Following the death of Frederick Grossmann and the Wehrmacht assumption of power in order to
arrest Ordenite-SS leadership, Christian Richtofen arrives at the Ruhmeshalle in Berlina to announce
his return as Reichsfuhrer of the Greater Ordenite Reich.

Several months had passed since the tragic death of now former Reichsfuhrer Frederick Grossmann. A time of national mourning had been declared a day after his death was announced publicly by the Fuhrer Chancellery. In this time the Wehrmacht had taken the opportunity to quell the immense power held over the nation by the Ordenite-SS as besides Grossmann being killed, several SS Leaders were also killed in the explosion. Several prominent locations frequented by the Ordenite-SS including their headquarters in Berlina were raided and selected persons arrested. Despite this quelling the Ordenite-SS as an organization within the regime was left in tact purposefully due to it's importance. Politicking within the regime would take place in order to decide the new Reichsfuhrer, a heir appointed by Grossmann was not allowed to follow through as Reichsfuhrer as they too had been arrested by the Wehrmacht. It was ultimately decided that Christian Richtofen would return as Reichsfuhrer of the Ordenite Reich once again, at the helm of a Reich that had changed during Grossmann's tenure.

After all that transpired during the reign of Grossmann including the end of the most recent conflict between the Triumvirate and the Ordenite Reich. Richtofen looked to gear the Reich towards breaking Golden Throne hegemony over much of Central Dienstad and the region as a whole. Such had been his plan following the conclusion of the 2nd Krasnovan War however this was cut short due to the rise of Grossmann. For over 4 years Richtofen grew ever more in discontent with Grossmann and the Ordenite-SS as they recklessly jeapordized all that the Reich had done since its inception. It was no surprise that he would be assassinated shortly following the ceasefire agreement coming into effect. He had originally intended to renew offensive operations immediately in Krasnova to recover lost territory. Many in the Wehrmacht were opposed to the sudden breaking of the ceasefire coupled with other issues that had been steadily building up, Grossmann would eventually find himself dead.

Richtofen had bode his time out of office well, gaining favor and trust among the Reich's buisness elite and many key figures within the National Socialist Party of Ordena. He promised them a return to normality and an even greater future under his second reign as Reichsfuhrer. During initial talks between the Supreme Command of the Wehrmacht and Richtofen, common ground was found in regards to the need to defang the Schutzstaffel. The post of Deputy Fuhrer was also discussed and revived with a chosen canidate from the Wehrmacht its self. Henrik Kroning had before his appointment as Deputy Fuhrer served as Generalfeldmarschall in the Ordenite Heer, earning his military promotion leading the initial invasion of Southern Holy Panooly and the campaign later on during the Second Krasnovan War to attempt to push the Erjemacht out of the country. He was also a loyal member of the National Socialist Party of Ordena having attained a respectable position in the Gaue he resided in. Henrik as Deputy Fuhrer would besides doing his duty for his country and National Socialism also was the voice of the Wehrmacht.

Both men sat across from the other on a private subway train that ran underneath Berlina and that was able to arrive under several key Government buildings such as the various chancelleries and ministry buildings and could also transport high echelon officials to locations such as the Ruhmeshalle, the gargantuan domed "Community hall" that could be seen from almost anywhere in the city. The Halle could seat over 200,000 persons and was so massive that it necessitated its own massive dehumidifiers due to the presperation of all those in attendance. The train was nearing its destination which was a small subway station built underneath and was closed off to the public. On the train with the duo were members of their personal bodyguard unit, the Leibstandarte along with accompanying administrative staffers.

"I've been waiting for this moment for quite some time. If only we were in a better state of affairs than what we've been left with after ridding ourselves of Grossmann." Richtofen said clasping his hands together while looking at Kroning. A Party Congress had been called in the aftermath of the death of Grossmann and the subsequent purge of SS leadership in the Reich. This congress would see the newly crowned Reichsfuhrer and Deputy Fuhrer and address the future of the Greater Ordenite Reich.

"The Fatherland is in better hands with your return as Reichsfuhrer, I know that together we will accomplish greater things beyond anyone's comprehensions." Kroning responded while seeming somewhat uncomfortable in his new Party uniform that he was now wearing for the occasion. He was much more use to his Wehrmacht uniform however as Deputy Fuhrer who was to soon speak in front of not only the 200,000 in attendance but the countless billions across the Greater Ordenite Reich, he must not only play the part but dress the part too. Besides the various Party decorations pinned on his chest was his most prized possession, the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords which was awarded to him during the initial campaign in Holy Panooly for extrodinary leadership on the battlefield.

"Now arriving at destination Ruhmeshalle." A automated female voice announced over a PA system to everyone on board the train. The train arrived at the station as it slowed to a halt in front of the sole platform which awaiting there arrival were additional members of the Leibstandarte and Propaganda Minister Tristan Berkhoff. The doors to the train would open as the Leibstandarte inside would exit first followed by both Richtofen and Kroning who would be greeted by Minister Berkhoff.

"Herr Fuhrer Richtofen and Herr Kroning!" Berkhoff exclaimed as he gave the typical Party salute to the duo while at a position of attention. The duo returned the gesture as pleasantries were exchanged between them.

"I see even with your age, Herr Berkhoff your form and salute are still as crisp as when you were in the Heer." Kroning said as the three chuckled while being escorted to the upper level of the Ruhmeshalle where the trio would address the entire Greater Ordenite Reich. A service elevator would take them to a floor that was essentially behind the scenes of the main hall where the audience was seated. The typical procedure before anyone was to speak would be undergone by the trio which included some pampering in preparation for viewing by cameras and the general public. It was then that they would then enter a small room which had a door that led out to the tribunal where one could address the audience in the Hall. A cue was then given to the men inside as Propaganda Minister Berkhoff went through the door and out of a curtain to a massive round of applause and cheer from the audience.

The audience in attendance for the Party Congress were primarily Party members from all corners of the Greater Ordenite Reich, members of the Armed Forces, the Schutzstaffel even and other guests in which some were foreign and included several Ralkovian nobles, Castillian officials that represented the National Socialist State of Castille in exile, a group of Guffingfordi Panoolies who were all members of the Party now, several clergymen from the Scythian Orthodox Christian Church and Krasnovan Orthodox Church, a delegation from the Fascist Federation of The Grand World Order who having been long time extra-regional allies were also in attendance among others.

"Party Comrades and esteemed guests. This Party Congress comes at a time where Ordena has been severely wounded by its mortal enemies abroad and now due to the untimely death of Reichsfuhrer Grossmann, we are gathered here to mark the beginning of our ressurection as a nation that will not bow to these globalists. With our newly crowned Reichsfuhrer, the Greater Ordenite Reich will see its enemies cower in fear of our might." Berkhoff said before taking a short pause.

"Allow me to introduce the now Reichsfuhrer of our Greater Ordenite Reich!" He exclaimed as he turned towards the curtains at a position of attention and giving the Party salute. It was then that Christian Richtofen walked through the curtains and faced the packed audience before him. People got to they're feet as a thunderous round of applause and cheers filled the hall as Richtofen stood above them on the tribunal. He took it all in as he raised his hand doing a more lax version of the Party salute. Propaganda Minister Berkhoff soon took his leave through the curtains as Henrik Kroning entered after him and stood behind Richtofen but to the left of him. Richtofen stepped forward to the open microphone from which he would speak into as he gazed about the sea of flags and standards of the National Socialist Party of Ordena, and looked above at the suspended Ordenite eagle clutching in it's claws the Swastika symbol.

"Party comrades and esteemed guests." Richtofen began as he clutched the podium in front of him and the audience went silent. "A absolute tragedy occurred but months prior to this Party congress. When Reichsfuhrer Frederick Grossmann was cowardly killed along with other comrades in the SS. This attack came at a time where our Reich was being assailed from all sides by those who want to see us defeated as we were in the Great War. I have no doubt that those involved directly have faced the justice they deserve and that those who conspired with them abroad will soon also face our wrath. In light of this I have been honorably bestowed once again the position of Reichsfuhrer of the Greater Ordenite Reich. However I will not be alone and beside me is the now Deputy Fuhrer, Henrik Kroning." Richtofen said as Kroning stepped forward into view of the audience who applauded and cheered.

"Together we will take the Greater Ordenite Reich and the Ordean people to new heights that we've yet to reach in our lifetime." Richtofen said and added in closing. "Hail Victory! Ordena, Ordena above all!" The audience roared in cheers and applause as Richtofen and Kroning exited through the curtains.

Reichskommissariat Krasnova,
Former Red Star Union. September 2025.

The campaign in the Red Star Union to liberate the people from its communist masters had ended for now. Much of Krasnova was now occupied by the Ordenite Wehrmacht except for the Zvezdan penninsula occupied by the remnants of the RSU backed by the Peoples Unified Federation, the day would come where that too would be liberated. However with much of the island under Ordenite control, more important matters were of need to be addressed such as the going about of de-communization and de-collectivization. In Berlina a meeting would take place between Reich Ministers and the Schutzstaffel on how they were to go about this new undertaking. Several proposals were discussed that were drafted up by the Interior Ministry, the Party Office of Colonial Policy and one from the Reichsfuhrer-SS himself. Evidently the final say would be left up to the Fuhrer who would review the proposals and choose accordingly. The proposal from the Party Office of Colonial Policy would see there proposal being accepted by the Fuhrer and implemented into how the Reich would handle Krasnova.

One of the first actions done was to dismantle the Communist Party of the Red Star Union in the occupied areas. The CPRSU in 2020 was known to have a total membership of 70 million. It was assumed by the Ordenites that much of the leadership of the Communist Party had fled the former capital of New Impen during the final stages of the war. It was also more than likely that what CPRSU members remained in Ordenite controlled Krasnova were involved in the growing insurgency that was flaring up particularly in the East near Gryaznaya and the former Capital. In much of the West in cities such as Datosk most CPRSU members holding local government positions had been arrested by the Black Star Movement before being executed.

Sterlya and Ivanovka would see the same happen as the Ordenites liberated and then advanced on further East during the war. Arriving Black Star Movement forces would then round up local communist leaders and cadres and then publicly execute them. Ol'khovka and Yukar would see the same happen there as hundreds of Party members involved in local governance were arrested and then executed by BSM forces. The arrival of the Einatzgruppen into the country saw the acceleration of the arrests and killings of who the Ordenites considered enemies to there occupation.

In the power vacuum that followed after the purge of the Ordenite-SS Leadership, the Schutzstaffel is merged into the Reich Ministry of the Interior.

The Ordenite Schutzstaffel had been dethroned as the most powerful and influential entity within the Ordenite Reich. Much of its core leadership had been arrested or were in hiding and with this a power vacuum had opened as other Ministries politicked among themselves on who should get what exactly. However a Fuhrer decree would put and end to these discussions as it was announced that the Ordenite Schutzstaffel would be merged into the Reich Ministry of the Interior. Gone now were the days that the Ordenite-SS were an independent entity that ran its self as if it was autonomous. Brughardt Muehleck who had been appointed as Reih Minister at the very beginning of the Grossmann tenure had been given the chance to prove his loyalty to the now Reichsfuhrer Christian Richtofen. It was either prove his loyalty or be sacked and then arrested like his higher ups in the Schutzstaffel once did.

He chose to reaffirm his loyalties to the new Reichsfuhrer and in turn kept his position as Reich Minister of the Interior. Of course he like many other ministers who kept their posts were observed constantly by the NSPO Office of Party Surveillence as a safety measure and in case any of the said ministers may have knowledge of the whereabouts of other SS Leaders who've gone into hiding. The Reich Main Security Office was the primary organ of the SS that were subordinate to the Interior Ministry now. This meant that all Police and security forces answered to the Interior Ministry.

The Treaty of Neufreksland is finalized bringing Neufreksland into Protectorate status with the Greater Ordean Reich.

It had been almost a year in the making between the Ordenite Reich and Neufreksland in which the Treaty of Neufreksland was finalized and put into being. The beginning had been marked by the territorial concession of segments of Northern Dietsland that were inhabited primarily by the Freekish minority. Several rounds of negotiations and diplomatic meetings were had between Ordenite officials and Freekish leaders in Neufreksland after the territorial concession which had done favors in vastly improving relations between the two. Previously under the former Kingdom of Dietsland, relations were less than friendly between the two states due to the formation of Neufreksland which occurred during a Belphorgian invasion. However with the coming of the Ordenite Reich in which it reclaimed it's former historical colony, relations under the new regime with Neufreksland had improved. While their were outside influences particularly from the Drakonian Imperium who were vigilant on the intentions of the Ordenite Reich, they were evidently and diplomatically side stepped. A treaty was drawn up between the Reich and Neufreksland which essentially allowed the latter to remain autonomous in governing but gained the protection and trade opportunities with the Ordenite Reich. This would see Neufreksland enter Protectorate status within the Ordenite Reich and would see the allowing of various military bases and facilities to be constructed throughout. It would also mean that Neufreksland would be able to trade with the Ordenite Reich and bypass most of it's tariffs which would bring more economic activity to the smaller nation, and allow Ordena more variety in trading partners.

Krasnovan Military Frontier,
Reichsgau Wegewald.
With the end of the Fourth Krasnovan War and logistical support reestablished with Ordena, heavy militarization follows.

The Krasnovan Military Frontier which had been established shortly after the signing of the official armistice between the Ordenite Reich and The Golden Throne was a stretch of land that started in the North East with the city of Ol'khovka now renamed to Rastenburg in light of Ordena's new efforts to entirely Ordeanize the remainder of Krasnova it still controlled. The frontier then cuts through the South all the way to the Southern coastline in which much of the Frontier consisted of the vast forests that permiated much of the land that the two formerly warring parties had now stopped at. The forests themselves had not gone unscathed during the conflict due to Fuermark efforts to set them ablaze to deny freedom of movement to the Ordenite and Krasnovan defenders during the Battle of Chernaya. While the forests were technically Ordenite territory they would become little more then a no man's land due to Wehrmacht strategists theorizing that another conflict in the future was most likely going to happen. It was no secret that despite the armistice the Ordenite Reich still considered its self in a state of war with the Golden Throne. Therefore much of the forests were in the process of being heavily mined and what roads led through these forests were rendered impassable by vehicles. Surveillance would be maintained through sensory equipment and consistent drone coverage which was mostly focused more towards the Macabean side. The Karl Blumenthal line still remained 30-50 kilometers past the forests neighboring liberated Chernaya. The line had been manned by Heer and Waffen-SS from the Eastern half of the island now comprising Reichsgau Wegewald who had been relieved during the war by newly raised Volksgrenadier formations.

Following the implementation of the armistice and the release of over 900,000 Ordenite soldiers who had surrendered during the ceasefire, the Blumenthal line was further reinforced by these returning troops. This would mean that the Military Frontier and the Blumenthal line as a whole would be manned and defended by over 3 million Heer and Waffen-SS. However this number alone did not account for the Heer and Waffen-SS arriving in Wegewald from Ordena due to the end of out right hostilities. The overall plan for the defense of the Reichsgau was the stationing of over 60 million Heer and Waffen-SS personnel as not only would the Military Frontier be heavily defended but so was the rest of Wegewald including its coastlines and coastal cities. This was decided from events that occurred during the Fourth Krasnovan War in which the Erjemacht having secured naval supremacy, committed to a sudden amphibious invasion of Western Krasnova. The Wehrmachtbefehlshaber in command of the defense of Reichsgau Wegewald had formulated a defense minded strategy in which Wegewald was to become a near impenetrable fortress in which neither from land, air or sea could the Macabeans attempt to invade like they did during the war.

Hailand Military Frontier,
Ordenite Occupied Corregigo.

The war was over with the signing of the ceasefire and then the armistice. However unlike in the Macabean dominated north, to the Ordenites the war never truly saw its absolute end. The upper echelons of the Ordenite national government and military knew that this was only a temporary peace and that war would return to Hailandkill as soon as the Macabeans felt confident enough they could do so. Corregigo was devastated during the war with the city its self changing hands twice before the ceasefire was called. Now it was evenly split down the middle to form the basis of a de-militarized zone that extended along the entire 'neck' of the country. Unlike the Macabean side which while being maintained as a military outpost with a point of entry, the Ordenites did not intend on maintaining any point of entry or exit. The Ordenite controlled half of Corregigo would be left in its ruined state and in it a small token force would be left to maintain it. A massive and intimidating border wall was constructed with the first section completed in Corregigo and stood at over 13 feet tall and topped with barb wire. A strip of land seperating the wall from a tall barbwire and concertina laden fence was riddled with anti personnel and anti tank mines. Several watch towers would also be constructed and manned by Ordenite border troops.

A loudspeaker system was also installed along the border wall which would begin to play a continious stream of Ordenite propaganda. Construction was underway to expand the border wall along the entire 1,000km de-militarized zone and was projected to be completed in under a year. The fencing would also be expanded along the entire zone with additions being anti tank obstacles and a heavily fortified system of bunkers from which defenders could hold out against a Macabean onslaught. Not only would the direct land border be heavily defended but also the coasts from which in a war scenario the Erjemacht could attempt to repeat their amphibious attack on Datosk during the prior war. The coastal defenses would consist of several strings of fortified bunkers and strongpoints that would be manned to repell any sort of amphibious invasion. Among these positions would also be anti-ship and anti-air missile batteries along with RADAR posts for early warning capabilities. The waters formerly belonging to the Killian Republic and that were now under the control of the Ordenites was heavily saturated with naval mines both moored and bottom alike. The Ordenites had no intention of using any of the already existing harbors that were captured and instead heavily mined them and even removed or demolished existing harbor and port infastructure to deny the enemy use of in a likely war.

A key focus would be in deception as intermingled with the defenses planned to be constructed were also various decoys consisting of dummy fortifications, decoy AA and Artillery positions, and other structures that would be constructed for deception of enemy intelligence. The real positions and structures would be heavily camoflauged and concealed to the best of the Ordenites ability. The actual border its self would be manned and defended by a single Heer Army Group which would be the very first line of defence. Additional lines of defense would be constructed as time went on albiet would only be truly manned when war came again. The Heer Command for Ordenite Killia was situated in Dansbury as it had been the least affected by the war due to it being essentially handed to them with no real Valo'Kap or Macabean resistance towards its capture by the Waffen-SS. Of course this headquarters was temporary especially if and when war broke out it would be abandoned in the event the Fuermark were poised to recapture it. The war torn city of Jonesburg would then be the next overall headquarters and was where Generalfeldmarschall Konrad Weiskopf the overall commander of Military Frontier Killia and of the Wehrmacht in the Hailandkill theater based himself. However he frequented the Dansbury HQ as well which was where the Heer Command and the Generals under his command based themselves.

Generalfeldmarschall Weiskopf was a Junker from birth as his Father and his Grandfather also served in the Wehrmacht and were decorated officers during their careers. While the Junkers had at one point during the early years of the National Socialist Reich had been suppressed by the NSPO, the Junkers maintained their aristocratic like hold over the Wehrmacht. It was all in due time that eventually it was understood by both sides that they needed one another and therefore put their differences aside for the betterment of the Fatherland.

[Greater Ordena]

Saarburg, Western Ordena.

The port city of Saarburg stood as one of the largest port cities in Ordena with a population of over 60 million inhabitants. Saarburg historically had always been a vital port city flowing with trade and various goods going in and out. The last war had seen the city be put under a strict security cordon due to the discovery of Macabean special forces having infiltrated Ordena proper in an attempt to direct long range airstrikes on Luftwaffe bases. Many of the Macabeans were soon discovered and either killed or captured by security forces however Saarburg still remained under heavy police scrutiny. The number of police checkpoints had increased considerably across much of the city including the overall presence of the ORPO who policed and maintained law and order for the populace. Mass surveillance like in all population centers in Ordena were a common feature of the urban landscape for ordinary Ordenites, with hundreds of thousands to even millions of cameras watching every major street, intersections and public spaces. It did not however end at cameras as the ORPO for decades had incorporated drone technology into their policing methods which had completely phased out heliborne units over 15 years ago. These drones came in different sizes and could be maneuvered rather easily through the urban landscape and cover potential blind spots or track potential persons of interests to the ORPO.

In recent times events had transpired abroad such as the downfall of the Ralkovian Empire which capitulated after a grueling war with the Holy Marsh and it's allies. The effect of the fall of the Ralkovian Empire would soon see over 2 billion Ralkoviak refugees be directed to head for Ordena. The capitulation of the Ralkovian Empire also effected Ordena's economy as the Ralkovians were a major trading partner whose goods that annually arrived at Ordenite ports counted for hundreds of billions of Reichsmarks. However in the aftermath a wiring of a massive sum of currency ranging into the trillions made its way into the Reich Bank's coffers and along with it several minor islands outside of the region formerly belonging to the Ralkovian's colonial empire. The end of the Ralkovian Empire however was not the end of the world and other trading partners could be found or existing ones given the opportunity to pick at the vacuum left by the Ralkovians. There were those within the National Socialist Party of Ordena who welcomed the fall of the Ralkovian Empire and had viewed them for years as another "Great Enemy" that would eventually need to be eradicated by the Ordenites. Classical slavery and especially chattel slavery were frowned upon among all within the NSPO and the Reich government but when the Ralkovian Empire still existed these beliefs were kept in private to preserve the business and geopolitical relationship shared between Ordena and Ralkovia.

Now the act could be dropped and Ordena could handle the influx of Ralkoviaks how it wanted to. The port of Saarburg was massive as it not only took in goods and resources from abroad but also hosted elements of the Kriegsmarine. The port was specifically being used to take in the arriving Ralkoviaks and was where the biggest concentration of ORPO and other Ordenite security forces was based in. Not only were the ORPO present but also the Gestapo and the various other elements of the Reich Main Security Office. Millions if not tens of millions of Ralkoviaks had already been processed through customs which involved them being entered into a database in which most Ordenites had been entered into. The database was mostly handled by AI technology provided by a Macabean tech company who sold technology regularly to the Ordenite government for use in policing and security. The Ralkoviaks would have DNA samples taken, blood drawn, fingerprints taken along with a recording of their voice which would all be entered into the database under their maiden name. The Ralkoviaks especially would be under heavier scrutiny by law enforcement and the State for they were technically foreign people and would soon be living among Ordenites in Ordenite cities and towns.

A Fuhrer decree would soon be released as the arrival of Ralkoviaks continued which laid out what was intended for them. The Ralkoviaks would be subject to Ordeanization and would over time be indoctrinated and become Ordenite leaving much of their Ralkoviak heritage and culture behind. This would be through a combination of sending Ralkoviak families to live among Ordenites across much of Ordena and sending Ralkoviaks to facilities where they would be indoctrinated on a daily basis. Ralkoviaks would also by compulsory need to register as members of the National Socialist Party of Ordena and would also be liable to conscription into the Ordenite Wehrmacht. Ralkoviak children would also compulsory be put into the Ordean Youth Organization where they could also be indoctrinated and molded into a National Socialist. Those that would not conform and or were becoming a problem would be detained and likely sent off to a labor or concentration camp.

Ordenite Hailandkill.

The war in Hailandkill formerly ended several months ago with the Ordenite seizure of the two Southern states directly bordering the Ordenite Reich. Following the ceasefire and the subsequent implementation of an official armistice between Ordena and The Golden Throne, the Ordenite Wehrmacht had swiftly established a temporary military occupation of its gains in the country. Countless billions had fled the fighting throughout the war which left only 3 billion citizens remaining within the two Southern states. A considerable amount of the remaining civilians were of Ordenite descent and many of them were either silent supporters of Ordena or directly became fifth columnists and collaborating with the invading Ordenites. The rest who were native to Hailandkill and had not fled their homes to the North were largely rural people and tended the vast farmland that the Southern states were widely known for. They also tended to be fairly conservative and also held a strong distain for the previous Killian government and their foolish willingness to succumb to mercenaries and plunge the Republic into a losing war. The troop surge and essentially what was seen as a take over of the remainder of Hailandkill by the Macabeans also did not sit right with them. The military occupation of the two Southern states would only last for the remainder of the war before a more civil administration made up of handpicked collaborators and those coming from Ordena would be given control.

The Gleichschaltung process which would begin the Nazification of the occupied states would begin soon after the arrival of a civil administration. Mayors in the major cities within the Southern states had been killed or captured by Fifth columnists during the beginning of the war along with the States respective governors. During and after the war a large portion of the population fled northwards thus making it easier to fill in local government positions and civil servant positions with those collaborating directly with the Reich. Political parties that were not the National Socialist Party of Ordena were outlawed and banned and the establishment of new parties was also outlawed. The law enforcement agencies on both local and state level were absorbed into the Ordenite Police otherwise known as the ORPO. The newly acquired Southern states were swiftly officially annexed into the Greater Ordenite Reich following the end of the War. Those living within were given Ordenite citizenship and encouraged to become a member of the National Socialist Party of Ordena. Due to the close proximity of the newly acquired territory from Ordena the process would occur much sooner then other territories abroad.

Dresnech was a town with a population of upwards of 100,000 people in which the vast majority of Dresnech was Ordenite and thus during the war was one of the very first to fall to the Ordenite Army. The Valo'Kap defenders were swept away without much bloodshed and destruction and the town was the first in Killian territory to come under Ordenite control. Celebrations were had soon after and eventually with approval from the Reichsfuhrer the once town of Dresnech was declared a Fuhrerstadt or otherwise known as a 'Fuhrer City'. Present day this decision which had been made by then Reichsfuhrer Grossmann had not been reversed by Richtofen and plans had been underway to expand Dresnech into a full blown city of millions. It was envisioned that Dresnech would be the first modern spectacle and stark reminder of Ordenite supremacy to tourists and Ordenite citizens who may end up living there or passing by. Dietmar Rothkirch had before his ascension to the position of Reichskomissar within Ordenite Hailandkill, had once held a comfortable position within the Party Chancellery and largely handled some affairs within the ever expanding bureaucracy that was the National Socialist Party of Ordena. Now because of his connections with his fellow peers and some favors being done by higher ups he was now determined to manage the day to day affairs of billions of people.

Rothkirch would have his work cut out for him as he spent much of the day in meetings with various officials concerning the development of the conquered territory that he now oversees. Reconstruction of the more war torn and devastated cities such as Jonesburg and Holandale were frequent topics of which he had to provide solutions and answers about and ensure that planned reconstruction was taking place at a pace and with efficiency that the bureaucrats back in Berlina would be satisfied with. Overall internal security concerns were also another topic that would frequently be visited as daily meetings took place with officials from the Reich Main Security Office. So far most security concerns were simply the one off activist or religious individual or individuals who looked to protest the installment of Ordenite rule in Hailandkill and for the most part these protests were peaceful although these people would still be arrested by the Security Police and likely end up imprisoned. However as the liklihood of peace began to vanish, those looking to fight back against the invader and now occupier were now biding their time to strike.

Due to recent developments across the Reich including the recent bringing of Fustera into protectorate status and our intention to bring Fustera into the National Socialist fold. The continued work and progress on developing Reichskommissariat Krasnova into land feasible for Ordeanization and settlement for countless millions of Ordenites. The development of the distant Reichskommissariat Dietsland and it's possibility of being a future destination of Ordenite settlers. The question is now what should be done with the vast populations of Untermensch that inhabit land we deem fit only for Ordeans? Fustera alone accounts for over 5,000,000,000 Creolosos, Krasnova still accounts for 200,000,000 and Dietsland accounts for another near billion untermenschen. The newly liberated provinces formerly belonging to the Republic of Hailandkill account for countless more millions of untermenschen. This dilemma has now become a problem faced by the entirety of the Reich and is now been given to us to solve.

Correspondence has already been made with several Reich Ministries, the Reichskommissariats this pertains to, the Protectorate of Fustera, and to the Reich Chancellery. Further meetings are being planned to hash out more specific details but overall the plan is to organize and carry out a multitude of large scale deportations and population transfers of the vast untermenschen populations that are deemed fit for work to areas of the Reich their labor is needed the most. Therefore I request that you as Chief of the Reich Main Security Office utilize your available resources and work together with the various Reich Ministries to achieve the following:

i. Ascertain the amount of Untermenschen that are deemed fit for work and that are not fit for work.
ii. Assess the security situation and highlight persons or groups among these populations that are hostile.
iii. Coordinate and plan for the transportation needed for the deportations and transfers of persons.
iv. Completion of preparations by the deadline of 3 months from now.

Outside of Heinrichsfeld(Formerly known as Vostok), Northern Krasnova.

The former capital of the UESS and a city of historic importance to the nation that was Krasnova had been vastly transformed and changed as the Ordenite occupation has steadily been able to maintain their grip on the city. The former capital is said to be home to over 80 million Krasnovans with a vast portion of the population being some of the last remaining native Krasnovans within the territory belonging to the Greater Ordenite Reich. Ordenite plans for the city were as they were for every city in the Reichskommissariat before and after the war with the Triumvirate, the intent to colonize and settle the area with Ordenite settlers. Only 200,000,000 native Krasnovans remain under Ordenite occupation and governance, the more urban density cities of Western Krasnova were now under the jurisdiction and protection of the Golden Throne. The Ordenites had been dealt quite the hand following the war with the Reich now only controlling a little over half of the island. Eastern and Northern Krasnova had for quite sometime been the stronghold of the Krasnovan Communist Party and the Soviet regime including it's unrelenting insurgency against the Ordenites since the initial invasion which took place nearly 6 years ago. Thus why the Ordenites responded with such brute force pacifying the insurgency's guerilla fighters.

This had now resulted in the overall resistance movement to fight the Ordenite invader and occupier had drastically weakened over the years of occupation and being the host to vast warring armies. It was estimated by Ordenite experts on the resistance movement that the Krasnovans fighting spirit to resist the Reich had been largely extinguished. Scores of the well abled bodied men and women that resisted the Reich actively have largely been killed off as a result of the last 6 years. The Ordenites had now completely subjected what it controlled in Krasnova to it's every whim without active resistance from the population who have now been contained and combed for rebels. Ordenite occupation and rule over the population had vastly improved over the years and open resistance is no longer an option. Cities now under the control of the Reich are equipped with the state of the art equipment and technology to effectively monitor and police the population that are common sight and effective in Ordena.

Daily life for the average Krasnovan consists of constant monitoring and surveillance from the Ordenite police and security forces apparatus. Movement around the cities for a Krasnovan were likely heavily scrutinized with numerous Order Police manned checkpoints which at their own discretion could commit to searches of their persons and belongings. A set list of illegal possessions considered contraband were emplaced at these checkpoints and if a commuter was found with a item or items of contraband were fined and the contraband seized. Repeat offenders of possessing contraband would see the offenders arrested. However following the end of hostilities between The Golden Throne and Ordena, the posture of the Order Police and the Security Police changed. The occupation had essentially been dialed up for reasons no one outside of the regime knew. It meant that searches and arrests began to steadily increase as was the presence of the Order Police and the Security Police.

The nuclear explosion in Karkit and the later admittance of the bombing by the self styled Tsarina a Krasnovan born woman. Casualties ranged into the hundeds of thousands. Both Scythian and Ordenite lives were lost as a result of the detonation of a 270 kiloton nuclear warhead. Scores more would suffer radiation poisoning and severe radiation burns and other terrible injuries as a result of surviving the blast. The Krasnovan people as a whole were deemed responsible for the actions of the mad Tsarina and so the Krasnovan people would see retribution enacted upon them. Across Ordenite Krasnova in the cities and towns and even the smaller communities and villages, notices were placed to the population from the Ordenite administration which requested a specific amount of persons to prepare their belongings and report for resettlement. The reality of this was that it was not entirely true and while the Ordenites were ultimately planning to shuffle the populations across it's colonies around for labor and colonization reasons. The Ordenites put a white lie in play in order to fool the population into arriving to their doom.

The Einatzgruppen set up various "relocation sites" near most of the major cities under Ordenite control and were aided by the Order Police and the Security Police. These sites were made to seem familiar to their unsuspecting victims with locations such as these being a normal sight for the gathering of people for resettlement elsewhere. Once selected individuals began to arrive they would be processed by the on site personnel there going through the standard identity and security checks that all Krasnovans were subjected to on a daily basis. Afterwards the individuals would be transported to what they believed would be where they were going to be resettled however many found that instead they had been transported to one of the many Concentration camps ran by the Ordenites. Once arriving the soon to be victims would be processed into the camp and stripped of their belongings along with their clothing before being marched out from the camp and to a undisclosed mass grave where they would be executed by Einatzgruppen personnel. Due to the sheer volume of people that were designated to be executed once the mass graves that had been dug were full the still awaiting victims would remain in the Concentration camps until fresh graves could be dug.

Of course the Einatzgruppen were already being pressed to not only utilize mass graves but to also simply incinerate the victims bodies after they had been executed. Most of the already existing Concentration and labor camps already had existing crematoriums for when prisoners died from the conditions of the camp and so once the current victims of the reprisals were executed they would either be buried or cremated. The Reich Main Security Office expected that the quota of 300,000 victims would be completed in the next few weeks.
