Terrorist Flag in NS User

Is this allowed?
It seems very inappropriate for me. Well yes, the flag is a symbol of Islam, but its also the flag associated with those stupid murderers and rapists

Dowaesk is a nation set in the year 2041 in the Indian Ocean. An alternative future where Laccadives, Suvadives and Chagos are independent. And these 3 countries along with the Maldives join together to form Dowaesk. Much like how the EU is made up.

While I am not a mod, I may provide a relevant bit of information. This flag appears to be the flag of ISIL/ISIS/Daesh, which has no actual Islamic connections. It is purely a Jihadist symbol, taken from the monochrome flags of al-Qaeda, al-Shabaab, and Jama'at, and which is used in the beheading videos of the latter and ISIL. It has no bearing in Muslim culture. I have attached a relevant wikipedia article below. I hope this helps the moderators make a good-faith and well-informed ruling, and I wish them a good day.

The white circle thing you find on the ISIS flag is the symbol of Prophet Muhammad. Other than that, the flag is pretty much theirs.
