In the gunshine state? Are you serious?
What I want to know, hypothetically from a gun control perspective, is in the context of lowering gun crime, how exactly is an AWB supposed to work?
Mass shootings that have gotten high kill counts is something that has been done numerous times before with firearms that wouldn’t be counted as “assault weapons”. More people are murdered m with common household objects than so called “assault weapons”. The entire dejection of what is and isn’t an “assault weapon is based purely on cosmetic features. So how does one justify to themselves that an AWB is a good idea?
Just to add in addition to what 2 Jerz just said, gun control isn't about safety, it's strictly about control and a limitation of an enumerated right they hate, and believe the unwashed masses shouldn't be able to defend themselves even though those wankstains who believe they are our betters and have access to armed security feel safe and secure and such security should only apply to themselves.
