I know that you can still see the factbooks of a "Former Nation", but can you still see the factbooks of an "Ancient" nation?

Factbooks didn't always exist, so I'm not sure if it's relevant. I don't know the specifics of what is considered "Ancient". Nations that were created prior to the addition of founding dates are (I think) considered "ancient" on the forums. If they ceased to exist prior to the introduction of factbooks, there's nothing to see. If they created factbooks, you can look them up like every other nation.

If by "Ancient" you mean nations whose name has been recycled, I'm fairly certain that factbooks are tied to the nation name, not the specific nation who created them. If that's true, then the new nation would 'inherit' the old factbooks. If they chose to delete them, they'd be lost forever.

My tax rate is 99%, many people have it very high, if you really want the government to do enough things, they'll need enough money.

Sure, but my government isn't especially large compared to yours. I haven't noticed comparably high tax rates on puppets with more interventionist governments, either.

WA delegates are not appointed. They are elected by the WA members of their region. Whoever has the most WA endorsements at the time of the twice-daily site updates is the delegate.

Is that special day a pull-event? because if so you should know that as of the TCALS Nerf that packs older than 2 minutes will not trigger TCALS (and so will not work for pull-events anymore).
