I literally do not know how to put this in more simplistic terms.

If YOU are being ILLEGALLY arrested, COMPLY, you can state your case in court, and not only that, you will actually be alive to go to court too. If you DO NOT comply with police when they're commanding you to go on your knees, they don't know what you're running to... A gun? A Knife? A getaway vehicle? Who knows? And if you don't present your hands, and reach for your waist when they ask you to present your hands, chances are that the police believe you are going for a weapon in your waistband, and they will most likely neutralize you if you do such a stupid act like that.

TL;DR Getting Arrested? Comply with the law. Getting Illegally Arrested? Comply with the law. Simple as.

Or all the rapes that occur while in police custody.

I like Drongonia, I like you, we agree a lot on this issue of police and riots thread and many issues, but I must admit your mix of politics seems strange to me, not bad strange, but I am good friends with Jerry, an American socialist, leftist friend, who supports Bernie but votes Democrats as the only alternative, who has made Pro Castro, Pro Cuba comments to me, so we don't talk about Cuba, the Castro Brothers and their eternal successors and are good friends, but if we did talk about it we would still be good friends, Jerry is a Nice Guy Dude that would give you the shirt off his back as the saying goes.

I need a real Switzerland as much as possible for my RP economic, tourist and diplomatic relations, I have ethnic Swiss legal foreign nationals and immigrant citizens to be. You don't detail your factbook, but if you RP your nation the way you describe your politics it is against my constitution, but I like you and Drongonia we agree on many issues.

Not all leftist are anti-law/anti-police anarchists. You do have a more moderate element that stand by law and order and then you have the authoritarian left, such as Stalin for example.

Anyone who works for a business that might be targetted for a robbery is trained to turn over the valuables to the robbers and not resist. It's pretty fucked up, though, that the same advice we give potential victims of armed robbery is applicable to interactions with the police.
