He has many supporters throughout the country which see him as a better alternative to Ivan. This has made him the second most powerful man in the country despite being only 22. He is very well traveled and has a particular dislike for beaches and Selkie (a sizable minority in TFF). He is unmarried and not in a relationship and will also be in attendance during the events.

He's survived dozens of assassination attempts since he became King, some thought to even have been planned by allies of Ari, which makes sense since Ari directly stands to benefit if Ivan were to die. Ari is a naturally ambitious individual and much of the nobility and government have privately switched their allegiance to him, thinking Ivan won't produce an heir.

A major concern for many nobles is being left on the outside if a succession were to happen. If Ivan were to pass suddenly and Ari were to become King, Ari would purge individuals loyal to Ivan and replace them with his own supporters. Ivan knows that marrying Ari off is playing with fire because while it would destroy Ari's influence domestically it could also backfire and give Ari a strong foreign ally that he could leverage later on.

Ari on the other hand is aware of his brothers maneuvering and is doing his own, which may come into play later in Red String of Fate. One way or another the results of this event could result in a decisive win or loss for either brother so the stakes are high, not just for the brothers but also the many loyalists and opportunists supporting them.

It's reasonable that foreign governments could pick up on the general uptick in certain behaviors from the brothers that would indicate political maneuvering against each other. Monarchies with a primogeniture succession system should be more than familiar with this sort of situation and would be able to easily discern what is going on. I think in regards to Kyrenaia in general and Amina in particular that it's possible for them to have an idea that some sort of internal power struggle is taking place.

Bio:
Law (wo)man and bounty hunter by accident, extremely adept on purpose. Once known as Montserrat, the biological daughter of Selena, a demi-human priestess from the Dutchy of New Lyon, but she was separated from her mother since infancy and instead raised by the Tohorinese, regarded as bellicose desert-dwelling semi-barbarians of the Badlands and the mountain ranges by their neighbors, though in their own opinion, they're just defending their homeland from encroaching invaders. Specifically, Rairai was "adopted" by Kashin of the Lesser Tohatshi Clan. As a non-Tohorinese (not a nekomimi), she was expected to be the clan's representative to foreigners and was even taught English in a missionary school, along with some basic algebra.

After Rairai was conscripted in the farily-recent Federal Army and turned out to be a bad soldier, her life took a turn to another direction and was eventually appointed as the Clan's officer by the Department of Public Safety, pushed to a more de-centralized line of work by her superiors. Though Rairai was somewhat unsure over what her job would be, she eventually rose up in ability and acclaim. As a result, Rairai is best known for her confrontations with enemy agents/warriors from the northern monarchies; she's motivated by a mix of individualistic monetary gains, antiquated ethos related to her clan's well-being and honor and the rough conceptualizations of what it means to be loyal to her country...even if the State isn't the family and clan she's fiercely loyal to.

Rairai has proven herself as a great warrior and an apt bounty hunter countless times and has embodied the living ideal of the Solar Goddess Tohorin, patron deity and mother of the Tohorinese, slayer of foreign gods, destroyer of invaders. But she is losing her edge on her violent career after years of injuries. As bearing children is just as important in the cyclical view of death, life and renewal (and is itself considered a battle on its own) of Tohorinese culture, Rairai wonders if the time has come to fulfill the other aspect of the Sun Goddess' personality. And also because it might lead to a higher position of status in the Tohatshi clan if she were to become a mother. Oh and maybe because the Kingdom of The Frozen Forest might sell Tohorin newer trains or faster guns.

TL;DR: Rule 63'd Wyatt Earp, raised by fantasy counterpart catgirls Indians. Wants to be a mommy because that gives them the right to be a tribal leader in a state-wide area. Or maybe not. They honestly don't know, it could just be a midlife adulthood crisis.

An illegitimate child of a grisette and a rich student that abandoned her and her mother, she was left in the care of an innkeeper and his wife as her mother left to find work during the great recession of the UAK. The province was hit the hardest and money was extremely tight. The wife of the innkeeper abused her in her primary years. She was not given an education, was given meager meals, and wore nothing but rags. She hasn’t heard from her mother since the last time she saw her. What people in the province did know was that the mother died of tuberculosis.

It wasn’t until Prince Tamaki Suoh Elric and Princess Haruhi Fujioka were touring the province as a sign of goodwill to the people. The couple were staying in the inn where they found the child, asked where her parents were and when given the answer that they don’t know, they made the royal decree to adopt the young girl under their wings. (It is family policy decreed by the Immortal Emperor Edward Elric that adopting a child was acceptable).

Once adopted, she was given proper meals, proper clothing, and most importantly an education. Though the state religion is Yaoicon, given the province she once inhabited, she is a practicing Catholic. As she grew older, she is now a proper lady of royalty and continues to be kind and caring to others, going around the UAK on charitable acts. Though she has grown up in the lavish luxury of the Imperial Palace, she does appreciate some of the simpler and humbler things in life. She has become interested in literature, piano music, and she is known for adventuring out of her comfort zone with horseback riding.

With the letter of invitation, Emperor Edward Elric thought it would be a good idea for one of his grandchildren to marry into another royal family to create an alliance between the two nations to secure allies.

Born in 1997 as the younger daughter of HM the Emperor's younger brother Prince Henrik and his wife Princess Consort Layla, Asha comes from the bluest blood you can find in the Empire. Initially a shy and reserved child, she achieved high marks through primary, secondary and tertiary school (attending the Teryn Ladies' Academy for her tertiary education, an extremely prestigious boarding school), eventually blossoming into a vivacious and socially active young woman. She had something of a sporting career while at TLA, joining the track and archery teams and being reliably competent though not outstanding at the former and excelling at the latter. Her father's military background was influential in her upbringing as he insisted that his daughters attend public institutions for the first two stages of their academic career in order to break down their social barriers like the service broke down his, but though her sister merely got even more conceited and uptight the experience left Asha with a more empathetic and class-conscious societal outlook than one might expect from a princess. University was a resounding success as well, obtaining a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Temku University and graduating summa cum laude in December 2019. She is currently in the process of earning her master's degree, however Temku U. is aware that its royal students often require increased flexibility in their academic calendars, thus allowing her the time commitment for this endeavor.

Bio: Princess Eléonore was born on June 9th, 4502 AD in the medical ward of the Palais de Châlons. One of several daughters of the prominent Archduke, Marian D'Aboville; Young Eléonore was raised in a loving and fairly large family within the Archduchy of Châlons-en-Astra, a fairly old, near ancient realm within the Imperial interior. Eléonore spent a large chunk of her childhood learning the proper conduct of a young lady, with the expectations of eventual marriage to secure an alliance of some sort or another. Not all of the activities pushed upon her took hold, and she would spend a lot of time rough housing with her older brothers, taking to enjoying a good jog or sprint to get her blood pumping, something which was fairly tolerated due to her seemingly endless supply of jubilant energy. When she was 16 years of age, she joined her eldest siblings to partake in a pilgrimage to the Heavenly Sol, the star of which God crafted mankind. This pilgrimage included visiting the Universal Capital, the cosmopolitan seat of the Empire, as well as the various Christian Holy Sites on Earth. Eléonore's natural aptitude for approaching new people and making friends has broadened her horizons, during her travels, the friendships forged had sparked within her a love for music, and a desire to learn to play the guitar.

As well she will bring an old powered longsword that was claimed by one of her ancestors enemies during a war, it would make the most precious artifact for your majesty. Finally, while it probably won't be present immediately, she is trying to acquisition an old star yacht for the Kings use, but thats running into some problems, but thats a maybe, she promises she'll give it to you regardless of how things turn out!
