Within the framework of the Law on Reception of Immigrants and Returnees to Nova Kartago, a reception network is being established based on several informational and orientation schemes for new immigrants. These schemes aim to strengthen our self-reliance and facilitate the coexistence process.

The reception includes all the necessary means and procedures to make Nova Kartago a future and incubator society, and helps the newcomers to integrate into the Cartaginian society and culture, in order to facilitate the access of everyone to the stage of citizenship.

The door to immigration to Nova Kartago is open to all nations, nationalities and ethnicities without exception, regardless of orientation political, religious, or the like.

Types of cards in Nova Kartago

The residence card for a foreigner is a document that shows the identity of the foreign person and his legal status in Nova Kartago. Foreign citizens have the right and the duty to request it when have permission to stay for a period exceeding 6 months. It must be requested after a month from the date of entry into Carthaginian territory or upon obtaining the license.

It is a personal document that is not transferred to another person, and its validity period is identical to the term of the residence permit.

C.A. on behalf of the Commonwealth for the purposes of facilitating the free movement of Australic citizens, which is a constitutionally guaranteed and protected right.
