I hope not, and I think the majority of the cards community would also be strongly opposed. Of course I can't predict what the admins will do, but seeing as very few things in NS are possible to acquire with RL money, I doubt that would happen. This is one thing I like about the card game: people have to work hard to build an impressive collection or achieve a high ranking by deck value; but if it were possible to buy/sell cards with RL money that wouldn't be true anymore.

I don't think those stats are collected somewhere but we can make a rough estimate:

It never cte'd during the season and it never had a trade high enough to trigger TCALS.

472 of them were pulled in 792 days.

at start of season 161000 cards were in the S2 cardpool, now there are 62000 cards in the pool. The shrink of the card-pool was much steeper at the start of the season, so i estimate an average pool of 100k cards. All with an equal change to get pulled.

===>in the 792 days of the season, 47200000 cards were pulled in total.
or: 9440000 packs
or: 11919 packs/day
or: 59596 cards/day

disclaimer:
This is all based on the stats of 1 card and my estimate of the average card-pool is very rough. This also doesn't take into account the chance to have a pack that pulls from the entire S2 pool or the 1% chance to pull an S1 pack.

Imho there should be two exceptions:

One should be able to buy a card for a nation that has been founded within a running season.
Three years or more is a pretty long time.

This would allow new nations to get a card, but also compensate for the additional effort for those who run this site.

I think 5 Euro/Dollar would be a fair price.

Generally, I would rather go for four or more years, but with an "intermission" after two years in which new nations become automatically a card within the current season - season 3.2.
So new nations would get their cards, but the seasons themselves will still be something very special and players have a decent amount of time to collect, before the cards become CTE and thus completing a collection becomes a nightmare.



And there should be a way to buy more deck space.
