government, will not be privy to seeing our support thrown behind anymore violence."

"I put forth a motion to the National Assembly, as well as the the governments of Togaria, Cyruda, Bazira, Ireqa, and the Mist Carthara Islands to abandon and dissolve SEIAA. We must not be pawns in the game of Alecburghian civil violence."

Alecburgh's recent violence and the political divide between that government and that of Nebetia's is the most recent in a long history of tense disagreements, and plays back into President Highland's rhetoric that Alecburgh is a failing state. Protests against Queen Diana turned violent when the monarch declared absolute rule and commanded forces to quell the civil disobedience, resulting in dozens of deaths. She only relinquished absolute rule amid growing international scrutiny in which many governments declared Alecburgh a dictatorship and an authoritarian state.

Highland continues to maintain that he does not believe Alecburgh's leading politicians are benefiting the Alecburghian people nor the nations of SEIAA and south Adula. He has repeatedly pointed to outcries and abbrasive rhetoric from Alecburghian politicians, like Queen Diana, who Highland has called "inexperienced, immature, and a whiny excuse for a leader." He called former-Prime Minister Benjamin Warren a "mad war-obsessed man" upon his conduct surrounding sending troops to the border of Saint Croix and Bens. While some critics point to Highland's language as inflammatory and encompassing of world leaders in general, supporters say that Highland consistently keeps the same message, which is "Alecburgh is bad, and they keep threatening the world," says Highland's Press Secretary Torry Halburth.

The comments don't only come on the heels of the intense response by Creed to the Republic of Cambria, but they follow naval deployment by Saint Croix and Bens as a "defensive measure" in response to the increased militarization by Alecburgh. It also comes as leaked transmissions show Alecburghian politicians attempted to coerce multiple nations in the region into ceding land claims to Alecburgh in exchange for other portions of land, which would have led to intense border shifts continent wide.

The leaked transmissions, from the UMR of Alecburgh, stated "We the United Matriarchy and Realms of Alecburgh have designated a new initiative in our nation, to become more widespread, and expansive. One way that the Alecburghish Government sees this as being possible, is a land trade between the Matriarchy and the Confederacy of Nebetia. We have many portions of land willing to be traded, and we hope that you can return us the favor and tell us if there are any portions of land in Nebetia you are willing to trade. We see two ourselves that have piqued our interest."

Osipovgrad Report- Makhno Killed & Pavlov Critics Arrested

Osipovgrad Report
Makhno Found Dead
General Dominik Makhno found dead in his home

April 21 2021

Osipovgrad- Slavic General and prominent critic of Vozhd Matvei Pavlov has been found dead in his home of an apparent robbery gone wrong, police state that 17 year old Akim Chaban was captured at the scene, and after interrogations have ruled him the perpetrator of the crime.

Police reports have stitched together the scene of events as such: Chaban breaks into Makhno’s home, Makhno comes downstairs, Chaban gets spooked and shoots Makhno, police called, Chaban is arrested, Makhno is dead at the scene.

There have been several people alleging that things are not as they seem, with Makhno’s wife claiming he was killed by the government and Chaban’s parents claiming that the confession was forced. These allegations have been vehemently denied by the Slavic government.

Military officers, politicians arrested
Hundreds of citizens and dozens of prominent military officers and politicians have been arrested for alleged connections to the National Unity Party (PNY), which has been subject to a police crackdown after a member attempted to assassinate Vozhd Matvei Pavlov yesterday. Many of those arrested have already confessed to charges of treason after several hours of interrogation.

Trials are set to be held soon, Vozhd Matvei Pavlov stated “This is a great development for the Union, the PNY is a danger to national security and it’s horrifying that it had such a prevalent grip on the military and government, a grip that we have now destroyed with these arrests”

4TH FLEET DETACHMENT ARRIVES IN S.C.B. AMID TENSIONS

Image
Two Naval Vessels; the ZMS Guild and ZMS Shorthand and a Detachment of 350 Troops are Hosted at Beresa Naval Base

BERESA, S.C.B. - Two navy destroyers and a contingent of 350 Zamastanian troops have arrived at Beresa Naval Base in southern Saint Croix and Bens amid rapidly growing concerns about intensified Alecburgh military operations. The ZMS Guild and ZMS Shorthand, docked in Beresa alongside the Albarinean vessel ANV Auerbach, are part of a newly signed defense agreement between the WEDA powers and S.C.B.'s government under President William Urskabau.

The deployments come as Alecburgh's government considers military operations against separatists in the self-declared state of Cambria, after a terror attack claimed the lives of 23 civilians and injured hundreds more in the city of Aires. The self-declared Republic of Cambria, which announced their secession after Prime Minister Sparrow Creed was elected, has launched an intensive campaign of anti-Alecburghian government rhetoric. Their own declared Prime Minister, Jacque Boudreaux, is seen by many in the international community as an instigator.

However, Zamastanian foreign policy has increasingly been directed against the interests of the Alecburghian government. Their leaders, namely former-Prime Minister Benjamin Warren, Queen Diana of Kynnport, and now Prime Minister Creed have all been labeled as "unstable leaders" by moderators in the State Department. Repeated incidents of violence sparking up and civil conflict increasing due to their conduct has caused the State Department to time and time again label Alecburgh as a "failing state", and "authoritarian regime", and a "threat to the regional apparatus".

"We watch Alecburgh's volatile leadership closely at all times," said Secretary of State Jessiah Vallotis. "We're gravely worried about the impending sign of a civil war over the state of Luciano. Our direct motive is to protect the interests of our regional allies who may be placed in harm's way, such as Saint Croix and Bens and the Qolaysians. That is why we dispatched a contingent of troops to S.C.B. as a protective measure. Additionally, we are solely in the position of protecting our regional interests. Zamastanians in Alecburgh are being advised to return home or to other friendly nations. If a conflict breaks out over Luciano, we will not be able to ensure safety of Zamastanians in the region since a military response is the last option on the table for us."

President Moreau spoke to President Urskabau of S.C.B. on Wednesday, along with Albarine Chancellor Sadie Melhaven, as the two conducted a bilateral conference in Besema.

"I gave President Urskabau ensurance that Zamastan stands by the people of Saint Croix and Bens in their defense and preservation of their sovereignty." Moreau went on to say "they have been threatened before, and we saw the response of the international community. It's evident that they want preservation and not conflict."

Moreau also reached out to Prime Minister Sparrow Creed of Alecburgh, advising him to practice restraint.

"The Prime Minister promised to bring change to his nation following months of turmoil and political strife, but so far he has brought the same agenda of violent response to violent action. There has not been nor ever has been indication of diplomacy in the conduct of Alecburghian leadrs. Prime Minister Creed, do not continue the mantled system your predecessors put in place. Implement change. Seek peace. Make your country better for all."

MAN ARRESTED OUTSIDE CONGRESSIONAL HALL - WEAPONS FOUND IN VEHICLE

Image
Two rifles and over 500 rounds of ammunition, explosives found in suspect's vehicle

TOFINO - Congressional Hall has been placed on lockdown and lawmakers have been ordered to stay in their offices after a man was been arrested outside the building with a loaded handgun, threatening officers and yelling insults towards specific politicians. Authorities searched the suspect's vehicle parked less than a block away and discovered two rifles and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. Explosives were also found in the vehicle. It's unknown whether the man was attempting to attack Congressional Hall or anyone in particular, although the names of the politicians he called out in his tirade are currently being withheld from police and press debriefings.

On a normal Wednesday, Congressional Hall would be on recess. However, the ongoing debate surrounding tighter gun-control legislation in the wake of mass shootings has kept lawmakers in heated back and forths. Today's incident will almost certainly be used as an example for those who support tighter restrictions on firearm ownership.

The suspect has been identified and detained by police and is being held and awaiting formal charges, which will likely consist of trespassing and suspicion of malicious intent against federal employees and elected officials. The man was identified as 59-year old Marvin Fyerdeuc of Whistler Hill, Zian.

Speaker of the Chamber Natasha Chastain (GLP) thanked police officers and Congressional Hall security for their swift actions in detaining the suspect.

WORLD CUP DREAMS CONTINUE - WHITECAPS ADVANCE TO QUARTER-FINALS

Image
After beating Besmenia in their closest game yet (3-2), Zamastan faces the host nation Sulfia

SULIFA - An intense and far closer matchup than anticipated based off the previous un-matched rounds, Zamastan was able to squeak out a victory over the Besmenian national team on Monday in a 3-2 conclusion. Zamastan is now moving onto the quarter-finals, where they will face the host nation of Sulifa.

Monty Montero tied it for Zamastan with a penalty kick in the 61st minute and the Zamastanians held on for a 2-2 draw with the Besmenians night. The break came in the last two minutes with Isaiah Ross once again proving his worth to the team, scoring a rounder into the net to take a 3-2 lead.

Zamastan initially took a 1-0 lead in the 29th minute when Ben Sutter finished a counterattack with a narrow-angle finish into the upper corner.

Zamastan's goalkeeper Luis Runsa preserved the draw making a diving save on a breakaway attempt by Besmenia in the final minute of stoppage time.

KING ADRIAN II DIES

Image

His majesty King Adrian Lindholm the Second has passed away. In a statement, Tõrnu Palace announced the monarch's passing.

It is with greatest sorrow and greatest sadness that we announce the passing of His Majesty King Adrian Lindholm the Second of Tõrnu, the Kingdom of Caspiaa, and the Principalities. His Majesty served the People of Caspiaa for 43 years, and he will be missed greatly.

King Adrian II was born and raised in the Royal Family, yet he was fully Caspiaan in heart and conduct. His love for country and love for the people of Caspiaa was par none, and he praised consistently the amazing country that he adored. Caspiaa adored him mutually, and King Adrian II took the Royal House of Tõrnu from purely elite to an accessible relative to the common Caspiaan. He showed such love when he married the Duchess Remy, a commoner. Their love was on display through their marriage and the birth of four children, the growth of their family, and Caspiaa's trying times.

With his passing comes mourning. We, the Royal Family and loving relatives of King Adrian II, appreciate, acknowledge, and recognize the outpouring of grief and support by the people of Caspiaa and the world. We are strong and united as a country, and we will prevail grief. We will forever remember His Majesty, King Adrian Lindholm II of Tõrnu.

King Adrian II had been admitted to a Viitaniemi Royal Forces hospital last week after suffering a heart attack. His wife, her highness the Duchess Remy of Kandona, stayed by the King's side the entire time. He had slipped into a coma following the heart attack and never became responsive.

Prime Minister Tullia Grönberg released a statement, sending condolences to her highness the Duchess Remy and ordering that all flags in Caspiaa and foreign Caspiaan installations be lowered to half mast. Caspiaa will be in a state of mourning for weeks with the monarch's passing.

"His majesty's passing leaves a deep hole in our national conduct today," Grönberg said. "We will miss him dearly. The world will miss him dearly."

With King Adrian II's passing, his eldest son Prince Oliver Lindholm will be crowned king. The Prince will be officially crowned at the conclusion of the King's funeral, as is customary in the event of the passing of a monarch.

The state funeral for King Adrian II will be held on Sunday, April 25th. World leaders are expected to travel to Viitaniemi to attend the funeral.

World Cup Dreams Dashed As Sulifa Falls To Zamastan in Quarter Finals

Playing host to the World Cup heightened the expectations of the Sulifa National Team, and productive showings and upsets against the Egilanak and De Yuan national teams put fans into a frenzy about the possibility of taking it all on their home turf.

However, Thursday's game against the Zamastan national team proved to be the tipping point. Despite a successful defense game that kept the two teams tied into the end, the penalty and extra kicks gave Zamastan a slight edge to win.

Captain Saamir Noorani scored Sulifa's only goal in the 43rd minute, giving them the lead. Zamastan's Isaiah Ross scored the tying goal.

This is Sulifa's best ever showing in the World Cup, making it only two rounds short of the championship game.

Sulifa won the bid to host out of 12 possible host cities.

The tournaments have so far been the most watched in the history of the World Cup.

Zamastan will face Jyau for the semi-finals and the bid for the championship.
