The reported post, while EXTREMELY crass and cozying right up to the line just barely stays on the not-quite-smackable side of it.

As for bans, I see Blepia having eaten a ban on Tuesday the 13th, with the reported post taking place well after it had expired. Nothing from Thursday on his record unless somebody made a warning post and forgot to actually flip the switch.
