Can't seem to upload images from my computer?

For my nation's Factbooks, I'm able to copy-and-paste image links from wikimedia or some website, and they show up properly when I load my Factbook. However, I made a map of my nation using mapchart (https://mapchart.net/world-subdivisions.html), and I'm having trouble getting the resulting map into my Factbook. I've downloaded the map onto my computer, uploaded it to Imgur, and copy-pasted the Imgur link (with the [img] formatting), but the map isn't loading in my Factbook. Does anyone know what the problem may be?
