It's not irrelevant when you've made a report that numerous parties agree is over insignificant and trivial matter, have previously made reports over insignificant and trivial matters, nearly exclusively report people you dislike, have previously tried to rules-lawyer your way around warnings for your own opinions, and have posted dispatches basically calling the mods batshit stupid in retaliation to almost every warning or ban you've received- most of which the mods have had to outright delete, but the tamest of which still exist. You make no secret your hatred of moderation, which doesn't really make your case for the above not being your intent very solid at all. In fact it casts your actions in a decidedly malicious and bad-faith light.

Moderation is already well aware of Miku's reporting habits and well-documented antipathy toward site moderation. It just hasn't quite reached the levels of completely frivolous mods-as-weapons bad faith to merit smacking at this time.
