911 what's your not emergency?

So here's how this is gonna work:

YN submits a funny 911 emergency to the dispatcher. The BN will say what a funny 911 dispatcher might say. (Assume you have already dialed 911, and BN has just said "911 what's your emergency".)
If you are the BN, you post a funny reply, and then you submit a funny call in the same post.


An example:
ExampleNation1: My sister ate my waffles.
ExampleNation2: Do a Heimlich on her.
-------------------------------
I cannot smile anymore.
ExampleNation3: Live your life upside down, and every time you frown you look like you're smiling.

I will start.

I cannot type anymore.
