I was assuming the transports listed but now I’m not sure. Maybe need some OP clarification.

Atm, those don't look big enough to transport main battle tanks. Maybe when strapped to the bottom? Like a LAAT/c.
The name's James. James Usari. Well, my name is not actually James Usari, so don't bother actually looking it up, but it'll do for now.

Maybe, the description does say it can carry 50 troops or several tons of supplies, so I think the the Light Personnrl Vehicles/Humvees are fine. But I feel like there would be a way to do it with the heavier IFVs and Tanks.

The Transports listed can carry vehicles either attached to the bottom of their frames or inside cargo bays.

Vultures can carry light vehicles affixed to its underside like a humvee analoge or Range Rover.

The Grumman is very modular and just like it can be quickly re-armed with mission specific weaponry, hanger crews can modularly re-assemble it’s fuselage and cargo capacity from default to basically doubling as a transport capable of rolling out an MBT plus some infantry.

The Northrop is the true transport a flight of them could put a mechanized marine company on the ground rather fast.

However, the Marines on the Valkyrie aren’t meant to be waging a persistent ground campaign. They’re more a shock/rapid strike force rather than dedicated footsloggers which would be the Terran Army’s area.

I’m honestly just surprised that the big one can only carry up to 50 occupants for its size

It’s not an army transport. If the Valkyrie is needing to drop hundreds of marines per drop ship then something very very bad has occurred. Since the Army or larger Marine formations formed for a larger ground action should really be the ones doing mass planet drops of entire battalions.

Ah ok, so we’d primarily be seeing the Vulture and the A-10mk2 transporting our marines to their combat zones?

Depends on the Area of Operations. The first of which is going to be at an asteroid colony in the infamously volatile Lalande system.

Yes it’s the historically religiously zealous star system. Though, not sure who’d you be blaring Wagner too in space. Maybe a marine could walk through the station airlocks with a boombox.

Yugoslavia's back baby...

How the hell did this happen?
Well...we don't actually know. Just sort of happened one day.
Is it a reunited Yugoslavia in the 21st century? Is a rebel colony world in the far future? Is it a race of cyborg neo-life at war with any assimilating organisms they come across in the far far future? Who knows, who cares?

Personnel Files
Name: Alexander Albor
Date of Birth: June 13th, 2281 (Age 58)
Homeworld: Earth
Place of Birth: Outskirts of London
Prior Criminal Record: None
Prior Service: N/A
Character Description: Alexander Albor
Family: A distant younger sister and her family, the rest were killed during the nuclear attack on London.

Biography: Born into a middle-class working family, Alexander had a fairly normal childhood, the only thing of distinct note being his exceptional grades in school. Obtaining a work-release at the age of sixteen, Alexander then went on to work for an engineering firm where his father was employed, making a decent reputation as a sound mind when it came to engineering. However adventure and opportunity called to Alexander, the young man wanting to travel the stars and see the various worlds of humanity. While he could have signed on as an engineer on any number of stellar freight companies, Alexander instead tried for the Terran Naval Academy, where he was accepted on his test scores alone.
Entering into the prestigious Royal Naval College campus of the overall Terran Naval Academy, Alexander found himself to be quite suited to the rigors of the college, and quickly placed highly in his class, excelling in engineering and other such classes specifically. While he could have easily placed first among his graduating class, Alexander decided to play down his abilities, settling for fourth in class, as this way he wouldn't be under as much pressure as the top three graduates tended to be in their early careers.
Entering into the fleet as an ensign, Alexander quickly established himself as a competent and tough leader, listening to the advice of those who knew better then he did in whatever subject was being discussed. It was during his first few years that he also developed a reputation for his volcanic temper, getting into shouting matches with anyone and everyone, including his commanding officers. This landed him in the brig several times, and he was only saved from being kicked out of the navy because even those he got into shouting matches with tended to also praise his other aspects.

Serving on several ships of various classes, Alexander's reputation, both good and bad, continued to grow. Eventually however his temper got him into deeper trouble then before, engaging in a verbal duel with a rear admiral who demanded a courts martial. Thankfully his associates and contacts were able to discretely get him transferred to teach at the same campus he graduated from, regardless of his complaints about being sent back to earth. It was the only thing that saved his career, though he found teaching engineering at the academy to be boring. He taught there for two years, until a new commandant was slated to replace the current one, the rear admiral whom he had clashed with and loathed. Alexander all but demanded a new posting, which was granted though he was transferred to a supply ship. Not one to complain, as he had wanted a transfer after all, Alexander attended his duties as he always had.

With the outbreak of the Great Colonial War, Alexander was transferred again, this time to a Destroyer, the navy not wanting to waste his potential as an officer on supply runs. The ship was on the front lines of the war from the start, weathering battle after battle. Alexander proved himself time and again to be steady under even the most stressful situations, being given commendations and recommended for medals.

However eventually the ship he was serving on would be disabled, with he and the surviving crew being captured and taken as PoWs by the Sirius Star Republic. The next year and a half were hellish, the Sirians treating PoWs as little more then chattel. Sickness, starvation, and executions were common place in the slave labor camps Alexander and his crew found themselves in. The officers tried to maintain some sense of order but it was to no avail, and chaos reigned outside of the brutal order enforced by the guards.

Enduring these hellish conditions for a year and a half, Alexander and several other officers were able to organize a breakout, and while many were gunned down, a group managed to escape and avoid recapture, eventually managing to take over a mid-sized supply vessel and escape back to friendly lines. The group was convalesced over several months, and while most were unable to return to service thanks to injuries and mental trauma, Alexander was one of a handful to return to service. However the experience had broken him, and he began to form a habit of drinking.

The war ended not long after, enough time for Alexander to reaffirm his reputation as a skilled officer, but also to develop a drinking problem. While never being drunk while on duty, it was becoming a problem. With the inevitable downsize of the military after the war, Alexander expected to be dismissed due to his new habit, but acquaintances in the admiralty were reluctant to kick him out, especially since his service was still fairly exemplary, though his drinking, and obviously untreated mental trauma, was a growing concern. Kicking him up to the rank of commander and then sending him to the 'trouble' posting for officers, the Valkyrie, the Admiralty did what they could for him.

Their faith in Alexander has ended up paying off however, for while he would most likely never advance in rank or get a new posting, he had a habit of turning several of the trouble officers sent to the Valkyrie around and making them fine and outstanding officers.

Personnel Files
Name: Stephen "Steve" Anderson
Date of Birth: July 23, 2305
Homeworld: Luna
Place of Birth: New Houston, Luna
Prior Criminal Record: N/A
Prior Service: Civilian contractor at military shipyards
Character Description: 5'11" man of average build. He has dark, straight hair, brown eyes, and lightish skin. His left index finger is cybernetic due to an incident during his time at the shipyards. The finger is a metallic black color, and Steve often gets self-conscious about it if somebody draws attention to it.
Family: Steve's father enlisted in the marines from 2315 to 2318, when his military career was cut short because of a major concussion. He currently works as a security guard for the Apollo 11 Landing Historical Monument.
Steve's mother works as a nurse at a small hospital in New Houston.
Steve also has a younger brother and a younger sister. His brother is an engineer of cybernetics, and his sister works as part of the management team for the New Houston area branch of McDonald's.

Biography:
Steve was born in 2305. He grew up in New Houston and lived a fairly normal life as a spaceship-loving child until 2315 when the nukes fell on earth. Immediately afterward, his parents had a sudden bout of patriotism, and the very next day his father enlisted to be a marine. The next few years he was fairly isolated because his mother worked a lot (war is a busy time to be a nurse) and his father was off fighting Martians. His father was honorably discharged from the marines in 2318 after sustaining a severe concussion during combat. His father spent the next 6 months at home recovering from the concussion and dealing with his mental health, before taking a fairly cushy job as a security guard at the Apollo 11 Landing Historical Monument, where he continues to work to this day.

After Steve, who still had a love of spaceships, finished high school in 2321 he joined an apprenticeship program in shipyards in orbit around Luna, where he learned about the inner workings, and helped build, repair, and retrofit large warships including the Valkerie. During the apprenticeship, his finger was pinched off during the installation of a new sensor array, and it remains rattling around inside the hull to this day. However, losing his finger didn't slow Steve down. He rejoined the program as soon as he had his new finger installed and continued working. He was eventually hired by the shipyard, where he continued to work until 2324. During the end of that period, he decided he wanted to join the navy after being given a ride to the Alpha Centauri system and back with a small team to ensure a newly installed piece of equipment was functioning properly.

In 2325 Steve completed his basic training and was assigned to the Valkerie as a technician with the rank of warrant officer. Through his ability to learn quickly as well as decent leadership skills and large knowledge of the inner workings of the Valkerie he was able to start climbing through the ranks. Most of Steve's career working on the ship was quite uneventful, which is a very good thing when your job is to keep the ship running. Steve was able to slowly work his way up the ranks, gaining responsibility for larger and larger portions of the ship. After the old Chief technical officer retired in 2337, Steve was given the job, where he is today.

Chief Warrant Officer IV: 2332 - 2337
Chief Warrant Officer V: 2337 - present
Service History: 2325 - present, 14 years in total
Specialization: technical aspects of ship
Service Position aboard Ship: Chief Technical Officer- his job is mainly to serve as a link between the bridge crew and people keeping the ship running.

I really hope the rank seems reasonable- I am not much of an expert in that department.
