Not sure if asking for a delegate on the forums is the best idea. Nor is advertising an executive position. You're making yourself a large target, while simultaneously compromising the security of your region. Any raider could have come through here, seen this, and completely screwed your region. Even if they don't do it now, they could plant themselves as a sleeper and hit later. No, this isn't a good idea at all.
