Imperial Army Officer Training College is an elitist military officer academy based in the centre of Shah City.
It is world-renowned for the quality of military strategy and fitness training but also notorious for it's harsh training programme.
Other nations may now send their recruits here, free of charge (as we want the perceived boost to our reputation).


About

-located in the centre of Shah City where life is hard (to prepare cadets for deployment to an occupied warzone)
-accepts both female and male cadets (though females can't train in the Infantry, Land Cavalry or Artillery, they can train to fly attack helicopters).
-heavily policed: personal theft is unheard of within the College whilst violent crime is rare and extremely rare if cultural norms are respected.
-cadets may carry guns off-base with permission from their commanding officer
-Firearms may be brought (and kept in a locked cabinet whilst on site) with permission from the Brigadier-Commandant.

Entry Requirements

-Age 17 to 47
-Pass aptitude (mental) and fitness (physical) tests
-Done three months of basic military training
-Either a University degree or at least 2 years as an enlisted soldier
-Convicted cowards, draft dodgers, deserters, paedophiles and hebephiles need not apply,
-People who steal from their own family need not apply.
-Convicted adulteresses may only apply if there offence was more than ten years ago and they were under 21 at the time.
-All other convictions require a criminal history waiver (even if they're not crimes in our jurisdiction)
-Must be medically and psychologically fit to serve
