ARI-28 containment breach (trenaka and ZN only)

ARI-28 is contained in a container box in northeastern ZN. meanwhile in trenaka an unsuspecting civilian is about to learn why not to mess with the rath of the anomilouse.

1:50 at ARI-28 containment area: containment personnel is in the heaviest winter coats and gear, as it is -67 C. and in a blizzard. two level-3 researchers is doing mandatory containment procedures checking the status of the cell and the anomaly.

In the Military Research Department Anomaly Branch Headquarters in Kiel, Trenaka, an employee would receive a stack of paperwork, containing many documents, and one envelope. Printed in large, bold letters on the outside of the envelope were the words: DO NOT OPEN. ANOMALOUS MATERIALS CONTAINED WITHIN. OPENING THE ENVELOPE WILL LIKELY RESULT IN DEATH, along with the seal of the Military Research Department. However, the employee hadn’t completely closed his briefcase when going to work the next morning, and the papers came tumbling out. The wind in Kiel was fast that day, carrying the papers throughout the city, scattering them.

The envelope hit a man with the name of James Weber in the face as he walked into his apartment building in central Kiel, and he picked it up, taking it inside with him, and opening it inside of his apartment. Inside of the envelope was a stack of pictures, showing a grotesque face of an anomaly, and he thought he could hear a faint screech, although he dismissed it as a figment of his imagination. He threw the envelope away, not knowing of the disaster he would soon cause.

Meanwhile, at the Schleswig Central Naval Base, in the outskirts of Kiel, a small naval escort returned from its mission transporting oil tankers, and moved to refuel at the base.

The man who say it's face would instantly feel like something supernatural was coming to kill him and that doom was impending.

meanwhile back at the containment area the anomaly starts raging. 1 minute 15 seconds later the sirens of the base go off. All on-site personnel are ordered to go to evacuation centers. but then 8 seconds later 2 booms are heard then the anomaly breaches out of its cell. security personnel fire AT and MGs at the anomaly but to no success. 18 on-site personnel are killed. The anomaly breaches the site and begins to run northeast ARD helicopters and airforce units in close persuit it enters the water of the artic sea after 2 minutes. ARD planes circle above keeping a close eye out for the anomily. after 13 minutes they determen that thbe anomily is going the keil area and alert the trenakan goverement.

meanwhile at (REDACTED): chaos ijnsurgent alpha command votes 13 to 0 to launch a raid to trenaka to capture the picture in hopes to use it against civilian targets. 18 anomilously desised helicopters take off and begining moving towards trenaka.

Early-warning military radars would detect the launch of the helicopters from ZN airspace, and would notice that they had to recognizable emblem of the ZN armed forces on them. Trenakan fighter planes near Kiel begin to prepare, but in no rush, as the helicopters had not been confirmed as going towards Trenaka yet.

Meanwhile, in the Military Research Department Headquarters, alarms would go off, and a sitewide announcement was made: “We have received a message from the Zarnicovia Novan government. An anomaly contained by them is on the way to Kiel. We believe that an image of ARI-28 has circulated to the general public, and has been seen. The Army, Navy, and Air Force have been informed, and are preparing to engage the anomaly at sea.

In the Rendsburg Military Air and Army Base, heavy bombers and fighters would be prepared to engage the anomaly, and the Army would prepare tanks near the coast and inside Kiel to shoot the anomaly.

An emergency alert would be issued for the southern portion of the Trenakan region of Schleswig, and the northern portion of Holstein:

An evacuation has been ordered. Please comply with the following instructions.

The ARD foundation says that all bombers or attacks are ineffective at this point. As the anomily doubles it's health and regenitivy ablity every time someone looks at it. and there is at least 19 people who have. past 5 people who have looked at it the anomily is imortal.

OOC: it would target the closest person to it. so the containment team then him. Also I could change it a bit. As you seem to have forgot that i said earler that only a unknowning civilian could have accidentally found a image. As every single anomilouse organization thought the only person who had it was the ARD foundation because if civilians had they would have surely died and they we're the first and only organizatiojn to come in contact with it. if it was one person that just happened to have an image and who trusted it it would be a lot less dangerouse. Because he would not suspect it of anything,

OOC: well first the ARD would store a image like that in a underground vault and there was 7 years which the anomily wasn'tr contained causing 9 deaths. 7 from direct looking at 2 from images.
