There are some spam threads titled "Come to Brazil" etc. in Global Economics and Trade. These appear to have been deleted, but are still ghosting.

That's something different. If the player or the mods delete the last post, "last poster" stays with the deleted post until someone else posts. It's not actually a bug, and can't be fixed except by posting a new reply.
