OOC: The following RP is a closed one between me and The Imagination Animals/Crossoveria. Feel free to read along though.

En route to the Cartoon Embassy in Crossoveria, April 10, 2021.

On a helicopter that has launched from the aircraft carrier, CNS Acme docked at General Scarlet Military Base, Cartoon ambassador, Yagi Toshinori reads up on all important documents in regards to laws of Crossoveria and the treaty of which stands at the present moment between the two nations. After a year of tension, a war, and a stand-off of power, Cartoonia and Crossoveria are at peace with each other, ending with the signing of The Treaty of Elmore. Like many things that have happened in the past, he too was very wary of this tenuous peace. But being the skilled ambassador that he is with his previous experience, his reassignment was to make sure that Crossoveria keeps its end of the treaty. Alongside him is the government aide to the Crossoverian government, Mr. Tamaki Suoh, who is a skilled politician back home perfect for this task. Sitting in front of them was the head of the security detail of the embassy, Kevin Jefferson Swanson. A Sergeant-Major in the Cartoon Army, serving in the War on Terror and the most recent War on Child-Terror in the Quahog Battalion.

“I do hope that Mr. Kipper Woofler is more open to Cartoon trade and human rights than their predecessors” Tamaki states, “we can’t have another mishap and tragedy that was the ACE ever again”.

“That will be your job then wouldn’t it Mr. Suoh” responds Yagi. “Our job here is to represent the Cartoon government and its people and interests. We are also here to enforce the treaty that has been signed months ago. Mr. Woofler seems to be a nicer person and leader than his predecessors. I’ll be damned if this whole thing doesn’t work. It just simply has to”.

“Don’t worry about a thing sirs” Kevin says to both of them. “I will make sure that the guards protect you at all costs. We will be on guard 24/7, and of course, when all else fails, we will be ready to leave the country”.

“We deeply appreciate it, Sergeant-Major Swanson”.

“It will be a difficult task”. The helicopter lands on the helipad of the embassy, which is a large complex rather than the decadent embassy styles of the Victorian or Art-Deco styles. Mr. Toshinori and Mr. Suoh exit the helicopter, while Sergeant-Major Swanson exits along with the guards that followed, a few of the ambassadors belongings have arrived with them, while the rest will be shipped in from an airplane shipment later. Meanwhile, expecting to meet with both Supreme Leader Eric Wright and President Kipper Woofler, he sees the Equal Rights Secretary, Mr. Porkchop Funnie, who he greets, holding out a hand for a simple handshake.

“You must be Mr. Funnie, it is a pleasure to meet you. I am the Cartoon ambassador, Yagi Toshinori, and as listed in the application, this man here is the government-aide, Mr. Tamaki Suoh”.

“A pleasure to meet you Mr. Funnie”.

“We hope that we can enforce the treaties of our two nations, and a possible move forward in friendly relations”.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Toshinori." Porkchop Funnie said. Funnie was already in the building by the time Toshinori met him. "I do appreciate you coming here. I assure you, things are going to go along perfectly in the future."

Funnie was with Army General Kaiketsu Zorori, who was also pleased to meet Toshinori.

"I am deeply honored to be here with you, Mr. Yagi Toshinori." Zorori said.

"The Treaty of Elmore is making progress. I'm making sure that the Supreme Leader accepts these policies instead of going against them."

[Cartoonia]

“General Zorori” Yagi responds, giving a handshake gesture, “it’s certainly great to meet you as well”. His attention returns to Porkchop Funnie. “Mr. Funnie, I would like to sit down in the office so we can discuss the treaty as it stands, and maybe some tea and sweets, I’m a little peckish at the moment. I will be having a shipment of furniture, and road vehicles coming in a short while. You wouldn’t mind if you’d showed us to my office”.

"I'd love to!" Mr. Funnie exclaimed. He led Mr. Toshinori to his office.

"This is where you will be working." He said as he was pointing to Mr. Toshinori's desk. "Your other employees will be working in rooms nearby."

Yagi Toshinori was taking in the scenery of the office, a very simple and modern style, again not usual to Cartoonian embassies, but it was a necessity rather than an opulence of Cartoon wealth.

“Ah, very good. Mr. Funnie, I think it is a good time for us to discuss the points of our treaty right now so we can clarify a few things about what we want, and perhaps we can enjoy some tea. Mr. Suoh will be joining us. And Mr. Suoh, please send a message to the head-service staff member to make some Earl Grey tea and some finger cakes and sandwiches”.

“Of course Mr. Toshinori” Tamaki replies as he grabs out his cellphone and types the request to the staff.

Mr. Funnie takes his seat. “I would like to start off by saying that I’ve been making sure the Supreme Leader will observe the guidelines in our treaty. It is true; General Zorori limited the military and ensured there were no WMDs. So far: no revolts against our government, wars fought, or reports of WMD production. All this because the Kaiketsu was our Army General.”

"That is very good. The reduction in military and our allowance to hold a military base here is just what we needed here. Now, of course, there is the matter of reparations to the Cartoon government. We have asked for an equivalent of $45 million USD in reparations. I know Your government can't pay that much all at once, so we will be asking for monthly or bi-monthly installations. This also includes an acquisition of industrial goods to be exported to Cartoonia, as well as Cartoon investment of a few businesses. Tell me Mr. Funnie, what is your nation's industrial capacity like?".

“Our economy is made up of 232 Trillion Crossoverian Rials, equivalent to 464 Trillion USD, so that won’t be a problem to our economy. We will get the reparations to you by the start of Summer.” Mr. Funnie said. “As for industrial capacity, we usually export our works of entertainment. We will allow these exports to your country and investment. Usually, the government does not allow most foreign acquisition of our business. However, given the consent of the owners of the businesses you wish to acquire, I’m allowing for these acquisitions to happen."

[Cartoonia]

“That is all good. We will expect the money as soon as June 21st rolls around then. Now, as mentioned in both our embassy application and the treaty, we are sending a government aide to help in maintaining government stability and help assure basic rights to all. And mentioned earlier, he’s here with us, Mr. Tamaki Suoh”.

“Indeed. I was wondering, is the government tied to any religious doctrine or beliefs that I should know. Not going to judge, but it will give me a better understanding of what can be settled law-wise? I want to make sure that everyone, all peoples, are equal, free, and happy”.

"Our government is a theocratic republic, with our government being mostly Muslim, specifically of the Shia sect, or Hefflist, Crossoveria's main religion." Mr. Funnie told Mr. Suoh. About the democratization, this process will have to be slow, because if it is monetary, then there will likely be instability on the horizon, and we can't have that. But I'm optimistic that you and I can work together to democratize our nation's government. You be the foreign aide, and I'd be the domestic aide."

[Cartoonia]

“I don’t think money would be an issue for the government, just getting rights secured and all. But we know it might take a while for a government to switch from one rule to another and we will be as patient as we can”.

“We will be watching. Also, we would like to see this new constitution that your government has drafted. If you can’t do that right now, it is understandable. We would just like to see it at some point” Yagi adds. “Now, a few things we would like to note is in regards to the ACE, that dastardly organization. Now, are you absolutely sure that Zeeter Salvidar is dead? Like absolutely dead this time?”.

“We already have a constitution signed and carried out, it’s just not posted online yet.” Mr. Funnie states. “Also, about the ACE, we aren’t sure of the circumstances of Saldivar and her well being. She was confirmed dead by the prison she was in, but just in case she is still out there, we have banned her and her brothers from entering the country. Aside from that, terrorism has been very low; we have no reports of domestic terrorism, thanks to Crossoveria’s safety policies. No terrorist organizations as of right now.”

[Cartoonia]

“That’s what we wanted to hear. But if the latter is the case, simply banning her from the country is simply not going to cut it. She is a terrorist, and must be punished for her crimes against humanity,” Tamaki states sternly.

“Speaking of siblings, they’re still alive? I believe in the treaty stated that we wanted all peoples associated or relative to her interrogated, if not by your government, then by our Cartoon military tribunal”.

“We have an execution warrant for them as well, and our Navy is tracking down her brothers.” Mr. Funnie said. “When we do find them, and their terrible sister, we’ll have all of them executed by firing squad. They are the only ACE members that are currently alive as of right now, and we look forward into ending their lives. So your administration doesn’t have to do anything; we’ll take care of it. When we find and execute them, well let you know.”

[Cartoonia]

“Okay then. We really wanted to interrogate them ourselves and make them examples to show the world not to mess with the Cartoon Empire. What about other ACE members? Are they imprisoned? We would like to have some transferred for us to pass judgment and pass sentence”.

“About them,” Mr. Funnie said. “We have sentenced all of them to death for crimes against humanity and they will be executed by firing squad. They are currently imprisoned, awaiting their deaths, so we wouldn’t need your sentencing. It’s already done.”

[Cartoonia]

“Just as long as they are being punished, I guess that is alright. Going back to article 3, we have mentioned that Any military officials that have served under the reign of Supreme Leader BonAztire as well as during the ACE shall not be allowed to take any office of power, military or political. Have all previous officals been deposed, sentenced?”

"Obviously, considering the fact our current Army General is an anthropomorphic fox. No offense." Mr. Funnie says calmly. "Brittany-Anais Hashemi, Moby Alexander Hamilton, and Sandro Vallance have all been executed for crimes against humanity. Mr. Reykjavik, is being put under permanent house arrest for founding the ACE. Our Army sent troops to Iceland, his residence, to ensure that he doesn't commit any further atrocities against children."
