The M2013 is to be the standard pistol of the Federation Armed Forces, and as such the Federation Ministry of Defense has issued the following requirements for possible adoption of foreign designed pistols

Weight of no more than 900g unloaded (32oz)
Weight of no more than 1,050g with a loaded, 17 round magazine (37oz)
Total length of no more than 210mm (8.2in)
Barrel length between 110mm (4.3in) and 120mm (4.7in)

A height of no more than 152mm without a magazine inserted (6in)

It meets your requirements and can be manufacture to the barrel length you specify without serious issues. It is manufactured of high-grade steel, and aircraft-grade metals to allow for maximum durability and reliability. PVD coating is a standard feature of the model as well as a low luster oxidized metal treatment of the outer surfaces to reduce scratches and wear.

It is a double-action weapon with an adjustable trigger pull, striker release safety, and an internal safety that blocks the firing pin from contacting the primer of the chambered round.

The weapon is slightly heavier than requested but only by 2oz. However, it features all other requirements with ambidextrous controls, loaded chamber indicator, slide hold open on an empty magazine, and slide release. when the hold open is triggered the safety engages and must be released to drop the slide and fire the weapon to prevent accidental discharge while loading the weapon. This feature can be removed and replaced with a conventional ambidextrous slide release.

Threaded barrels for muzzle accessories and suppressors can be added to each weapon, and an under barrel rail is standard with multiple options for rail type possible.

The ACC Defence Division has been producing small arms for Astronea and a plethora of foreign clients for over 50 years. We have purpose-designed a number of products to customer specifications, and were drawn to your new pistol requirement. ACC Defence has primarily been producing pistols with traditional cocking hammer mechanisms for our catalogue, however one of our subsidiaries has been offering striker fire pistols for the civilian market for some years.

Rosvo Sporting Arms' PU-19 is designed as a compact, polymer framed SA/DA pistol for the civilian and law enforcement markets. Standard chamber offerings include 9x19 and .40, however we used experience gained from designing multi-caliber technologies and were able to implement a new barrel and modified mag-well to feed the 9x20mm cartridge with minimal alterations to the overall design. The pistol uses a short recoil operating system with a locked breech A red-painted protruding pin acts as a cocking indicator on the rear of the slide, while a loaded chamber indicator in the form of an extractor on the right side of the slide that gets recessed in the slide when a cartridge is present in the chamber. Ergonomics are a key design consideration of the PU-19. Its injection-molded grip is designed to be anti-slip with or without the use of glove, in dry or wet conditions, featuring prominent checkering to give a comfortable, firm grip that rides high in the shooter's hand.

Some ambidextrous controls sacrifice shootability and comfort in the name of functionality, with some ambidextrous magazine releases having the potential to be accidentally pushed by virtue of squeezing the pistol grip. To prevent this, Rosvo designed the magazine release to be integrated with the trigger guard as a paddle-style release, well out of the way of the grip, while still being easily accessible by the trigger finger. Serrations across the rear and front of the slide assist with creating a positive non-slip grip for cycling the action.

A decocker is located on the slide of the weapon to allow for the firearm to be carried in condition 2, or for the deactivating of the two-stage trigger that is present for the first shot of every new magazine. The PU-19 has an ambidextrous thumb safety as standard, located at the rear of the frame, and a small slide release on both sides of the frame prevents snagging. Total length is 182mm, with a standard barrel length of 110mm. The PU-19 is designed for concealment, and as such has a slim profile of 34mm width, and 135mm height. Fitted with a 17 round magazine, the PU-19 weighs 885 grams, or 625 grams empty, thanks to extensive use of fiberglass reinforced polymers.

The pistol can be quickly field stripped into its main parts by removing the magazine and retracting the slide. Once retracted back, the user depresses a takedown toggle and brings the slide forward. The slide will detach from the frame, taking the recoil spring and barrel assembly with it. Critical firing components such as the fire control group, trigger assembly, safety and magazine release use spanner screws to keep them captive in place. Physical vapour deposition is used to apply a special Tenifer coating to all metal components, notably the slide. This gives the pistol slide a matte grey, non-glare finish, while providing extreme wear and corrosion resistance. It provides up to 98% resistance to corrosion from salt water and a hardness rating of C on the Rockwell scale.

The iron sights are made of metal, have three high contrast dots and are adjustable for windage and elevation. A protective plate covers a weaver mounting for the addition of RMR optics, while the lower frame provides mounting for lasers and illumination devices. The PU-19 also comes with adjustable back-straps on the pistol grip for three different sizes.

The PU-19 uses a proven design, is drop-safe, concealable and resilient, the perfect pistol for duty with minimal adjustments. The P100-2013 is a fully ambidextrous, striker-fired, gas-delayed blowback-operated, fixed-barrel, high-capacity, large-framed semi-automatic service pistol. It has a 120 mm (4.7 in) cold hammer-forged barrel with polygonal rifling at 1:10 twist rate to stabilise 9×20mm Fed ammunition, and high capacity feed system with double column staggered detachable box magazines of 15-, 17- and 21-round capacity. The barrel is rigidly fixed to the frame which eliminates the unfavourable harmonics seen in recoil-operated weapons with moving barrels. It is an open breech design with the blowback system forcing the slide in the locked position until the bullet leaves the barrel, achieving a good lockup during ignition and less felt recoil from the countermass travelling backwards. The operating cycle is completed by a fluted chamber that floats and ejects the spent cartridge case, the movement of the slide recocking the hammer and on the forward recoil stroke stripping a cartridge from the magazine and chambering it. The frame is constructed from rugged and heat resistant glass-filled polyamide with non-slip texturing, and the breech, chamber, barrel and slide from martensitic stainless steel of high durability and wear resistance, with a non-reflective matt-black surface finish. The weapon is manufactured to tight tolerances to exacting ISO 9001 quality management standards. The specifications include:
