Actually, it's fairly accurate. It takes health, in game intelligence, and human development into account, while subtracting ignorance. This formula has been tested on nations with the highest and lowest values and IQ scores always report back at a reasonable level. The highest IQ score recorded from the game is 169. I appreciate the feedback, but there is no better formula for determining average IQ. When another formula is created, I'll test it. But this one looks like it cannot be beat.

The reason why this is a fairly accurate and stable formula is because the values measured do not drastically change. Unless your ignorance level goes through the roof or your health, human development, or raw intelligence plummets, this number doesn't shift wildly. It's been tested on hundreds of nations and has held up.

Imagine you are 50 years in the future with better education, better healthcare, nutrition, higher average income, and some genetic mamipulation. People will be on average smarter. Also go back 100 years into the past where there is little knowledge about nutrition, not as much access to doctors, education if you are lucky to the 8th grade, and much lower income. People will know comparatively less, a large part of IQ measures knowledge, not innate ability.
