Recognizing that there has been misconduct orchestrated by an individual in The North Pacific (TNP), who was sent to the Rejected Realms due to that misbehavior, has come back into the RMB through their embassy. This individual has been very toxic in the past, calling people's names, cursing at other people, and more forms of misconduct.

This individual was and continues to:

1. Spread toxicity among other nations in the TNP.
2. Disregard any form of friendship in any way.
3. Disregards nation requests.
4. Acts selfish
5. Does not contribute to the community
6. Badmouths TNP to other regions by becoming a self-made "ambassador"
7. Starts arguments for no reason
8. Keeps putting people on edge with his comments
9. Talks in favor of very controversial topics
This is not all his misconduct includes. He has been rejected multiple times but continues to come back and discredit TNP.

Believing that Palcania has been having a large array of misconduct in TNP, hereby

If I may say myself, that appears to be more a regional issue than an issue that should come forth to the WA Security Council. Perhaps you should invest your time into a regional investigation, rather than bothering the WA with a fourth wall-shattering complaint.

This is illegal due to the fact it addresses the nominee as a player and not a nation in parts such as "this individual" and "his". Regardless, there is nothing condemnable in this. Condemnations are usually awarded to players who have excelled in doing IC bad actions such as raiding or roleplaying as an evil empire, and not OOC bad actions such as these you listed, which should be instead brought to the game moderators by a Getting Help Request (for gameside actions) or Moderation forum (for forumside actions) if the nation has broken site rules.
