If you want to make a map but can't or don't want to draw it yourself, you can request one at this thread viewtopic.php?f=23&t=444213 otherwise if you belong to a region with a dedicated map maker than you can ask one of them

Whatever borders you want is up to you and how you want to roleplay your nation or what you want to do in the region you belong to. If you need more help you can always read the Sticky Threads at the top of every board or reach out to mentors.
