Given the context, which is responding to a post which offered an opinion that there would be riots either way, it doesn't really strike me as trolling. Controversial opinion, yes, but not a deliberate intent to offend. Not everyone has high opinions of the BLM movement.

The guy asked "Didn't you just say you hadn't been following the trial?". I said no, because I had actually made the post he was referring to 4/5 days prior, when I really was ill-informed of the trial.

Since then, I had read up on the trial.
