[Early Draft] Repeal "Reducing Microplastics"

Recognizing that reduction of microplastics is important to the environment.

Also acknowledging that through "Reducing Microplastics", nations are required to ban the unnecessary addition of microplastic products.

Realizing that such a ban is an infringement of nation's rights, specifically of those that enjoy a Free Market Economy, as government control is being exerted over the economy, which violates the values of many nations.

Thusly, General Assembly Resolution "Reducing Microplastics" is to be struck out as null and void. *

*This is an early version that I didn't have much time to write so I will go into much more detail in a later version. Just testing the waters here.
